Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 5, in a state where the handle 23 is accommodated in the accommodation groove (see fig. 2), the ejector 273 is accommodated in the mounting seat 271 (see fig. 5). At this time, the locking member 275 is locking the plunger 273. When the top rod 273 is acted by the pressing mechanism 26, the top rod 273 moves towards the mounting seat 271 and compresses the second elastic member 274, the locking member 275 releases the top rod 273 during the movement, and when the pressing mechanism 26 is released, the top rod 273 is ejected out of the mounting seat 271 under the action of the second elastic member 274 so as to eject the handle 23 out of the accommodating groove 221. It can be understood that, referring to fig. 4 and 6, in the case that the handle 23 is ejected out of the receiving groove 221 (see fig. 4), a force can be applied to the ejector 273 again by the pressing mechanism 26 to press the ejector 273 back into the mounting seat 271 (see fig. 6), and after the pressing, the locking member 275 locks the ejector 273, so that the handle 23 can be received in the receiving groove, i.e., the handle 23 is moved to the position shown in fig. 4, and the ejector 273 is moved from the position shown in fig. 5 to the position shown in fig. 6. Thus, the top rod 273 can be ejected from the mounting seat 271 by applying force to the pressing mechanism 26 and releasing the pressing mechanism, so that the handle 23 can be ejected out of the accommodating groove 221 quickly and conveniently. The second elastic member 274 includes, but is not limited to, an elastic member such as a spring.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, in some embodiments, the locking member 275 includes a first end 2751 and a second end 2752, the first end 2751 is disposed through the mounting seat 271, the top bar 273 has a sliding slot 2731, and the second end 2752 can slide in the sliding slot 2731. With the mandrel 273 received in the mount 271, the second end 2752 is in the first position A of the chute 2731 to lock the mandrel 273 (as shown in FIG. 5). The second end 2752 is adapted to move along the slide channel 2731 during ejection of the top bar 273 from the mount 271 to move from the first position a to the second position B of the slide channel 2731 to release the top bar 273 (as shown in fig. 6), and to move along the slide channel 2731 from the second position B to the first position a during retraction of the top bar 273 into the mount 271 to lock the top bar 273.
When the plunger 273 is pressed into the mounting seat 271, the second end 2752 is in the first position a of the slide groove 2731 (as shown in fig. 5), and the locking member 275 pulls the plunger 273, so that the second elastic member 274 cannot be released and the plunger 273 is locked. When the push rod 273 moves into the mounting seat 271 with the pressing mechanism 26 pressed to apply a force to the push rod 273, the second end 2752 moves in the slide groove 2731, the second elastic member 274 continues to be compressed, and when the force applied to the push rod 273 is removed, the second elastic member 27415 ejects the push rod 273 to eject the handle 23 out of the accommodating groove 221, at which time the second end 2752 of the locking member 275 slides to the second position B of the slide groove 2731 (as shown in fig. 6).
After the top rod 273 is ejected out of the mounting seat 271 and the box body 21, the top rod 273 can be moved into the mounting seat 271 by applying a force to the pressing mechanism 26 again, the second elastic member 274 is compressed, the second end 2752 of the locking member 275 slides to the first position a of the slide groove 2731, and the locking member 275 locks the top rod 273.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7 to 10, in the present embodiment, the mounting seat 271 has a mounting hole 2715, and the second end 2752 of the locking member 275 is inserted into the mounting hole 2715. The top bar 273 includes an inner stop 2735 and an outer stop 2736, and the slide slot 2731 is defined by the inner stop 2735 and the outer stop 2736 together. Spout 2731 includes locking section 2732 and sets up at locking section 2732 both ends and with the first slip section 2733 and the second slip end of backstop end intercommunication, first slip section 2733 and second slip section 2734 are located the both sides of interior dog 2735, first slip section 2733 and locking section 2732's access connection, second slip section 2734 and locking section 2732's exit linkage, and first slip section 2733 and second slip section 2734 intersect, the bottom of locking section 2732 is spout 2731's first position A, the intersection of first slip section 2733 and second slip section 2734 is spout 2731's second position B. When the plunger 273 is pressed into the mounting ring receptacle, the second end 2752 of the locking member 275 is in the first position A of the slide channel 2731 (i.e., the bottom of the locking segment 2732). In the process of ejecting the top bar 273, the second end 2752 slides from the first position a to the second position B along the locking section 2732 and the second sliding section 2734, and when the second end 2752 slides to the second position B, the top bar 273 ejects the handle 23 out of the receiving groove 221 by a certain distance. During the pressing in of the plunger 273, the second end 2752 of the locking member 275 slides along the first slide portion 2733 and the locking portion 2732 from the second position B to the first position a, and when the second end 2752 slides to the first position a, the plunger 273 is just completely pressed into the mounting seat 271.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in some embodiments, the top of the locking section 2732 slopes upward from the side where the first slide section 2733 is located to the side where the second slide section 2734 is located, and the size of the entrance of the locking section 2732 is smaller than the size of the exit of the locking section 2732. Thus, when the second segment of the locking member 275 moves out of the first position A, the second end 2752 first moves upward, then abuts the top of the locking segment 2732 and moves along the side of the second sliding segment 2734, and then exits the locking segment 2732 and slides to the second sliding segment 2734 without exiting the locking segment 2732 and sliding to the first sliding segment 2733.
