Further, the horizontal plate portion 421 horizontally extends rearward with extension plate portions 423, the extension plate portions 423 are located between two adjacent connection plate portions 424, and the bottom of the front end of the mounting case 22 is supported by the horizontal plate portion 421 and the extension plate portions 423. The arrangement of the extension plate portion 423 can increase the contact area between the upper beam 42 and the mounting case 22, increase the support stability of the mounting case 22, and contribute to further ensuring the mounting stability of the mounting case 22.
In order to further limit the installation position of the installation shell 22, the limiting structure further comprises an inner surface of the top plate 411, and the minimum distance between the installation shell 22 and the inner surface of the top plate 411 is greater than or equal to 0 and less than 1mm, so that the top plate 411 can further limit the upward movement of the installation shell 22.
In order to provide a sufficient installation space for the door opening and closing mechanism 2 while achieving the limit of the door opening and closing mechanism 2, it is preferable that a groove 431 is formed in a part of the bladder top plate, and the rear end of the installation case 22 abuts against the groove bottom of the groove 431. With the arrangement, the rear part of the installation space is larger in thickness, and the layout of the telescopic driving unit in the installation shell 22 is convenient.
The groove 431 preferably includes a first groove portion 4311 and a second groove portion 4312 which are connected in a front-rear direction, the first groove portion 4311 is located at a front side of the second groove portion 4312, a groove bottom of the first groove portion 4311 is lower than a groove bottom of the second groove portion 4312, and a bottom of a rear end of the mounting case 22 abuts against the groove bottom of the second groove portion 4312. This kind of setting is favorable to when providing enough installation space for switching door mechanism 2, reduces the tank bottom surface area that is used for with installation shell 22 complex recess 431 to when guaranteeing the horizontal machining precision of tank bottom surface, reduce the processing cost.
The rear end of the extension plate portion 423 is vertically extended downward with a reinforcement plate portion 426, and the lower end of the reinforcement plate portion 426 is inserted into the first groove portion 4311 to enhance the overall structural strength of the upper cross member 42.
Further, the inner surface of the top plate 411 is formed with a convex hull 4111 protruding outwards, and the mounting shell 22 is at least partially located below the convex hull 4111. The setting of convex hull 4111 can increase the size of installation space in the direction of height when strengthening the structural strength of roof 411 to for the installation of switching door mechanism 2 provides bigger facility, reduce the overall arrangement influence to switching door mechanism 2 inner structure.
The mounting housing 22 is preferably screwed to the upper cross member 42 to improve the stability of the arrangement of the opening and closing mechanism 2 on the body 4. In order to improve the connection convenience, the mounting shell 22 is provided with fixing through holes 224, the transverse plate portion 421 is provided with fixing threaded holes 4211, the fixing threaded holes 4211 correspond to the fixing through holes 224 one to one, and the mounting shell 22 is in locking connection with the upper cross beam 42 through screws penetrating through the fixing threaded holes 4211 and the fixing through holes 22. In this embodiment, two fixing threaded holes 4211 are provided, and the two fixing threaded holes 4211 are respectively located at the left and right sides of the limiting hole 4221, so as to improve the stress stability of the mounting shell 22 and further ensure the local position reliability of the mounting shell 22 at the left and right sides of the lock rod 21.
In this embodiment, flexible drive unit includes driving motor, middle transmission assembly and gear rack subassembly, and the gear rack subassembly includes engaged output gear and rack, and the rack is arranged and is connected on locking lever 21 along the fore-and-aft direction, and driving motor's rotation drives output gear through middle transmission assembly and rotates to drive the rack along the fore-and-aft direction motion, and through the direction of rotation that changes the driving motor drive shaft, then steerable rack rearward movement or forward movement. It is to be understood that the specific structure of the telescopic driving unit can be set by referring to the prior art, and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 8, a through hole for the lock rod 21 to pass through is formed in the front side of the mounting shell 22, the lock rod 21 includes a rod body 212 and a latch portion 211 connected to the front end of the rod body 212, the rack is disposed on the side of the rod body 212, and the cross section of the rod body 212 is adapted to the through hole, so as to further prevent the lock rod 21 from warping during the moving process. Preferably, the thickness of the locking tongue portion 211 is smaller than that of the rod body 212, the upper surface of the locking tongue portion 211 is lower than that of the rod body 212, and the upper surface of the rod body 212 and the upper surface of the locking tongue portion 211 are transitionally connected by a curved surface which is obliquely arranged from front to back, so that the height of the locking tongue portion 211 is reduced while the overall structural rigidity and strength of the locking rod 21 are ensured, and the convenience of matching the locking tongue portion 211 with the door lock assembly 1 is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 9, the door lock assembly 1 is mounted on the door body 3, and the door lock assembly 1 and the door body 3 together form a door assembly. Specifically, the door body 3 includes an outer door 31 and a door lining 32 arranged on the inner side of the outer door 31, the outer door 31 is detachably connected to the door lining 32, the outer door 31 and the door lining 32 surround to form an accommodating cavity, the main structure of the door lock assembly 1 is located in the accommodating cavity, and the door lock assembly 1 has a locking part 113 matched with the bolt part 211.
