本发明涉及一种高度仿古青砖配方。
背景技术
古建筑的修复和保护由于被保护建筑的自身历史价值和人文历史环境等因素的不同,因此在修复古建筑时应该修旧如旧,即尽可能地恢复被保护建筑的原有风格,而目前的用于修复的青砖大多只能模仿青砖的尺寸大小,不能够把原古建筑的纹理进行原样仿制,常用的仿青砖为混凝土结构,即用水泥、砂、黑粉加水混合压制而成,仿古逼真度低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高度仿古青砖配方。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种高度仿古青砖配方,按重量份数计,由以下原料组成:水泥净浆54份、炉渣12份、青灰6份、氧化铁黑10份、黄砂6份、生石灰3份、黏土8份、减水剂0.2份、纤维3份。
本发明的有益效果是:采用水泥作为主要材料,成分简单,制作成本远远小于粘土烧制的青砖,有效的降低了成本,而且效果可与采用粘土烧制的青砖相媲美,古韵味十足,非常适合市场发展的需要。
