Referring to fig. 1 to 12 together, a washing appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a liner 10, a bowl basket 20, a transmission structure 30 and a driving portion 40, wherein the washing appliance 100 is, for example, a dishwasher. The inner container 10 is formed with a washing chamber 11. The side wall of the washing chamber 11 is provided with a first mounting opening 111. The bowl basket 20 is movably mounted to the wash chamber 11. The transmission structure 30 includes a first transmission member 31 and a second transmission member 32. The first transmission member 31 is mounted to the bowl basket 20. The driving section 40 includes a first motor 41. The first motor 41 is hermetically mounted at the first mounting port 111 and is at least partially located within the washing chamber 11. The second transmission member 32 connects the first transmission member 31 and the first motor 41. The first motor 41 is used to drive the bowl basket 20 to extend or retract the wash chamber 11 through the second transmission member 32 and the first transmission member 31.
In the washing appliance 100, the bowl basket 20 can extend or retract into the washing chamber 11 under the drive of the first motor 41, so that the bowl basket 20 is electrically moved, the bowl basket 20 is not required to be manually operated by a user with larger force, the operation difficulty of the user is reduced, the usability and operability of the washing appliance 100 are improved, and the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that, since the first motor 41 is sealingly mounted at the first mounting opening 111 and at least partially positioned in the washing chamber 11, the first motor 41 is located closer to the bowl basket 20, so that the first motor 41 only needs to provide a small driving force to drive the bowl basket 20 to extend or retract from the washing chamber 11 through the first and second driving members 31 and 32, and control is facilitated, so that only one first motor 41 is needed to drive the bowl basket 20, and balance of movement of the bowl basket 20 can be maintained. Furthermore, since the first motor 41 is at least partially located inside the washing chamber 11, it is not necessary to additionally reserve a large space outside the washing chamber 11 to preset the first motor 41, thereby facilitating the installation of the inner container 10. The first motor 41 may be, for example, a linear motor.
In addition, the first transmission member 31 may be a rack (e.g., a linear rack), and the second transmission member 32 may be a gear (as shown in fig. 10). When the first transmission member 31 is a rack and the second transmission member 32 is a gear, the first motor 41 can drive the second transmission member 32 to rotate through the forward and reverse rotation of the first transmission member 31 to drive the first transmission member 31 to do linear motion, so as to drive the bowl basket 20 to do linear motion to extend or retract the washing chamber 11.
Of course, it is understood that the second transmission member 32 may also be two leather wheels, wherein the leather wheels include a belt and a gear. The first motor 41 may be belt driven to extend or retract the bowl basket 20 from or into the wash chamber 11.
In this embodiment, the number of bowl baskets 20 is two. The two bowl baskets 20 are spaced apart. The two bowl baskets 20 comprise a lower bowl basket located at the lower part of the washing chamber 11 and a middle bowl basket located at the middle part of the washing chamber 11. The bowl basket 20 is used for placing cutlery. The washing appliance 100 includes a spraying device (not shown). The spray device includes a spray arm 103 disposed below the bowl basket 20. The spray arm 103 is provided with a plurality of spray holes facing the bowl basket 20. As such, when the washing appliance 100 is operated, the spray liquid may be sprayed toward the bowl basket 20 by the spray arm 103 of the spray device to wash the dishes located in the bowl basket 20.
In certain embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes a control device 50 and a voice detection module 60. The control device 50 is electrically connected to the voice detection module 60 and the first motor 41. The voice detection module 60 is used for detecting voice instructions of a user. The control device 50 is used for controlling the first motor 41 to drive the bowl basket 20 to extend or retract the washing chamber 11 according to voice instructions. In this manner, the user can control the bowl basket 20 through voice, thereby further improving the operability and usability of the washing appliance 100.
In some embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes a door 12 and a distance detection module 61. The door body 12 may be rotated with respect to the inner container 10 to open or close the washing chamber 11. The control device 50 is electrically connected to the distance detection module 61. The distance detection module 61 is configured to detect a distance between the door 12 and the liner 10. When the distance between the door 12 and the liner 10 is less than or equal to the first distance, the control device 50 is used to control the first motor to be in a closed state. That is, even if the voice detection module 60 detects a voice command of the user, the control device 50 can control the first motor 41 to be in the off state, thus preventing the collision of the basket 20 and the tableware placed in the basket 20 with the door body 12 due to the erroneous command. When the door 12 closes the washing chamber 11, a distance between the door 12 and the washing chamber 11 is smaller than the first distance. When the distance between the door 12 and the liner 10 is greater than the first distance and the voice detection module 60 detects a voice command from the user, the control device 50 can control the first motor 41 to drive the bowl basket 20 to extend or retract into the washing chamber 11 according to the voice command. That is, the bowl basket 20 can freely extend or retract into the washing chamber 11 when the distance of the door 12 with respect to the inner tub 10 is large.
In some embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes a key part 51 and a control device 50. The key portion 51 is connected to the first motor 41 and is used for generating control instructions. The control means 50 is for controlling the first motor 41 to drive the bowl basket 20 to extend or retract the washing chamber 11 according to the control instructions. In this way, the first motor 41 can be controlled to drive the first transmission member 31 and the second transmission member 32 according to the control instruction received by the key part 51, so that the bowl basket 20 is automatically controlled, the operation is simple, and the user experience is improved.
In the example shown in the figure, the key unit 51 is integrally provided on the control panel 501.
In some embodiments, the key section 51 includes a first key 511 and a second key 512. The first button 511 is configured to receive a first control instruction to control the first motor 41 to drive the second transmission member 32 to rotate in a clockwise direction to drive the first transmission member 31 to perform a linear motion so as to drive the bowl basket 20 to extend out of the washing chamber 11. The second key 512 is configured to receive a second control instruction to control the first motor 41 to drive the second transmission member 32 to rotate in a counterclockwise direction to drive the first transmission member 31 to perform a linear motion so as to drive the bowl basket 20 to retract into the washing chamber 11. Thus, the operation is facilitated.
It should be noted that, the first key 511 and the second key 512 may be selected according to the specific situation. For example, in some examples, the first key 511 and the second key 512 are jog keys. It is understood that in other examples, the first key 511 and the second key 512 may be one of a touch sensing key, a mechanical key, a sliding touch key, a gesture key, and a knob key.
In some embodiments, the drive portion 40 includes a mount 42. The mounting seat 42 is sealingly mounted at the first mounting port 111 and forms a mounting space 421 communicating with the first mounting port 111. The mounting block 42 is located within the wash chamber 11. The first motor 41 includes a body 411 and a drive shaft 412 connected to the body 411. The body 411 is inserted through the first mounting opening 111 and is at least partially accommodated in the mounting space 421. The driving shaft 412 penetrates the mounting seat 42 and is connected with the second transmission member 32. In this way, the installation seat 42 can prevent the first motor 41 located in the washing chamber 11 from contacting with water vapor, so as to ensure that the first motor 41 can work normally.
In some embodiments, the driving portion 40 includes a gasket 43 having elasticity. The gasket 43 is installed between the sidewall of the washing chamber 11 and the mounting seat 42 and seals a gap between the sidewall of the washing chamber 11 and the mounting seat 42. In this way, the sealing effect can be improved by the arrangement of the sealing pad 43, and then the contact of the water vapor and the first motor 41 can be effectively prevented.
The gasket 43 may be made of a rubber material.
In some embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes a gasket 70 having elasticity. Mount 42 is provided with mount through holes 422. The seal ring 70 is fixedly mounted in the mount through hole 422. The drive shaft 412 rotatably passes through the seal ring 70. In this way, the sealing ring 70 may further improve the sealing effect, and thus may effectively prevent water vapor from contacting the first motor 41.