In this embodiment, the latch portion 211 is provided with a latching opening 2111, when the locking portion 113 is latched into the latching opening 2111, the door lock assembly 1 is locked with the latch portion 211, and when the latch portion 211 is separated from the latching opening 2111, the door lock assembly 1 is unlocked from the latch portion 211. In other embodiments, the locking tongue portion 211 and the locking portion 113 may also adopt other matching structures, as long as it is ensured that the locking tongue portion 211 can be locked with the locking tongue portion 211 by extending forward and unlocked with the locking portion 113 by retracting backward.
In order to detect the engagement state of the latch portion 211 with the door lock assembly 1 to precisely control the operation of the dishwasher, the opening and closing door device has a detection unit configured to: the lock tongue portion 211 has a first state when being locked with the door lock assembly 1, has a second state when being unlocked with the door lock assembly 1, and the signals triggered by the detection unit in the first state and the second state are different. Through setting up the detecting element, can judge whether lock tongue 211 and lock subassembly 1 lock to avoid when lock tongue 211 and lock subassembly 1 do not lock, make locking lever 22 stretch out forward and push open the problem that the door body 3 topples over downwards under the action of gravity that leads to the door body 3, guarantee the operation security of dish washer.
In order to improve the detection accuracy of the detection unit, as shown in fig. 10-13, the door lock assembly 1 includes a rotation unit rotatably mounted on the door body 3 through a rotation shaft 16, the rotation unit has a locking portion 113 engaged with the locking tongue portion 211, and the rotation unit has a trigger portion 125, the trigger portion 125 has a trigger position for triggering the detection unit to switch between the first state and the second state; the door opening and closing device is configured to: during the process of unlocking or locking the latch portion 211 with the locking portion 113, the latch portion 211 can push the rotating unit to rotate, so that the triggering portion 125 reaches or moves away from the triggering position.
By the arrangement, the action of the trigger part 125 for triggering the detection unit to switch the states is consistent with the action of unlocking or locking the lock tongue part 211 and the lock catch part 113, so that the trigger part 125 can trigger the detection unit to switch to the first state when the lock tongue part 211 and the lock catch part 113 complete locking, and the trigger part 125 can trigger the detection unit to switch to the second state when the lock tongue part 211 and the lock catch part 113 are unlocked, thereby improving the reliability of the detection result of the detection unit and reducing the probability of misjudgment of the detection unit.
To further improve the detection reliability, in the present embodiment, the detection unit includes a micro switch 15, the micro switch 15 has a contact 151, and the trigger 125 can selectively press or release the contact 151 when the rotation unit rotates to switch the micro switch 15 between the first state and the second state. By setting the detection unit to be a contact-type microswitch, the trigger part 125 presses the contact 151 to realize the state switching of the microswitch 15, so that the state switching time of the detection unit can be better grasped, the grasping accuracy of the switching time can be better ensured, and the interference of external influence on the detection of the detection unit can be avoided. In other embodiments, the detection unit may also be a non-contact switch, such as a proximity switch, and in this case, the trigger portion 125 may be close to or far from the proximity switch to switch the proximity switch between the first state and the second state.