In addition, with continued reference to fig. 7 and 8, in such an embodiment, the side of the inner stop 2735 on which the bottom sub-second slide 2734 is located is sloped toward the side of the first slide 2733. Thus, as the plunger 273 is pressed into the receptacle 271, the second end 2752 of the locking member 275 moves upward from the intersection of the first and second sliding segments 2733, 2734 and, during movement, abuts against the inner stop 2735, and the inner stop 2735 guides the second end 2752 to slide into the first sliding segment 2733 and not into the second sliding segment 2734.
In this embodiment, the first and second sliding segments 2733, 2734 are asymmetrically disposed, and the second end 2752 is slid into the locking segment 2732 by the first sliding segment 2733 to slide from the second position B to the first position a, and slid out of the locking portion by the second sliding segment 2734 to slide from the first position a to the second position B. It is to be appreciated that in other embodiments, the first and second sliding segments 2733, 2734 can be symmetrically disposed about the locking segment 2732, with the locking segment 2732 configured in a symmetrical configuration, such that locking and releasing of the mandrel 273 can be accomplished as well.
Referring to fig. 5, 6, 7 and 9, in some embodiments, the top rod 273 is formed with a second limiting portion 2737, the mounting seat 271 is formed with an abutting portion 2711, and the abutting portion 2711 abuts against the second limiting portion 2737 to limit the position of the top rod 273 relative to the mounting seat 271.
Specifically, in the process of ejecting the top rod 273 out of the mounting seat 271, the second limiting portion 2737 on the top rod 273 moves along with the top rod 273, and when the second limiting portion 2737 abuts against the abutting portion 2711, the top rod 273 moves to the limit. Thus, the lift lever 273 can be prevented from completely disengaging from the mount 271 by the second elastic member 274.
Referring to FIGS. 6, 7 and 10, in some embodiments, the mounting seat 271 defines a limiting slot 2712, the locking member 275 further includes a connecting end 2753 connecting the first end 2751 and the second end 2752, and the connecting end 2753 is received in the limiting slot 2712. In this way, the restraint slot 2712 may guide the rotation of the connection end 2753 as the second end 2752 slides within the slide slot 2731 to prevent motion failure. Specifically, a limiting rib 2713 is formed on one side of the limiting groove 2712, and the limiting rib 2713 can prevent the connecting end 2753 of the locking piece 275 from disengaging from the limiting groove 2712 to cause movement failure.
Referring to fig. 7 and 9, in some embodiments, the mounting seat 271 further defines a guide groove 2714, the top bar 273 defines a protrusion 2738, and the protrusion 2738 is slidably connected with the guide groove 2714. Thus, the guide groove 2714 can guide the moving direction of the push rod 273 in the process of ejecting and receiving the push rod 273 out of and into the mount 271, so that the push rod 271 can be stably moved in one direction.
It is understood that in other embodiments, a guide groove 2714 may be further formed on the top rod 273, a projection 2738 may be formed on the mounting seat 271, and the projection 2738 and the guide groove 2714 are slidably connected, and the specific arrangement is not limited herein.
