In the example of fig. 1, the washing appliance 1000 is a drawer type washing appliance. It is understood that in other embodiments, the washing appliance 1000 may be a pull-down type washing appliance or other washing appliances having a structure. The following description will be made in detail with an example in which the washing appliance 1000 is a drawer type washing appliance.
The washing appliance 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a cavity 200 and a dispensing device 100, the cavity 200 is formed with a washing chamber 201, and the dispensing device 100 is mounted on an inner wall 2011 of the cavity 200.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the washing appliance 1000 may be a washing appliance 1000 such as a dishwasher (e.g., a drawer dishwasher) or a washing machine (e.g., a drawer washing machine). In addition, referring to fig. 1, the washing appliance 1000 further includes a housing 300, and the cavity 200 is located in the housing 300. The housing 300 may be made of a metal material, for example, a light aluminum material, so that the housing 300 has a light weight. Meanwhile, the cavity 200 may be made of a metal material or a heat-resistant plastic material as long as the strength and heat resistance thereof can be ensured.
In the embodiment of the present invention, mainly taking the washing appliance 1000 as a drawer type dishwasher as an example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the washing appliance 1000 is a drawer type dishwasher, the cavity 200 may be connected with the housing 300 through a guide rail (not shown), the cavity 200 can slide relative to the housing 300 to slide the cavity 200 out of or into the housing 300 to open or close the washing chamber 201, so that the cavity 200 can be loaded with dishes to enable the drawer type dishwasher to wash the dishes (arrow a in fig. 1 indicates the sliding direction of the cavity 200).
It is understood that in other embodiments, the washing appliance 1000 can be other types of dishwashers, such as a pull-down door type dishwasher, and is not limited herein.
In the example of fig. 1, the dispensing device 100 is mounted on an inner wall 2011 perpendicular to the sliding direction of the chamber 200. It is understood that in other embodiments, the dispensing device 100 may also be mounted on the inner wall 2011 parallel to the sliding direction of the chamber 200.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, in the present embodiment, the dispensing device 100 includes a body 10, a cover 20, a bottom plate 30, and a linkage structure 40. The cover 20 is movably disposed on the body 10, or the cover 20 is movably connected to the body 10. The bottom plate 30 is movably connected to the main body 10, and the linkage structure 40 connects the cover 20 and the bottom plate 30.
The cover 20 is movably disposed on the body 10, which means that the cover 20 is slidably or rotatably disposed on the body 10. In this context, the cover 20 is slidably disposed on the body 10 for a detailed explanation. It is understood that in other embodiments, the cover 20 may be rotatably disposed on the body 10, for example, the cover 20 may be configured as an upward-hinged cover.
Referring to fig. 4, specifically, the body 10 includes a receiving cavity 11, a first guiding portion 12 and a mounting plate 14, and the receiving cavity 11 is mounted on the mounting plate 14. The housing cavity 11 is connected with the mounting plate 14. For example, the receiving cavity 11 may be protruded on the mounting plate 14.
The accommodating cavity 11 is opened with an accommodating cavity 111, and the accommodating cavity 111 is formed with an opening 110 at the top of the body 10. The first guide portion 12 is used for guiding the cover 20 to slide on the body 10. The body 10 may be made of a plastic material, and in one example, the body 10 may be made of a PP material (polypropylene). It is understood that the body 10 may be integrally formed or separately formed, and is not limited herein. For example, the receiving cavity 11 and the mounting plate 14 are of a unitary structure.
The receiving cavity 111 may be used to receive detergent for washing dishes, and the detergent may be in a powder form, a liquid form, or a tablet form. That is, the user may open the opening 110 of the receiving cavity 111 by sliding the cover 20, and then load the detergent into the receiving cavity 111 through the opening 110.
In the present embodiment, the opening 110 is located at the top of the body 10, which may be understood as the opening 110 facing upward, or the opening 110 is opened on the sidewall of the receiving cavity 11, and the opening 110 facing outward from the sidewall or the opening 110 is opened obliquely upward on the sidewall of the receiving cavity 11.
In the example shown in fig. 1 and 2, the direction of the opening 110 of the washing chamber 201 of the cavity 200 is the same as the direction of the opening 110 of the housing cavity 111 of the dispensing device 100, both facing upwards.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the receiving cavity 111 includes a first receiving cavity 1111 and a second receiving cavity 1112, and the first receiving cavity 1111 and the second receiving cavity 1112 are arranged in parallel. The accommodating cavity 11 defines a first accommodating cavity 1111 and a second accommodating cavity 1112.