In the present embodiment, in the unlocked state, the trigger 125 is in a state of being out of contact with the contact 151, and the micro sensor is in an off state, that is, the off state is the second state; in the locked state, the trigger 125 presses the contact 151, and the micro switch 15 is in the closed state, i.e., the closed state is the first state. By the arrangement, whether the door lock assembly 1 and the door opening and closing mechanism 2 are in a locking state can be judged by judging whether the microswitch 15 is closed, misjudgment caused by damage of the microswitch 15 is avoided, and detection precision and reliability are improved. In other embodiments, the trigger 125 presses against the contact 151 in the unlocked state, and the micro switch 15 is in the closed state, while the trigger 125 is separated from the contact 151 in the locked state, and the micro switch 15 is in the open state.
As shown in fig. 9 to 19, to facilitate the installation of the door lock assembly 1 on the door body 3, the door lock assembly 1 includes a bracket 13, the bracket 13 is detachably installed on the door body 3, the rotating unit is rotatably installed on the bracket 13 through a rotating shaft 16, and the micro switch 15 is detachably installed on the bracket 13. The support 13 is favorable for improving the integration and modularization degree of the door lock assembly 1 and improving the installation convenience of the door lock assembly 1 on the door body 3.
In order to position the mounting position of the bracket 13 on the door body 3, the door liner 32 is provided with a positioning hole 323, and the bracket 13 is provided with a positioning boss 132, wherein the positioning boss 132 is inserted into the positioning hole 323 and attached to the hole wall of the positioning hole 323. The positioning bosses 132 and the positioning holes 323 can limit the left and right positions and the up and down positions of the bracket 13 corresponding to the door body 3, and ensure the accuracy of the mounting position of the bracket 13. Preferably, the positioning hole 323 is a rectangular hole, and has the advantages of simple structure, easy processing and reliable limiting. In other embodiments, the positioning boss 132 and the positioning hole 323 may have other shapes.
In this embodiment, the door liner 32 includes a door liner main body of a rectangular box-packed structure, an opening of the door liner main body faces the outer door 31, the door liner main body has an annular peripheral wall 321 of a rectangular ring-shaped structure, the annular peripheral wall 321 is perpendicular to the outer door 31, an edge plate portion 322 is perpendicularly connected to one side of the annular peripheral wall 321 facing the outer door 31, the edge plate portion 322 is detachably connected to the outer door 31, a positioning hole 323 is formed in the edge plate portion 322, and the support 13 is detachably connected to the annular peripheral wall 321.
The locking part 113 is disposed inside the door body 3, in order to make the locking tongue 211 cooperate with the locking part 113, the bracket 13 is provided with an insertion hole 133 penetrating through the positioning boss 132, the locking part 113 is located at the front side of the insertion hole 133, and the locking tongue 211 can pass through the insertion hole 133, so that the locking part 113 is clamped into the buckling opening 2111.
In order to ensure that the latch portion 211 is smoothly inserted into the insertion hole 133, the front end of the latch portion 211 is a circular arc surface to avoid an edge, and to provide guidance for inserting the latch portion 211 into the insertion hole. Furthermore, the left side and the right side of the lock tongue portion 211 are provided with a guide surface, and the guide surface is inclined from back to front to another guide surface, so that the front end of the lock tongue portion 211 is of a tapered structure, which is more favorable for guiding the lock tongue portion 211 inserted into the insertion port 133, and the lock tongue portion 211 is prevented from being stuck in the process of inserting the insertion port 133.
In order to better guide the latch portion 211 into the insertion opening 133, the front end of the bracket 13 further has a guide portion 134, the guide portion 134 is located below the positioning boss 132, the door liner 32 is provided with an escape opening 324 through which the guide portion 134 extends out of the inner surface of the door liner 32, the escape opening 324 is communicated with the positioning hole 323, the guide portion 134 has an insertion guide surface 1341, and the insertion guide surface 1341 extends downward and rearward from the lower side edge of the insertion opening 133.
Further, the bracket 13 is detachably connected with the door liner 32 through screws, so as to ensure the reliability and stability of the connection of the door lock on the door body 3. The bracket 13 is provided with an upper mounting surface which is attached to the inner upper surface of the door liner 32, the upper end of the annular peripheral wall 321 is provided with a connecting through hole 325, the bracket 13 is provided with a connecting threaded hole 139 on the upper mounting surface, and the door liner 32 is connected with the bracket 13 through a screw penetrating through the connecting threaded hole 139 and the connecting through hole 325. The connection through-holes 325 are provided one on each of the left and right sides of the positioning hole 323 to increase connection stability and force stability. The attachment through-hole 325 is preferably a counter-sunk hole to avoid scratching the user by protruding the screw head.
