技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种瓷砖地板酵素清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
随着社会生活水平的提高,瓷砖已经进入千家万户,然而瓷砖使用久了,遇到各种各样的污染,抛光瓷砖在制作过程抛光后会留下一些细微的凹凸气孔,即所谓的毛细孔,若沾染到茶水、咖啡、酱油、墨汁等有颜色的污染,容易渗透至砖体内部,需马上处理,不可使用酸碱值高或具有腐蚀性之清洁溶剂清洗,因其化学特性会破坏砖面之防护层,并降低防污性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种具有强力除污力、渗透力、杀菌力和抛光光亮性,能迅速彻底清除各类瓷砖表面、缝隙里的顽固污垢的瓷砖地板酵素清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的瓷砖地板酵素清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、小麦胚芽、当归油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、L-泛酸钙、毕赤酵母、罗伊氏乳杆菌 、椰油酸钠、酵素、醋酸、苹果香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 1.7% 甘草酸二钾1.1% 纳豆发酵提取物 2.1%
燕麦多肽 0.8% 聚季铵盐1.5% 小麦胚芽 1%
当归油 1.6% 绿茶香精 1.3% AES 3.6%
益生菌群 2.8% 甲基乙基酯 0.7% 鱼胶原蛋白 0.9%
L-泛酸钙 1.9% 毕赤酵母 2.2% 罗伊氏乳杆菌 2%
椰油酸钠 1% 酵素 1.8% 醋酸 1.3%
苹果香 2.1% 水68.6%
配制工艺
本发明瓷砖地板酵素清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾恒温33.9°C的水中搅拌148分钟,再加入纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、小麦胚芽、当归油、绿茶香精高速搅拌150分钟,并配以AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、L-泛酸钙、毕赤酵母、罗伊氏乳杆菌恒温在30.9°C均质搅拌151分种,将容器恒温在31.9°C密封发酵26.9小时,再加入椰油酸钠、酵素、醋酸、苹果香高速搅拌153分钟,能迅速彻底清除各类瓷砖表面、缝隙的顽固污垢,然后恒温在29.9°C容器内静置32.9小时即为成品。
有益效果:
具有强力的除污力以及渗透力、杀菌力和抛光光亮性等特性,能迅速彻底清除各类瓷砖表面、缝隙里的顽固污垢。
具体实施方式
本发明的瓷砖地板酵素清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,汉防己提取物1.7%、甘草酸二钾1.1%、纳豆发酵提取物 2.1%、燕麦多肽 0.8%、聚季铵盐1.5%、小麦胚芽1%、当归油 1.6%、绿茶香精 1.3%、AES 3.6%、益生菌群 2.8%、甲基乙基酯 0.7%、鱼胶原蛋白 0.9%、L-泛酸钙 1.9%、毕赤酵母 2.2%、罗伊氏乳杆菌 2%、椰油酸钠 1%、酵素 1.8%、醋酸 1.3%、苹果香 2.1%、水68.6%,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾恒温33.9°C的水中搅拌148分钟,再加入纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、小麦胚芽、当归油、绿茶香精高速搅拌150分钟,并配以AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、L-泛酸钙、毕赤酵母、罗伊氏乳杆菌恒温在30.9°C均质搅拌151分种,将容器恒温在31.9°C密封发酵26.9小时,再加入椰油酸钠、酵素、醋酸、苹果香高速搅拌153分钟,能迅速彻底清除各类瓷砖表面、缝隙的顽固污垢,然后恒温在29.9°C容器内静置32.9小时即为成品。