Specifically, the first receiving cavity 1111 and the second receiving cavity 1112 are arranged in the sliding direction of the cover 20 (the arrow B in fig. 3 indicates the sliding direction of the cover). The opening 110 includes a first opening 1101 and a second opening 1102, and the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102 are located at the top of the body 10. The first receiving cavity 1111 forms a first opening 1101. The second receiving cavity 1112 forms a second opening 1102.
In the example of fig. 3, each of the first housing cavity 1111 and the second housing cavity 1112 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. The first and second openings 1101, 1102 are each substantially rectangular in shape. It is understood that in other embodiments, the first receiving cavity 1111 and the second receiving cavity 1112 may have other regular or irregular shapes, and the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102 may have other regular or irregular shapes.
In particular, the washing process of dishware by drawer dishwashers generally comprises a pre-wash phase, in which the dishware can be washed with a powdered detergent, and a main wash phase, in which the dishware can be washed with a tablet detergent. In this embodiment, the first receiving chamber 1111 may be used to load a powdered detergent for a pre-washing stage, and the second receiving chamber 1112 may be used to load a tablet detergent for a main washing stage. That is, the user may load the powdered detergent into the first receiving chamber 1111 through the first opening 1101, and may load the detergent tablet into the second receiving chamber 1112 through the second opening 1102.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the cover 20 can slide on the body 10 to open or close the opening 110. Specifically, the cover 20 can slide on the body 10 to open or close the first and second openings 1101 and 1102. In other words, the cover 20 is configured to selectively open or close at least one of the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102. In the present embodiment, the lid 20 is provided in the housing cavity 11.
In the present embodiment, the phrase "the cover 20 is capable of sliding on the body 10" means that the cover 20 is capable of sliding in any translational manner in the three-dimensional space enclosed by the body 10, or that the cover 20 is capable of sliding in any translational manner in a desired range larger than the space enclosed by the body 10 (for example, beyond the space enclosed by the body 10 but not against the dishes placed in the washing chamber 201). It should be noted that the three-dimensional space enclosed by the body 10 is a minimum space formed by a regular three-dimensional pattern capable of completely accommodating the whole body 10, such as a rectangular parallelepiped, a square cube, or other regular patterns.
Further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the dispensing device 100 is mounted on an inner wall 2011 perpendicular to the sliding direction of the chamber 200. The sliding direction of the cover 20 is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the cavity 200. It is understood that in other embodiments, the dispensing device 100 may be mounted on the inner wall 2011 parallel to the sliding direction of the cavity 200, and in such embodiments, the sliding direction of the cover 20 is parallel to the sliding direction of the cavity 200.
Specifically, the cover body 20 is provided with the second guide portion 21 and the projection portion 24. The second guiding portion 21 is used for being connected with the first guiding portion 12 to guide the cover 20 and the main body 10 to slide relatively. The protrusion 24 is used to be operated to slide the cover 20 relative to the body 10. Thus, when the user needs to slide the cover 20, the user can slide the cover 20 on the body 10 by pushing the protrusion 24 to open or close the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the first guiding portion 12 includes a first sliding slot 121 formed on the mounting plate 14 and a second sliding slot 122 formed on the accommodating cavity 11, and both the first sliding slot 121 and the second sliding slot 122 are formed along the sliding direction of the cover body 20. The vertical plane of the extending direction of the second sliding groove 121 is different from the vertical plane of the extending direction of the second sliding groove 122, so that the freedom degree of the cover body 20 in multiple directions can be limited, and the cover body 20 can slide more stably.
In this embodiment, the cover 20 is L-shaped, the cover 20 includes a transverse folding portion 22 and a vertical folding portion 23, the transverse folding portion 22 is located at the top of the main body 10, and the transverse folding portion 22 is used for opening or closing the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102. The protruding portion 24 is provided on the transverse folded portion 22. The vertical folding portion 23 is located at a side of the horizontal folding portion 22. The second guide portion 21 includes a first protrusion 211 formed on the lateral folding portion 22 and a first protrusion 212 formed on the vertical folding portion 23, the first protrusion 211 is slidably engaged with the first sliding groove 121, and the first protrusion 212 is slidably engaged with the second sliding groove 122, so as to guide the cover body 20 to slide on the body 10.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the first guiding portion 12 may be a convex portion, and the second guiding portion 21 may be a sliding slot, or the first guiding portion 12 includes a convex portion and a sliding slot, and the second guiding portion 21 also includes a convex portion and a sliding slot, and the specific arrangement manner is not limited herein, and only needs to be able to realize the relative sliding between the cover 20 and the main body 10. In the present embodiment, the cover 20 may be made of a heat-resistant plastic material, so that the plastic material is easily molded and has a low cost, and the cover 20 has a good heat-resistant property, and in one example, the main body 10 may be made of a PP (polypropylene) material.
In other embodiments, the standing portion 23 may be omitted to simplify the structure of the lid body 20.
In the present embodiment, the cover 20 is directly disposed on the top of the body 10, and the cover 20 is usually made of a rigid material and is not compressible or bendable. It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the cover 20 may also be a flexible member that can compress and flex. In such an embodiment, a rolling mechanism may be provided at one side of the receiving cavity 11, and the cover body 20 is at least partially rolled in the rolling mechanism. When the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102 need to be closed, the cover 20 is pulled out of the winding mechanism, and then the cover 20 is pulled to slide on the body 10 to form the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102, after the cover is closed, one end of the cover 20 can be fixed on the body 10 to prevent the cover 20 from being mistakenly wound back into the winding mechanism, and when the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102 need to be opened, only one end of the cover 20 needs to be loosened, and the winding mechanism automatically winds back the cover 20 to open the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102.
Further, referring to fig. 3 to 5, the body 10 is formed with a water inlet channel 60 communicating with the second receiving cavity 1112 and a water outlet channel 61 located at the top of the body 10, and the water outlet channel 61 communicates with the second opening 1102. The water outlet passage 61 is used for discharging the liquid injected from the water inlet passage 60 into the second receiving cavity 1112 and overflowing from the second opening 1102 to the outside of the dispensing device 100.
Specifically, the mounting plate 14 is opened with a water inlet passage 60. The receiving cavity 11 includes a first plate 112 connected to the mounting plate 14 and a second plate 113 connected to the first plate 112, the second plate 113 is disposed opposite to the mounting plate 14, the second plate 113 and the first plate 112 together define the opening 110, and the top of the first plate 112 is higher than the top of the second plate 113 to define the water passage 61. It is to be appreciated that the second plate 113 and the first plate 112 together define a first opening 1101 and a second opening 1102.
The top of the first plate 112 is higher than the top of the second plate 113, so as to prevent the water in the first receiving cavity 1111 and the water in the second receiving cavity 1112 from exchanging with each other, that is, when the water is fed into the second receiving cavity 1112 through the water inlet channel 60, if the height of the top of the first plate 112 is less than the height of the top of the second plate 113, the water in the second receiving cavity 1112 will flow into the first receiving cavity 1111 from the first plate 112, rather than flowing into the washing chamber 201 of the washing appliance 1000 from the second plate 113. Therefore, the top of the first plate 112 is higher than the top of the second plate 113, and the water in the second housing chamber 1112 can be prevented from flowing into the first housing chamber 1111.
In the present embodiment, the first plate 112 is provided substantially perpendicular to the mounting plate 14. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the first plate 112 and the mounting plate 14 may not be disposed perpendicular only. The specific positional relationship of the first plate 112 and the mounting plate 14 may be set according to different situations. The specific positional relationship between the first plate 112 and the mounting plate 14 is not limited herein.
Further, the end of the first plate 112 remote from the mounting plate 14 protrudes beyond the second plate 113, so as to guide the water to a desired location, i.e. the water flowing out of the second plate 113 does not flow to both sides of the second plate 113.
In an example, referring to fig. 4, 6 and 7, the dispensing device 100 includes a bottom plate 30 movably disposed on the body 10, and the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111 is closed by the bottom plate 30 when the opening 110 is fully opened by the cover 20. In a state where the cover 20 completely closes the opening 110, the bottom of the first receiving chamber 1111 is opened by the bottom plate 30, that is, the bottom plate 30 is movably disposed at the bottom of the first receiving chamber 1111, and the bottom plate 30 is used to open or close the bottom of the first receiving chamber 1111. At this time, the bottom of the second receiving cavity 1112 is in a closed state, that is, the bottom of the second receiving cavity 1112 is not provided with the bottom plate 30.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, a feeding opening 1113 is formed at the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111. The bottom plate 30 is used to open or close the input port 1113.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, in the present embodiment, the linking structure 40 connects the bottom plate 30 and the cover 20, and the linking structure 40 is configured to drive the bottom plate 30 to move to open the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111 when the cover 20 closes the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102. In other words, the linkage structure 40 is configured to drive the bottom plate 30 to move to open the input port 1113 during the process of closing the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102 by the cover 20.
Specifically, the linkage structure 40 includes a first paddle 41, a second paddle 42, and a first elastic member 43. The first toggle member 41 is connected to the cover 20, the second toggle member 42 is connected to the bottom plate 30, and the first toggle member 41 is used for abutting against the second toggle member 42 when the cover 20 closes the opening 110, so that the bottom plate 30 gradually opens the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111.
In other words, the first toggle member 41 is used to abut against the second toggle member 42 during the process of closing the opening 110 by the cover 20, so that the bottom plate 30 gradually opens the input port 1113.
Specifically, the first toggle member 41 is used for driving the bottom plate 30 to move relative to the body 10 in the process that the cover 20 closes the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102 so as to gradually open the feeding opening 1113 at the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111.
The first elastic member 43 is connected to the base plate 30, and the first elastic member 43 is used for applying an elastic force to the base plate 30 to maintain a tendency of the base plate 30 to close the bottom of the receiving cavity 111. The first elastic member 43 may be an elastic member such as a spring.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first elastic member 43 is connected to the bottom plate 30, and the first elastic member 43 is used to apply an elastic force to the bottom plate 30 to maintain a tendency of the bottom plate 30 to close the input port 1113 at the bottom of the first receiving chamber 1111.
That is, when the cover 20 opens the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102, the first elastic member 43 may be used to apply an elastic force to the bottom plate 30 so that the bottom plate 30 can maintain a state of closing the first receiving cavity 1111, and during the process of closing the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102 by the cover 20, the first toggle member 41 may be used to abut against the second toggle member 42 so that the bottom plate 30 can gradually open the feeding opening 1113 at the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111 against the elastic force of the first elastic member 43.
In this embodiment, the fact that the bottom plate 30 is movable relative to the body 10 to open the input port 1113 at the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111 may mean that the bottom plate 30 can rotate relative to the body 10 to open the input port 1113 or the bottom plate 30 can slide relative to the body 10 to open the input port 1113.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7, in one example, the bottom plate 30 is rotatably disposed at the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111, that is, the bottom plate 30 can rotate relative to the body 10 to open or close the input port 1113. At this time, the interlocking structure 40 is configured to drive the bottom plate 30 to rotate to open the input port 1113 in the process of closing the first opening 1101 by the cover 20.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the bottom plate 30 includes a first rotation shaft 311, the first rotation shaft 311 is rotatably connected to the body 10, the bottom plate 30 can rotate relative to the body 10 through the first rotation shaft 311, and the first elastic member 43 is disposed on the body 10 and abutted against the first rotation shaft 311. The first toggle member 41 is a first abutting portion 411 disposed on the cover 20, and the second toggle member 42 is a second abutting portion 421 disposed on the bottom plate 30.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, in such an example, when the cover 20 completely opens the first opening 1101, the first abutting portion 411 is separated from the second abutting portion 421, and the bottom plate 30 closes the feeding opening 1113 at the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111 under the action of the elastic force of the first elastic member 43.
Referring to fig. 8 to 9, in the process of closing the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102 by the cover 20 (arrow C in fig. 7 indicates the sliding direction of opening the first opening 1101 by the cover 20), first, the first abutting portion 411 gradually abuts against the second abutting portion 421, and then the first abutting portion and the second abutting portion 421 abut against each other, at this time, the cover 20 slides further under the action of external force, the first abutting portion 411 applies an acting force to the second abutting portion 421, the second abutting portion 421 rotates under the driving of the first abutting portion 411, so that the bottom plate 30 rotates relative to the body 10 against the elastic force of the first elastic member 43 to open the input port 1113 at the bottom of the first receiving chamber 1111 (arrow D in fig. 7 indicates the rotation direction of the bottom plate 30), and the powder detergent in the first receiving cavity 1111 is dropped into the washing cavity 201 of the cavity 200 from top to bottom to meet the washing requirement of the pre-washing stage of the drawer type dishwasher.
In addition, referring to fig. 9, when the bottom plate 30 opens the first receiving cavity 1111, the first abutting portion 411 and the second abutting portion 421 still abut against each other, and the two abutting portions can be in surface contact, so that the first abutting portion 411 can stably abut against the second abutting portion 421, so that the bottom plate 30 cannot erroneously rotate under the action of the first elastic member 43 to close the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111.
It should be noted that, since the pre-washing stage is the washing stage of the dishwasher which is started first, after the first receiving chamber 1111 and the second receiving chamber 1112 are loaded with the detergent, the user can close the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102 through the cover 20, and during the closing process, due to the existence of the linkage structure 40, the cover 20 drives the bottom plate 30 to open the bottom of the first receiving chamber 1111 so as to directly dose the detergent required for the pre-washing stage.
It is understood that in other examples, the first elastic member 43 may also be used to keep the bottom plate 30 open at the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111 when the cover 20 closes the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102, that is, in such examples, the elastic force of the first elastic member 43 needs to be overcome to make the bottom plate 30 close the first receiving cavity 1111 during the process of opening the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102 by the cover 20.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the first shaft portion 311 is rotatably connected to one side of the first receiving chamber 1111, and the bottom plate 30 rotates around one side of the first receiving chamber 1111 to open the input port 1113. It is understood that in other embodiments, the first rotating shaft portion 311 may be rotatably connected to an intermediate position of the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111, and when the bottom plate 30 rotates, one portion rotates towards the inside of the first receiving cavity 1111 and the other portion rotates towards the outside of the first receiving cavity 1111, which is not limited herein.
In addition, referring to fig. 10 and 11, as mentioned above, in some embodiments, the bottom plate 30 may not be rotatably connected to the body 10, but may be slidably disposed at the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111, that is, the bottom plate 30 can slide relative to the body 10 to open or close the input port 1113. At this time, the interlocking structure 40 is configured to drive the bottom plate 30 to slide to open the input port 1113 in the process of closing the first opening 1101 by the cover 20.
In such an example, the first toggle member 41 may be a third abutting portion 412 and a fourth abutting portion 413 disposed on two sides of the cover 20, the second toggle member 42 may be a fifth abutting portion 422 disposed on the bottom plate 30, and the fifth abutting portion 422 is located between the third abutting portion 412 and the fourth abutting portion 413.
Specifically, with reference to fig. 10 and fig. 11, when the cover 20 completely opens the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102, the bottom plate 30 closes the feeding opening 1113 (see fig. 10) at the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111, and the third abutting portion 412 abuts against the fifth abutting portion 422.
Referring to fig. 11, when the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102 need to be closed, the cover 20 can be slid to close the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102. In this process, the fourth abutting portion 413 gradually approaches the fifth abutting portion 422, and when the fourth abutting portion 413 abuts against the fifth abutting portion 422, the fourth abutting portion 413 continuously drives the fifth abutting portion 422 to move so as to drive the bottom plate 30 to slide relative to the main body 10 (the sliding direction of the bottom plate 30 is the same as the sliding direction of the cover body 20), so that the bottom plate 30 opens the first feeding opening (see fig. 11) at the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111, so as to feed the powdered detergent in the first receiving cavity 1111 into the washing cavity 201 of the cavity 200.
When the dispensing is completed and the next loading is required, the cover 20 can be slid to open the first and second openings 1101 and 1102. In the sliding process of the cover 20, the third abutting portion 412 gradually approaches the fifth abutting portion 422, and when the third abutting portion 412 abuts against the fifth abutting portion 422, the third abutting portion 412 continuously drives the fifth abutting portion 422 to move so as to drive the bottom plate 30 to slide relative to the main body 10 (the sliding direction of the bottom plate 30 is the same as the sliding direction of the cover 20), so that the bottom plate 30 gradually closes the feeding opening 1113 (see fig. 11) at the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111. When the first opening 1101 is completely opened by the cover 20, the bottom plate 30 completely closes the input port 1113, and at this time, the user can load the detergent into the first receiving chamber 1111 through the first opening 1101.
It is understood that in such an example, the linkage structure 40 may not be provided with the first elastic member 43.
For example, in one example, the linkage structure 40 may be configured such that when the cover 20 closes the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102, the bottom plate 30 moves in the opposite direction to open the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111, and the specific configuration may be set according to actual circumstances.
Next, referring to fig. 6 and fig. 7, the operation principle of the dispensing device 100 of the present application will be described by taking the case that the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111 is provided with the bottom plate 30 and the bottom of the second receiving cavity 1112 is closed as an example.