Further, the bracket 13 further has a front positioning surface which is vertically disposed, the positioning boss 132 is protrudingly disposed on the front positioning surface, and the front positioning surface abuts against the inner surface of the upper end edge plate portion 322, whereby the front and rear mounting positions of the bracket 13 and the door liner 32 can be better defined. That is, by providing the front positioning surface, the upper mounting surface, and the positioning boss 132, the front-rear position, the left-right position, and the up-down position of the bracket 13 with respect to the door liner 32 can be defined, and the assembling accuracy of the bracket 13 and the door liner 32 can be ensured.
In order to facilitate the installation of the rotating unit on the bracket 13, the upper end of the bracket 13 is convexly provided with an installation boss 131, the top of the bracket 13 is convexly provided with the installation boss 131, the installation boss 131 is provided with a main installation cavity 1311 with an open front side, the rear side of the installation boss 131 is provided with an insertion hole 133 for inserting the locking tongue portion 211 into the main installation cavity 1311, the rotating unit is at least partially positioned in the main installation cavity 1311, and the locking buckle portion 113 can be rotatably arranged in the main installation cavity 1311. The rotation shaft 16 is provided in the left-right direction, and both ends of the rotation shaft 16 are connected to left and right side walls of the main mounting chamber 1311.
Further, the trigger part 125 and the latch part are respectively located on two opposite sides of the rotating shaft 16, specifically, the latch part 113 is disposed on the upper side of the rotating shaft 16, and the trigger part 125 is disposed on the lower side of the rotating shaft 16, so that the occupation of the space on the upper side of the rotating shaft 16 on the door body 3 is reduced, and the installation convenience of the door lock assembly 1 on the door body 3 is improved while the height position of the latch part 113 is matched with the height position of the latch part 211.
In order to improve the smoothness of the locking portion 113 being inserted into the locking notch 2111, the locking portion 113 is provided with a locking guide surface 1131, and when the door body 3 is closed and the door lock assembly 1 is in the unlocked state, the locking guide surface 1131 extends obliquely upward from back to front. When the latch tongue portion 211 is inserted into the main mounting cavity 1311, the front end of the latch tongue portion 211 first abuts against the fastening guide surface 1131, and as the latch tongue portion 211 continues to extend forward, the front end of the latch tongue portion 211 pushes the locking part 113 to turn forward, that is, the lower end of the rotating unit is driven to turn backward; meanwhile, under the action of the engagement guide surface 1131 and the guide surface on the lower side of the front end of the locking portion 113, the latch portion 211 slides along the engagement guide surface 1131 until the locking portion 113 is pushed into the locking opening 2111, at this time, the trigger portion 125 abuts against the contact 151, and the micro switch 15 is in a conducting state.
In order to ensure that the locking portion 113 can exit the fastening opening 2111 when the lock rod 21 is pulled back, the locking portion 113 further includes a tripping guide surface 1132, the tripping guide surface 1132 is connected to the fastening guide surface 1131 at an included angle, and when the door lock assembly 1 is in an unlocked state, the tripping guide surface 1132 is located on the front side of the locking guide surface, and the upper end of the tripping guide surface 1132 is connected to the fastening guide surface 1131; when the door lock assembly 1 is in the locked state, the trip guide surface 1132 abuts against the front side wall of the snap opening 2111, and the trip guide surface 1132 is substantially vertically disposed. When the door body 3 is closed and the lock lever 21 is pulled back, the latch portion 211 abuts against the trip guiding surface 1132 and slides along the trip guiding surface 1132, so that the latch portion 113 is turned over backward, and the trigger portion 125 at the lower end of the rotating unit is driven to turn over forward, so that the trigger portion 125 gradually releases the contact 151; meanwhile, the trip guide surface 1132 is changed from a substantially vertical state to a state of being inclined downward from front to back in the rotation process, so that the front side wall of the buckle opening 2111 slides along the trip guide surface 1132, the locking part 113 is extruded out of the buckle opening 2111, the door lock assembly 1 and the door opening and closing mechanism 2 are unlocked, the trigger part 125 is completely separated from the contact 151, and the micro switch 15 is switched to an off state.
