本发明公开了一种用于通信管道的多壁PVC配方,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC树脂60‑100份,硬脂酸钙4‑7份,葵二酸二辛酯2‑7份,丁苯橡胶1‑3份,润滑剂2‑8份,PE蜡0.5‑3份,六甲基磷酰三胺6‑8份,稀土稳定剂1‑2份,聚乙烯蜡2‑3份,助剂0.5‑1.3份。本发明的有益效果是:采用PVC树脂为主要原料,经高温高压挤压成型,抗冲击,耐高温,耐寒,使用寿命长,用于地下通信管道的铺设,对通信光缆、电缆起到保护作用,而且成比较低,适合推广应用。

一种用于通信管道的多壁PVC配方
技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶管道技术领域,具体涉及一种用于通信管道的多壁PVC配方。
背景技术
PVC 管材的主要成分是聚氯乙烯,另外加入其它成分来增强其耐热性、韧性、延展性等。PVC 在当今世界上深受喜爱,是颇为流行并广泛应用的一种合成材料。PVC 管材是一种成熟的管材,主要应用于给排水工程。PVC 管材具有耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀、强度高等优点,但抗冲性能比较差。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于通信管道的多壁PVC配方,利用该配方制造出来的 PVC 管材可以增强抗冲性能及强度。
为达到上述目的,本发明一种用于通信管道的多壁PVC配方,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC 树脂 60-100 份,硬脂酸钙 4-7 份,葵二酸二辛酯 2-7 份,丁苯橡胶1-3份,润滑剂2-8份,PE蜡0.5-3份,六甲基磷酰三胺 6-8 份,稀土稳定剂 1-2 份,聚乙烯蜡 2-3 份,助剂0.5-1.3 份。
作为优选,由下列最优配比原料制成:PVC 树脂 80 份,硬脂酸钙 3.7 份,葵二酸二辛酯 4 份,丁苯橡胶2份,润滑剂4份,PE蜡2份,六甲基磷酰三胺 7 份,稀土稳定剂 1.4份,聚乙烯蜡 2.6 份,助剂 0.6份。
作为优选,助剂为增塑剂、润湿剂、稳定剂中的一种或两种以上组成。
本发明的有益效果是:采用PVC树脂为主要原料,经高温高压挤压成型,抗冲击,耐高温,耐寒,使用寿命长,用于地下通信管道的铺设,对通信光缆、电缆起到保护作用,而且成比较低,适合推广应用。

实施例 1
本发明一种用于通信管道的多壁PVC配方,由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC 树脂 70份,硬脂酸钙 4 份,葵二酸二辛酯 3 份,丁苯橡胶2份,润滑剂4份,PE蜡2份,六甲基磷酰三胺 6 份,稀土稳定剂 1 份,聚乙烯蜡 2 份,助剂 0.5 份。
助剂为增塑剂、润湿剂、稳定剂中的一种或两种以上组成。
实施例 2
本发明一种用于通信管道的多壁PVC配方,由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC 树脂 90份,硬脂酸钙 6 份,葵二酸二辛酯 6 份,丁苯橡胶3份,润滑剂6份,PE蜡0.8份,六甲基磷酰三胺 8 份,稀土稳定剂 2 份,聚乙烯蜡 3 份,助剂 1.3 份。
助剂为增塑剂、润湿剂、稳定剂中的一种或两种以上组成。
实施例 3,为本发明的最优实施例:
本发明一种用于通信管道的多壁PVC配方,由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC 树脂 90份,硬脂酸钙 4.1份,葵二酸二辛酯 5 份,丁苯橡胶2份,润滑剂4份,PE蜡0.9份,六甲基磷酰三胺 6 份,稀土稳定剂 1.4 份,聚乙烯蜡 2.6 份,助剂 0.9 份。
助剂为增塑剂、润湿剂、稳定剂中的一种或两种以上组成。
综上所述,采用PVC树脂为主要原料,经高温高压挤压成型,抗冲击,耐高温,耐寒,使用寿命长,用于地下通信管道的铺设,对通信光缆、电缆起到保护作用,而且成比较低,适合推广应用。

1.一种用于通信管道的多壁PVC配方,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC 树脂60-100 份,硬脂酸钙 4-7 份,葵二酸二辛酯 2-7 份,丁苯橡胶1-3份,润滑剂2-8份,PE蜡0.5-3份,六甲基磷酰三胺 6-8 份,稀土稳定剂 1-2 份,聚乙烯蜡 2-3 份,助剂0.5-1.3份。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的一种用于通信管道的多壁PVC配方,其特征在于由下列最优配比原料制成:PVC 树脂 80 份,硬脂酸钙 3.7 份,葵二酸二辛酯 4 份,丁苯橡胶2份,润滑剂4份,PE蜡2份,六甲基磷酰三胺 7 份,稀土稳定剂 1.4 份,聚乙烯蜡 2.6 份,助剂 0.6份。
3.如权利要求 1 所述的一种用于通信管道的多壁PVC配方,其特征在于:助剂为增塑剂、润湿剂、稳定剂中的一种或两种以上组成。
