The household appliance may be, but is not limited to, a dishwasher, a sterilizer, a steam box, an oven, a steam and bake all-in-one machine, and the like.
It is worth to say that, the door body in this embodiment, can articulate on the organism, also can set up on the organism with pull, the utility model discloses do not do the restriction to the concrete connection form of door body and organism. Meanwhile, the directions such as front, back, left and right are referred to hereinafter with reference to the orientation of the household appliance relative to the user when the household appliance is used, that is, the front side refers to the side facing the user, the back side refers to the side away from the user, and the left and right directions refer to the side from the left hand to the right hand of the user.
In the present embodiment, the door mechanism includes a door body 1, a panel 2, and a driving assembly 3. The door body 1 is provided with a mounting groove 118 with a front opening, the panel 2 is movably mounted on the door body 1, the panel 2 can be movably switched between a first state and a second state, the driving assembly 3 comprises a linear motor 31, and a driving end of the linear motor 31 can stretch and retract along a set direction so as to actuate the panel 2 to be movably switched between the first state and the second state.
That is, the door mechanism provided by the present embodiment can improve the automation degree of the panel 2 turning by setting the linear motor 31 to drive the panel 2 to turn, and simplify the driving structure of the panel 2, and reduce the driving cost.
In order to facilitate opening and closing of the door body 1, in the embodiment, the panel 2 or the mounting groove 118 has a handle structure therein, the handle structure is concealed in the mounting groove when the panel 2 is in the first state, and the handle structure is exposed when the panel 2 is in the second state.
With the arrangement, when the handle structure is not needed, the panel 2 can be in the first state, so that the handle structure is concealed in the mounting groove 118 and is shielded by the outer surface of the panel 2, the influence on the aesthetics of a door mechanism and a household appliance caused by the outward protrusion of the handle structure is avoided, and the handle structure is prevented from rubbing and scraping a user; when the door opening and closing mechanism with the buckle structure is needed, the panel 2 can be rotated to the second state, the buckle structure is exposed, a user can control the door body 1 through the buckle structure, opening or closing of the door body 1 is achieved, and operation convenience of the door body 1 is guaranteed.
Preferably, when panel 2 was in first state, the front flank of panel 2 and the front flank parallel and level of the door body 1 for the surfacing of door mechanism improves the appearance aesthetic property of door mechanism, and conveniently clears up the cleanness to the surface of door mechanism.
In this embodiment, the handle structure is disposed on the door body 1 and located in the mounting groove 118, and when the panel 2 is in the second state, the handle structure is exposed through the front opening of the mounting groove 118. This kind of setting can separate the attacker structure and panel 2, reduces panel 2's the processing degree of difficulty, and reduces panel 2's whole volume to reduce the volume of required mounting groove 118, reduce panel 2 and rotate required space.
In other embodiments, the handle structure may also be formed on the panel 2, and when the panel 2 moves to the second state, the handle structure is rotated out of the mounting groove 118, so that a user can open and close the door mechanism through the handle structure.
In this embodiment, the panel 2 is a control panel, the control panel is in communication connection with a controller inside the household appliance, and a user can realize operation control of the household appliance through touch operation on the panel 2. That is, in this embodiment, the panel 2 can play both the role of shielding the handle structure and the role of controlling the operation of the household appliance, so as to effectively simplify the structure of the door mechanism and improve the compactness and the integration. In other embodiments, the panel 2 may be a simple flat plate structure, and only plays a role of shielding the handle structure.
The panel 2 includes a casing 21, a touch screen 22 disposed on the front side of the casing 21, and a control panel disposed in the casing 21, the casing 21 is rotatably connected to the door 1, and the front side of the touch screen 22 is flush with the front side of the door 1. EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment provides a door mechanism and a household appliance, and the door mechanism provided in the present embodiment is based on a further improvement of the first embodiment, and the same contents as those in the first embodiment are not repeated in the present embodiment.
In this embodiment, drive assembly can control panel's rotation angle, can adjust the inclination of the control screen of counter plate from this, thereby adjust the visual angle of controlling the face towards the user, make the user can be according to kitchen environment and self visual angle, adjust the angle of controlling the relative vertical plane of face to the angle that is fit for the user to control, reduce the interference to controlling the visual angle of external environment or other reasons etc. improve the user to the control travelling comfort of counter plate, improve user use experience.
In order to ensure that a user has a better control visual angle, the driving assembly drives the panel to rotate between the first position and the second position, the control surface is vertically arranged or arranged upwards when the panel is located at the first position, and the control surface is arranged upwards when the panel is located at the second position. Namely, the panel is in the pivoted in-process of primary importance and second position, and the control face all sets up upwards, strengthens the effect of adjusting.
Further, the door mechanism comprises a controller, a control part is arranged on the panel, the control part and the driving assembly are in communication connection with the controller, and the control part is used for controlling the rotating angle of the panel. Through setting up the control portion, be favorable to the manual control portion of user, control the rotation angle of panel, improve control convenience.
In this embodiment, the control portion is a control button, and the control button controls the operation of the driving assembly, so as to control the rotation angle of the panel. The adjusting mode is simple and quick, the operation is convenient, the requirement on the visual field of the control screen is low due to the pressing operation of the control keys, and even if the current visual field of the control screen is not suitable for control, the control keys cannot be greatly hindered; moreover, the control keys are arranged into touch keys, so that the control keys can be prevented from protruding out of the control surface, and the overall appearance attractiveness of the panel and the door mechanism is improved.
In other embodiments, a rotation control program may be built in the panel, and a rotation control interface is displayed on the control surface, so as to control the rotation angle of the panel by inputting the rotation angle through touch; or a control bar and a control arrow capable of sliding along the control bar are formed on the rotary control interface, the control bar marks the angle control range from 0 degree to the maximum set angle, the control arrow is operated through touch control to slide to a certain position of the control bar along the control bar, and the control panel rotates to the angle corresponding to the position of the control arrow.
In another embodiment, the manipulation part may be a knob, the knob is in communication connection with the controller, an angle value for identifying an angle is provided on the outer circumferential wall or the outer side of the rotation, and a user controls the adjusted angle by rotating the knob.
In another embodiment, a voice recognizer may be disposed on the door mechanism, the voice recognizer is in communication with the controller, and the user directly controls the rotation angle of the panel through a voice command.
It can be understood that the principle of inputting the rotation angle on the rotation control interface, implementing the control by sliding the control bar, implementing the control by the knob, or implementing the control by the voice recognizer is the prior art in this field, and the details are not described in this embodiment.