First, when detergent needs to be loaded, the sliding cover 20 opens the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102, and at this time, the bottom plate 30 closes the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111 by the first elastic member 43. Thus, the detergent powder for the pre-washing stage is loaded in the first receiving chamber 1111, and the detergent tablet for the main washing stage is loaded in the second receiving chamber 1112.
Subsequently, the cover 20 can be slid to close the first opening 1101 and the second opening 1102, and during the sliding process, the cover 20 drives the bottom plate 30 to rotate through the linkage structure 40 to open the feeding port 1113 at the bottom of the first receiving cavity 1111, so as to feed the powdered detergent. At this point, the drawer dishwasher cavity 200 may be pushed into the housing 300 into the pre-wash stage.
After the pre-washing stage is finished, the main washing stage is performed, at this time, external water is sent into the second receiving cavity 1112 through the water inlet channel 60, after the water enters the second receiving cavity 1112, the water can be dissolved in the detergent in the second receiving cavity 1112 so that the water in the second receiving cavity 1112 is fully mixed with the detergent, when the water in the second receiving cavity 1112 is higher than the second opening 1102, since the water outlet channel 60 is communicated with the second opening 1102, the water in the second receiving cavity 1112 overflows from the second opening 1102 and then enters the washing chamber 201 of the washing appliance 1000 along the water outlet channel 61 for the main washing stage.
In the above-described different examples, it should be noted that the volumes of the first receiving chamber 1111 and the second receiving chamber 1112 are preset, so that the first receiving chamber 1111 and the second receiving chamber 1112 can measure the detergent when the user loads the detergent. The volume of the first receiving chamber 1111 should be set to be equal to the volume of the detergent to be dispensed at each pre-washing stage, and the volume of the second receiving chamber 1112 should be set to be larger than the volume of the detergent tablets used at each main washing stage.
Further, when the bottom of the second housing cavity 1112 is in a closed state, the housing cavity 11 is formed with a water drain hole 1114 located at the bottom of the second housing cavity 1112, that is, when the bottom of the second housing cavity 1112 is in a closed state, the bottom of the second housing cavity 1112 is provided with the water drain hole 1114.
Since the water in the second receiving cavity 1112 is higher than the second opening 1102, the water in the second receiving cavity 1112 may overflow from the second opening 1102 to the washing chamber 201 of the washing appliance 1000, that is, when the water level inside the second receiving cavity 111 is lower than the second opening 1102, the water inside the second receiving cavity 1112 will not overflow from the second opening 1102, and at this time, a large amount of water will remain inside the second receiving cavity 1112, by the arrangement of the drain hole 1114, the water in the second receiving cavity 1112 lower than the second opening 1102 can flow out of the second receiving cavity 1112 through the drain hole 1114, the water mixed with the detergent can be prevented from remaining in the second receiving cavity 1112, this enables the water mixed with the detergent in the second receiving cavity 1112 to sufficiently flow into the washing chamber 201, thereby improving the washing efficiency of the washing appliance 1000 and preventing the water mixed with the detergent from remaining in the second receiving cavity 1112.
Wherein, the drain hole 1114 may be circular. Of course, in other embodiments, the drain holes 1114 may not be circular. The specific shape of the drain hole 1114 may be set according to different situations. For example, the drain holes 1114 may also be triangular, rectangular, etc. The specific shape of the drain hole 1114 is not limited herein.
Specifically, the bottom surface of the second receiving cavity 1112 is inclined downward toward the water discharge hole 1114.
When the bottom surface of the second receiving cavity 1112 is flat, the water in the second receiving cavity 1112 may not sufficiently enter the water drain hole 1114, and thus the water remained in the second receiving cavity 1112, and when the bottom surface of the second receiving cavity 1112 is inclined downward toward the water drain hole 1114, that is, the bottom surface of the second receiving cavity 1112 has an inclined surface, and the inclined surface is inclined along the water drain hole 1114, so that the water in the second receiving cavity 1112 can enter the water drain hole 1114 along the inclined surface, and further the water in the second receiving cavity 1112 can sufficiently enter the water drain hole 1114 to enter the washing chamber 201 of the washing appliance 1000, and the water remained in the washing chamber 201 can be prevented.
In summary, the dispensing device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a main body 10, a cover 20, a bottom plate 30, and a linkage structure 40. The body 10 is formed with a first receiving chamber 1111, a second receiving chamber 1112 and a water inlet passage 60.
