本发明公开了一种耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀、抗冲击能力强PVC配方,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC树脂60‑100份,环氧大豆油2‑5份,三盐基性硫酸铅2‑6份硬脂酸钙4‑7份,氧化锌2‑7份,六甲基磷酰三胺6‑8份,抗冲剂1‑2份,氯化石蜡2‑3份,助剂0.5‑1.3份。本发明的有益效果是:利用该配方制造出来的PVC管材可以增强抗冲性能及强度,添加的六甲基磷酰三胺,不但可以大大抗冲击能力强,而且成比较低,适合推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶管道技术领域,具体涉及一种耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀、抗冲击能力强PVC配方。
背景技术
PVC管材的主要成分是聚氯乙烯,另外加入其它成分来增强其耐热性、韧性、延展性等。PVC在当今世界上深受喜爱,是颇为流行并广泛应用的一种合成材料。PVC管材是一种成熟的管材,主要应用于给排水工程。PVC管材具有耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀、强度高等优点,但抗冲性能比较差。
发明内容
本发明提供一种耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀、抗冲击能力强PVC配方,利用该配方制造出来的PVC管材可以增强抗冲性能及强度。
为达到上述目的,本发明一种耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀、抗冲击能力强PVC配方,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC树脂60-100份,环氧大豆油2-5份,三盐基性硫酸铅2-6份,硬脂酸钙4-7份,氧化锌2-7份,六甲基磷酰三胺6-8份,抗冲剂1-2份,氯化石蜡2-3份,助剂0.5-1.3份。
作为优选,由下列最优配比原料制成:PVC树脂80份,环氧大豆油3份,三盐基性硫酸铅3份,硬脂酸钙3.7份,氧化锌4份,六甲基磷酰三胺7份,抗冲剂1.4份,氯化石蜡2.6份,助剂0.6份。
作为优选,助剂为增塑剂、润湿剂、稳定剂中的一种或两种以上组成。
本发明的有益效果是:利用该配方制造出来的PVC管材可以增强抗冲性能及强度,添加的六甲基磷酰三胺,不但可以大大抗冲击能力强,而且成比较低,适合推广应用。

助剂为增塑剂、润湿剂、稳定剂中的一种或两种以上组成。

本发明一种耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀、抗冲击能力强PVC配方,由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC树脂90份,环氧大豆油4份,三盐基性硫酸铅5份,硬脂酸钙6份,氧化锌6份,六甲基磷酰三胺8份,抗冲剂2份,氯化石蜡3份,助剂1.3份。
助剂为增塑剂、润湿剂、稳定剂中的一种或两种以上组成。
实施例3,为本发明的最优实施例:
本发明一种耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀、抗冲击能力强PVC配方,由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC树脂80份,环氧大豆油5份,三盐基性硫酸铅3份,硬脂酸钙4.1份,氧化锌5份,六甲基磷酰三胺6份,抗冲剂1.4份,氯化石蜡2.6份,助剂0.9份。
助剂为增塑剂、润湿剂、稳定剂中的一种或两种以上组成。
综上所述,利用该配方制造出来的PVC管材可以增强抗冲性能及强度,添加的六甲基磷酰三胺,不但可以大大抗冲击能力强,而且成比较低,适合推广应用。