In order to prevent the locking portion 113 from scratching the locking portion 211 when the locking portion 113 is inserted into or withdrawn from the locking notch 2111, the locking portion 113 further has an arc transition surface 1133, the arc transition surface 1133 is connected to the lower end of the trip guide surface 1132, and the lower end is tangent to other structural surfaces of the rotating unit.
The rotating unit preferably includes a first rotating body 11 and a second rotating body 12 which are separated and synchronously coupled, the first rotating body 11 and the second rotating body 12 are both sleeved on the rotating shaft 16, the upper end of the first rotating body 11 is provided with a locking part 113, and the second rotating body 12 is provided with the above-mentioned triggering part 125. By providing the first rotor 11 and the second rotor 12 as separate bodies and linking the rotor, the structural arrangement of the first rotor 11 and the second rotor 12 can be simplified, the flexibility of the shape design of the rotor can be improved, and the difficulty in processing the rotor can be reduced. In other embodiments, the rotary unit may also be designed in one piece.
Preferably, the connecting portion 122 has a pressing surface 1221 on a side facing the first rotating body 11, the first rotating body 11 has a pressing surface 1111, and the pressing surface 1111 is attached to the pressing surface 1221, so that the rotation of the first rotating body 11 synchronously presses the second rotating body 12 to rotate. In this arrangement, the first rotating body 11 and the second rotating body 12 are always kept in contact with each other, so that the first rotating body 11 and the second rotating body 12 are interlocked with each other, and a fastening structure is not required to be provided therebetween. In other embodiments, the first rotating body 11 and the second rotating body 12 can be fastened together by a snap-fit structure or a screw-on structure, so as to ensure the linkage of the first rotating body 11 and the second rotating body 12.
In order to reduce the overall size of the rotating unit, the second rotating body 12 includes two rotating arms 121 disposed opposite to each other in the left-right direction at intervals and a connecting portion 122 connected between first ends of the two rotating arms 121, the connecting portion 122 and the two rotating arms 121 surround to form a U-shaped structure with an opening facing away from the inner surface of the door body 3, second shaft holes 1211 are formed along second ends of the two rotating arms 121, the rotating shaft 16 is inserted into the second shaft holes 1211 of the two rotating arms 121, the first rotating body 11 is located between the two rotating arms 121, and the connecting portion 122 is located at the rear side of the rotating shaft 16. This arrangement allows the first rotating body 11 to be located inside the second rotating body 12, which can improve the force balance of the rotating unit, reduce the overall size of the rotating unit, and improve the flexibility of the location of the trigger portion 125.
Further, the rotating arms 121 and the first rotating body 11 are located inside the mounting cavity, the micro switch 15 is mounted outside the main mounting cavity 1311, in order to enable the trigger portion 125 to act on the contact 151 on the micro switch 15, at least one rotating arm 121 is connected with an extending arm portion 123, the extending arm portion 123 extends in the left-right direction and extends out of the main mounting cavity 1311, the pressing arm portion 124 extends towards the rear lower direction from the tail end of the extending arm portion 123, and the trigger portion 125 is arranged at the tail end of the pressing arm portion 124. The provision of the extension arm portion 123 and the pressing arm portion 124 can increase the distance between the trigger portion 125 and the first rotation body 11, and reduce the need for the mounting position of the microswitch 15.
Preferably, each rotating arm 121 is connected to an extending arm portion 123, each extending arm portion 123 is connected to a pressing arm portion 124, and the other pressing arm portion 124 is provided with a pressing protrusion, when the trigger portion 125 presses the contact 151, the pressing protrusion presses against the bracket 13, so as to improve the force balance of the second rotating body 12.
Further, for limiting the rotation angle of the rotation unit, the door lock assembly 1 further has a rotation limiting structure, in this embodiment, the limiting structure includes a limiting portion 138 disposed on the bracket 13, the ends of the two extension arm portions 123 form a limiting end, the limiting portion 138 and the limiting end are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence, the limiting portion 138 is located at the front side of the limiting end and can abut against the limiting end to limit the second rotating body to turn backwards, so as to limit the rotation of the rotation unit.
