The door shell 33 is arranged to be pressed on the hinge reinforcing plate 44 and the fixing block 35, so that the stability of pressing and fixing the hinge reinforcing plate 44 and the fixing block 35 on the transparent basin 31 can be further ensured. The outer edges of the transparent basin 31, the door inner frame 32, the door outer frame 33 and the observation screen 34 can be seen from the appearance, which is beneficial to increasing the aesthetic property; and when the door body 30 is installed, the door body is fixedly installed from back to front in sequence, so that the assembly efficiency is improved, and the firmness of fixation is improved.
The laundry treating apparatus may be a washing machine, a dryer, a washer-dryer, etc., as shown in fig. 2, which is a drum washing machine. The laundry treating apparatus includes: the clothes storage box comprises a box body 100 and a door body 30, wherein a clothes input opening is formed in a front plate of the box body 100, and the door body 30 is arranged on the front plate in a pivoting mode so that the clothes input opening can be opened/closed.
Referring to fig. 11 and 28, a hinge 40 is disposed between the door 30 and the front panel of the cabinet 100 for pivoting the door 30, the hinge 40 includes a hinge base 41, a hinge shaft 42, a hinge sleeve 43 sleeved on the hinge shaft 42, and a hinge reinforcing plate 44 disposed on the door 30, and a first positioning structure is disposed between the hinge sleeve 43 and the hinge reinforcing plate 44. The structural strength of the door body assembly is increased by arranging the hinge reinforcing plate 44, and the hinge reinforcing plate 44 can share stress for the door body structure around the hinge shaft 42 to protect the door body 30; by arranging the hinge sleeve 43, the abrasion of the hinge shaft 42 to the door body 30 and the hinge reinforcing plate 44 can be reduced, so that the hinge joint between the door body 30 and the box body 100 can be well matched; through the arrangement of the first positioning structure, the hinge sleeve 43 is fixed relative to the hinge reinforcing plate 44, so that the rotation of the hinge sleeve 43 is prevented, and the abrasion to the door body 30 and the hinge reinforcing plate 44 is avoided.
The hinge sleeve 43 and the hinge reinforcing plate 44 are relatively fixed by arranging a first positioning structure, specifically, the first positioning structure comprises an accommodating groove 445 formed in the hinge reinforcing plate 44, the accommodating groove 445 is matched with the hinge sleeve 43, the hinge sleeve 43 is positioned in the accommodating groove 445, and at least one end of the hinge sleeve 43 extends out of the accommodating groove 445; a raised positioning block 431 is arranged at the extending end of the hinge sleeve 43, a positioning opening 446 matched with the positioning block 431 is arranged at the end part of the accommodating groove 445 in an outward extending mode, and the positioning block 431 is assembled and fixed at the positioning opening 446. The receiving groove 445 is recessed forward, a receiving space for the hinge sleeve 43 is formed between the receiving groove 445 and the door inner frame 32, the receiving space is used for limiting the movement of the hinge sleeve 43, when the door body 30 is opened and closed, the hinge shaft 42 rotates in the hinge sleeve 43, the abrasion of rotation is reduced, and meanwhile, the matching precision between the hinge shaft 42 and the door inner frame 32 and the hinge reinforcing plate 44 is improved. By arranging the positioning block 431 and the positioning opening 446, the hinge sleeve 43 is fixed with the hinge reinforcing plate 44, the rotation of the hinge sleeve 43 relative to the hinge reinforcing plate 44 is avoided, and the rotation abrasion of the hinge reinforcing plate 44 and the door inner frame 32 is prevented; that is, the hinge shaft 42 rotates with respect to the hinge housing 43 during the opening and closing of the door body 30.
A second positioning structure is provided between the door inner frame 32 and the hinge bush 43 for confining the hinge bush 43 to the door inner frame 32; the hinge sleeve 43 has a sleeve 435 and a support part 436 extending along the sleeve 435 toward the door inner frame 32, the second positioning structure includes a limit block 437 protruding toward the door inner frame 32 on the support part 436, a limit groove 325 matching with the limit block 437 is provided on the door inner frame 32, and the limit block 437 is fixed in the limit groove 328. The hinge sleeve 43 is fixed on the door inner frame 32 by arranging the limiting block 437 and the limiting groove 328; and facilitates the installation and positioning of the hinge sleeve 43 when the door body assembly is assembled.
Referring to fig. 29, the hinge base 41 has a base 411 fixed on the front plate, two hinge arms 412 provided on the base 411, a hinge sleeve 43 located between the two hinge arms 412, and an extension 326 for extending the hinge arms 412 is provided on the inner door frame 32; the hinge shaft 42 passes through the hinge sleeve 43, and both ends of the hinge shaft 42 extend out of the hinge sleeve 43 and are located in the hinge holes 413 of the hinge arms 412. At least the outer side of one end of the hinge shaft 42 is provided with an axial tooth-shaped assembling portion 421, and the tooth-shaped assembling portion 421 is positioned in the hinge hole 413, so that the fixation firmness of the tooth-shaped assembling portion 421 and the hinge hole 413 is improved, and the hinge shaft 42 is prevented from rotating relative to the hinge hole 413. The hinge reinforcement plate 44 is provided with an escape groove 447 for escaping the hinge arm 412, and the positioning hole 446 connects the accommodation groove 445 and the escape groove 447.
The assembling method of the door body of the clothes treating apparatus is explained as follows, comprising the following steps:
s10, the transparent tub 31 is placed on the door inner frame 32, and the fixing block 35 is fixed to the door inner frame 32, the fixing block 35 being pressed against the front side of the flange 311.

Meanwhile, the second flange 442 of the hinge reinforcing plate 44 is pressed against the front side of the flange 311 by the bead 45, so that the transparent basin 31 is fixed.
There is also a step S15 of mounting the hinge bush 43 to the door inner frame 32 between the steps S10 and S20.
Specifically, the hinge sleeve 43 is close to the door inner frame 32, and the limit block 437 of the hinge sleeve 43 is pressed and fixed in the limit groove 325.

The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the cabinet includes left and right side plates, a top cross member is provided at the top of the left and right side plates, a guide groove is provided in the top cross member in a left-right direction, and the third inclined portion is located above the guide groove.
7. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the front wall of the baffle slot extends upward to form a supporting edge, and the front wall is hung on the supporting edge by a third inclined portion.