In certain embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes a connection plate 80. The connection plate 80 is mounted to a side wall of the bowl basket 20. The connection plate 80 is formed with a mounting groove 81 extending in the moving direction of the bowl basket 20. The first transmission member 31 is disposed in the mounting groove 81. Thus, the first transmission member 31 can be stably mounted to the bowl basket 20, so that the stability of the transmission of the first transmission member 31 can be improved.
In some embodiments, the connection plate 80 includes a body plate 81 and two baffles 82 connected at both ends of the body plate 81. The body plate 81 connects the two baffles 82 and together forms the mounting groove 81. The body plate 81 extends from the direction of movement of the bowl basket 20. The first transmission member 31 is disposed on the lower surface of the body plate 81. The baffle 82 is L-shaped in cross section. The first transmission member is located between the two baffles 82. In this way, the arrangement of the two baffles 82 effectively limits the position of the first transmission member 31 relative to the second transmission member 32, thereby preventing the bowl basket 20 from sliding completely out of the washing chamber 11 and preventing the bowl basket 20 from colliding with the inner side wall of the washing chamber 11.
In some embodiments, the body plate 81, the two baffles 82, and the first transmission member 31 are of unitary construction. Thus, the structure is simpler and the manufacturing cost is low.
In certain embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes a fixing plate 90. The bowl basket 20 includes a plurality of connecting bars 21 disposed at intervals. The upper end of the connecting plate 80 is provided with a plurality of grooves 801 which are arranged at intervals. The plurality of connection bars 21 are respectively engaged with the plurality of grooves 801. The fixing plate 90 is pressed against the connection bar 21 and fixedly connected with the connection plate 80 such that the connection bar 21 is partially located between the groove 801 and the fixing plate 90. In this manner, the arrangement of the securing plate 90 may improve the stability of the connection of the connecting plate 80 to the bowl basket 20.
In the present embodiment, the number of the fixing plates 90 is two. Two fixing plates 90 are provided at intervals on both sides of the bowl basket 20. The securing plate 90 is fixedly coupled to the connecting plate 80 by fasteners (e.g., screws). This can further improve the stability and balance of the connection plate 80 to the bowl basket 20.
In some embodiments, the number of first mounting openings 111 is two. The two first mounting openings 111 are opposite. The number of first transmission members 31 is two. Two first transmission members 31 are respectively installed at both sides of the bowl basket 20. The number of first motors 41 is two. The number of second transmission members 32 is two. The two first motors 41 are respectively mounted at the two first mounting openings 111 in a sealing manner. The two first transmission members 31 are connected to the two second transmission members 32, respectively. The two first motors 41 are used to drive the bowl basket 20 to extend or retract the washing chamber 11 through the two second transmission members 32 and the two first transmission members 31, respectively. In this way, the smoothness of the bowl basket 20 as it extends or retracts into the wash chamber 11 can be further improved.
In certain embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes a tray 101. The tray 101 is movably installed at a sidewall of the washing chamber 11. The tray 101 is positioned above the bowl basket 20. The side wall of the washing chamber 11 is provided with a second mounting opening 112. The second mounting port 112 is located above the first mounting port 111. The transmission structure 30 comprises a third transmission member 33 and a fourth transmission member 34. The third transmission member 33 is mounted to the tray 101. The driving part 40 includes a second motor 44. The second motor 44 is sealingly mounted at the second mounting port 112 and is at least partially located within the wash chamber 11. The fourth transmission member 34 connects the third transmission member 33 and the second motor 44. The second motor 44 is used to drive the bowl basket 20 to extend or retract the wash chamber 11 through the fourth drive member 34 and the third drive member 33. The tray 101 can extend or retract the washing chamber 11 under the drive of the second motor 44, thus realizing the motorization of the movement of the tray 101, eliminating the need for a user to manually operate the tray 101 with a large force, and reducing the difficulty of the user operation. Wherein the tray 101 may be used to house cutlery, such as cutlery and chopsticks. Also, the tray 101 is slidably disposed in the washing chamber 11, i.e., the tray can slide in or out with respect to the washing chamber 11.