The first rotating body 11 is provided with a first shaft hole 116 through which the rotating shaft 16 passes, the first shaft hole 116 and the second shaft hole 1211 are both elongated holes, and the rotating shaft 16 is slidably inserted through the elongated holes along the length direction of the elongated holes. The pivot axis 16 is located at the upper end of the elongated aperture when the door lock assembly 1 is in the unlocked condition and the pivot axis 16 is located at the lower end of the elongated aperture when the door lock assembly 1 is in the locked condition. This arrangement enables the upper end of the first rotating body 11 to slide forward relative to the rotating shaft 16 when the latch section 211 rotates against the push latch section 113, thereby reducing friction and impact of the latch lever 21 on the first rotating body 11 and improving the service life of the rotating unit.
Further, the door lock assembly further comprises a spring 14, the spring 14 being adapted to apply a force to the turning unit to hold the door lock assembly in the locked state when the door lock assembly is in the locked state. The arrangement of the elastic piece 14 enables the elastic piece 14 to apply a pretightening force for keeping the locked state to the rotating unit when the door lock assembly is in the locked state, so that when the door body 3 is opened and the lock rod 21 drives the door body 3 to pull back, the lock tongue portion 211 and the lock catch portion 113 cannot be separated, thereby better ensuring that the lock rod 21 can drive the door body 3 to be closed under the condition of keeping the locked state with the lock catch portion 113, and further improving the operation reliability of the door lock assembly 1 and the door opening and closing device. When the door body 3 is closed and the lock rod 21 is retracted, the lock rod 21 cannot drive the door body 3 to move continuously, and only can apply a force to the rotating unit to rotate the rotating unit, so that the lock rod 21 moves backwards relative to the locking part 113 under the action of a large pulling force to unlock the locking part 113.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 14 is a tension spring, one end of which is connected to the first rotating body 11 and the second end of which is connected to the bracket 13. In this embodiment, the locking portion 113 is disposed at the top end of the first rotating body 11, the rear side of the lower end of the first rotating body 11 abuts against the second rotating body 12, and thus, the front end of the tension spring is preferably connected with the lower end of the first rotating body 11, the rear end of the tension spring is connected with the bracket 13, and in the locking state, the tension spring is in the elongated state to apply a force to the first rotating body 11 to force the lower end of the first rotating body 11 to turn backwards, so that the rear side of the lower end of the first rotating body 11 abuts against the front side of the upper end of the second rotating body 12 tightly, and the triggering portion 125 on the second rotating body 12 abuts against the contact 151. More preferably, when the door lock assembly 1 is unlocked from the latch tongue 211, the elastic member 14 is in a natural state.
In order to facilitate the installation of the elastic element 14, the first rotating body 11 includes two installation arm portions 111 facing each other in the left-right direction and spaced apart from each other, a connection arm portion 112 is connected between upper ends of the two installation arm portions 111, and a first shaft hole 116 penetrating in the left-right direction is formed by the installation arm portion 111 and the connection arm portion 112 in a surrounding manner. The upper end of the connecting arm portion 112 is provided with the above-mentioned latch portion, and when the door lock assembly 1 is in the unlocked state, the engagement guide surface 1131 is higher than the rest of the structure on the first rotating body 11. The first rotor 11 further includes a connecting shaft portion 114 connected to the lower ends of the two mounting arm portions 111, and a hook 141 is provided at a first end of the elastic member 14, and the hook 141 is hooked on the connecting shaft portion 114.
Further, in order to reduce the weight of the first rotating body 11, a lightening groove 1112 is preferably provided on each mounting arm portion 111. In order to enhance the overall structural strength of first rotor 11, first rotor 11 further includes reinforcing rib portion 115, and reinforcing rib portion 115 is U-shaped, and both sides of reinforcing rib portion 115 are connected to opposite sides of two mounting arm portions 111, respectively, and the bottom of reinforcing rib portion 115 is connected to connecting arm portion 112.
To facilitate the mounting of the elastic member 14 on the bracket 13, the rear end of the bracket 13 is provided with a bayonet 1371, and the rear end of the tension spring is snapped in the bayonet 1371. Specifically, the bracket 13 has a tension spring mounting portion 137 thereon, the tension spring mounting portion 137 is located at the bottom of the bracket 13, and the tension spring mounting portion 137 extends rearward to the rear side of the protruding mounting boss 131.
