According to the conveying method, under the condition that the layout space of the process equipment is compact, the sequential conveying method of the disc parts 8 from multi-row feeding to single-row discharging is suitable by automatically steering conveying from feeding to discharging according to the part conveying direction by 90 degrees, so that the occupied area of the equipment can be effectively reduced, and the utilization rate of the equipment can be improved.

A conveying mechanism for disc parts comprises a feeding robot (1), a first conveying device (2), an automatic blanking device (3), a second conveying device (4), a blanking disc (5), a blanking robot (6), an electrical control system (7) and disc parts (8); the method is characterized in that: the automatic blanking device comprises a first conveying device (2), a second conveying device (4), an automatic blanking device (3), a blanking disc (5), an electrical control system (7), a first conveying device (2), a second conveying device (4), a feeding robot (1) and a blanking robot (6), wherein disc parts (8) are placed on the first conveying device (2), the second conveying device (4) and the first conveying device (2) are vertically arranged in the conveying direction of the parts, the automatic blanking device (3) is arranged between the blanking end of the first conveying device (2) and the feeding end of the second conveying device (4), and the electrical control system (7) is electrically connected with the first conveying device (2), the second conveying device (4), the feeding robot (1) and the blanking robot (6); the feeding arrangement form of the disc parts (8) and the operation parameters of each conveying mechanism are determined as follows: the robot feeding section (R1) is sequentially and vertically provided with at least two rows of feeding position points in the conveying direction of the disc type parts (8);
according to the above arrangement, the production tact (P) is set to: second/piece, put disc class part (8) in proper order to material loading position point, be the form of multirow arrangement, satisfy the requirement of first conveying section part lateral clearance (delta 1), confirm first conveying section part lateral separation (L0), confirm according to following formula: l0 is more than or equal to D + delta 1;
according to the requirement of the process time of a first conveying section (R2), the walking distance (L1) of parts of the first conveying section and the conveying speed (V0) of the first conveying section are determined by combining the production beat (P) and the requirement of the longitudinal gap (delta 2) of the parts of the first conveying section, and are determined according to the following formulas:

The conveying mechanism for the disc parts as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second conveying device (4) comprises a second body (4 a), a main wheel driving wheel assembly (4 b), a second transmission chain plate (4 c), a second driven wheel assembly (4 d), a second leveling foot assembly (4 e), a second tensioning assembly (4 f) and a limit adjusting assembly (4 g); the main wheel driving wheel assembly (4 b) is arranged at the middle upper part of the discharging end of the second conveying device (4); the second transmission chain plate (4 c) is arranged between the main wheel driving wheel assembly (4 b) and the second driven wheel assembly (4 d); the second driven wheel assembly (4 d) is arranged at the middle upper part of the feeding end of the second conveying device (4); the at least three second leveling anchor assemblies (4 e) are respectively arranged at the bottom of the lower end of the second machine body (4 a); the second tensioning assembly (4 f) is arranged at the middle lower part of the feeding end of the second conveying device (4); the limiting adjustment assemblies (4 g) are arranged at the upper part of a second conveying chain plate (4 c) of the second conveying device (4) and are symmetrically distributed at two sides of the second machine body (4 a).
4. The conveying mechanism for the disc-like parts according to claim 1, characterized in that: the conveying method comprises the following steps:
