本发明公开了一种分节式自动敷膜机,包括有输送辊、箱体、竖板和切刀,所述输送辊间隔安装在敷膜机上,输送辊的上方放置板材,所述输送辊的下方对称设置箱体,所述箱体位于输送辊的间距之间,所述箱体的上侧面开设通孔,通孔内插入活动杆,所述活动杆的上端位于箱体的外部,活动杆的下端位于箱体的内部,所述活动杆的上端固定连接受压板,受压板的上侧面接触板材,所述活动杆的下端固定连接挡片,所述受压板与箱体之间套设弹簧,所述输送辊的两端安装在架板上。本发明完全借助敷膜板材自身的重量做驱动,利用热切割的方式,板材之间的膜带能够快速断开,减轻了工人的劳作负担,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

一种分节式自动敷膜机
技术领域
本发明涉及敷膜机技术领域,具体为一种分节式自动敷膜机。
背景技术
现有的敷膜机在为各类板材进行敷膜的时候,往往是多块板材与一条膜带粘贴在一起,导致板材敷膜完毕后,还需要对膜带进行后续的切割分节,方能使每块板材能够分开,然后再对每块板材进行膜边处理。现有的敷膜机在对膜带切割分节上存在不足,板材与膜带粘贴后往往是进行人工切割断开,这样的分节方式,增加了工人的劳动强度,降低了劳动效率,而且使得敷膜机的长度必须延伸,占用了过多的生产场地,增加了生产成本。若是额外增加膜带切割设备,又需要增加设备投入,增添企业负担。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种分节式自动敷膜机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种分节式自动敷膜机,包括有输送辊、箱体、竖板和切刀,所述输送辊间隔安装在敷膜机上,输送辊的上方放置板材,所述输送辊的下方对称设置箱体,所述箱体位于两相邻输送辊之间,所述箱体的上侧面开设通孔,通孔内插入活动杆,所述活动杆的上端位于箱体的外部,活动杆的下端位于箱体的内部,所述活动杆的上端固定连接受压板,受压板的上侧面接触板材,所述活动杆的下端固定连接挡片,所述受压板与箱体之间套设弹簧,所述输送辊的两端安装在架板上,架板的内侧面通过螺栓固定连接传动固定架,所述传动固定架的位置与箱体的位置相对应,传动固定架包括栓接板和通孔板,所述栓接板与通孔板为垂直设置且栓接板通过螺栓固定在架板上,所述通孔板位于栓接板的下方且通孔板上间隔开设通孔,通孔内固定安装转轴,所述受压板的边侧销轴连接第一传动杆的一端,所述第一传动杆的另一端活动连接第二传动杆的一端,所述第二传动杆的中部套设在通孔板的转轴上,第二传动杆的另一端活动连接第三传动杆的一端,所述第二传动杆与第三传动杆连接的杆体部分设为伸缩杆,所述架板的外侧面通过斜板固定连接竖板,所述竖板的相对侧均开设滑槽,所述滑槽内安装切刀固定件,所述切刀固定件与第三传动杆活动连接,第三传动杆位于滑槽内,所述切刀固定件之间固定安装加热管,加热管的下方连接切刀,所述切刀位于两相邻输送辊之间,切刀位于受压板的中轴线上。
优选的,所述箱体的底部对称铰接支撑架,所述支撑架的下方安装调节板,所述调节板栓接在地面上,所述调节板的上侧面开设半圆槽,所述半圆槽对称连接,所述支撑架的底部架体放置于半圆槽内。
优选的,所述受压板的上侧面设为弧形面,弧形面与输送辊同向设置。
优选的,所述滑槽的槽底开设弧槽,所述切刀固定件与滑槽的槽底接触的面开设凹槽,凹槽内通过转轴连接滚珠,滚珠位于弧槽内。
优选的,所述切刀固定件开设圆形安装孔,圆形安装孔内插入加热管的端部,所述加热管包括导热金属管和加热棒,加热棒位于导热金属管的内部,所述导热金属管与切刀一体成型制造。
优选的,所述切刀设为三角刃刀,切刀的刀刃设为弧形状。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在敷膜机后方安装切割分节装置,切割分节装置无需使用驱动机器,完全借助敷膜板材自身的重量做驱动,使切割分节装置随着板材的输送做上下移动,利用热切割的方式,板材之间的膜带能够快速断开,解决了板材敷膜后需要进行后续分膜的不便,减轻了工人的劳作负担,提高了生产效率,缩短了敷膜机的长度,降低了生产成本。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种分节式自动敷膜机:包括有输送辊1、箱体3、竖板15和切刀19,所述输送辊1间隔安装在敷膜机上,输送辊1的上方放置板材2,所述输送辊1的下方对称设置箱体3,所述箱体3位于两相邻输送辊1之间,箱体3的底部对称铰接支撑架20,所述支撑架20的下方安装调节板21,所述调节板21栓接在地面上,所述调节板21的上侧面开设半圆槽22,所述半圆槽22对称连接,所述支撑架20的底部架体放置于半圆槽22内,便于根据板材2的厚度调节整个分节切分装置的下切位置,所述箱体3的上侧面开设通孔,通孔内插入活动杆4,所述活动杆4的上端位于箱体3的外部,活动杆4的下端位于箱体3的内部,所述活动杆4的上端固定连接受压板5,受压板5的上侧面设为弧形面,弧形面与输送辊1同向设置,方便板材2通过下压受压板5,受压板5的上侧面接触板材2,所述活动杆4的下端固定连接挡片6,所述受压板5与箱体3之间套设弹簧7,所述输送辊1的两端安装在架板8上,架板8的内侧面通过螺栓9固定连接传动固定架,所述传动固定架的位置与箱体3的位置相对应,传动固定架包括栓接板和通孔板10,所述栓接板与通孔板10为垂直设置且栓接板通过螺栓9固定在架板8上,所述通孔板10位于栓接板的下方且通孔板10上间隔开设通孔,通孔内固定安装转轴,所述受压板5的边侧销轴连接第一传动杆11的一端,所述第一传动杆11的另一端活动连接第二传动杆12的一端,所述第二传动杆12的中部套设在通孔板10的转轴上,第二传动杆12的另一端活动连接第三传动杆13的一端,所述第二传动杆12与第三传动杆13连接的杆体部分设为伸缩杆,所述架板8的外侧面通过斜板14固定连接竖板15,所述竖板15的相对侧均开设滑槽16,所述滑槽16内安装切刀固定件17,所述切刀固定件17与第三传动杆13活动连接,第三传动杆13位于滑槽16内,滑槽16的槽底开设弧槽,所述切刀固定件17与滑槽16的槽底接触的面开设凹槽,凹槽内通过转轴连接滚珠23,滚珠23位于弧槽内,防止切刀固定件17晃动幅度大,导致膜起皱褶,所述切刀固定件17之间固定安装加热管18,切刀固定件17开设圆形安装孔24,圆形安装孔24内插入加热管18的端部,所述加热管18包括导热金属管和加热棒25,加热棒25位于导热金属管的内部,所述导热金属管与切刀19一体成型制造,便于给切刀19导热,加热管18的下方连接切刀19,切刀19设为三角刃刀,切刀19的刀刃设为弧形状,防止切刀19对板材2造成破坏,所述切刀19位于两相邻输送辊1之间,切刀19位于受压板5的中轴线上。
需要说明的是,本发明一种分节式自动敷膜机,板材2经过敷膜机的覆膜辊后,板材2随着膜带一起从输送辊1向后输送,板材2经过受压板5,板材2因为自身的重量将受压板5下压,弹簧7收缩,受压板5带动第一传动杆11下降,第一传动杆11带动第二传动杆12的一端下降,第二传动杆12的另一端上升,第三传动杆13被顶起,切刀固定件17在滑槽16内上移,切刀19远离板材2,当板材2通过受压板5之后,弹簧7恢复弹力,受压板5向上升起,受压板5与板材2之间的膜带接触,此时第一传动杆11带动第二传动杆12的一端上升,第二传动杆12的另一端下降,第三传动杆13被拉拽,切刀固定件17在滑槽16内下移,切刀19接触板材2之间的膜带,加热棒25将切刀19加热,切刀19接触膜带的一瞬间,膜带受热断开,断开后,前面的板材2继续输送下压受压板5,如此循环往复,实现对敷膜机敷膜板材上膜带的切断分节。

1.一种分节式自动敷膜机,包括有输送辊(1)、箱体(3)、竖板(15)和切刀(19),其特征在于:所述输送辊(1)间隔安装在敷膜机上,输送辊(1)的上方放置板材(2),所述输送辊(1)的下方对称设置箱体(3),所述箱体(3)位于两相邻输送辊(1)之间,所述箱体(3)的上侧面开设通孔,通孔内插入活动杆(4),所述活动杆(4)的上端位于箱体(3)的外部,活动杆(4)的下端位于箱体(3)的内部,所述活动杆(4)的上端固定连接受压板(5),受压板(5)的上侧面接触板材(2),所述活动杆(4)的下端固定连接挡片(6),所述受压板(5)与箱体(3)之间套设弹簧(7),所述输送辊(1)的两端安装在架板(8)上,架板(8)的内侧面通过螺栓(9)固定连接传动固定架,所述传动固定架的位置与箱体(3)的位置相对应,传动固定架包括栓接板和通孔板(10),所述栓接板与通孔板(10)为垂直设置且栓接板通过螺栓(9)固定在架板(8)上,所述通孔板(10)位于栓接板的下方且通孔板(10)上间隔开设通孔,通孔内固定安装转轴,所述受压板(5)的边侧销轴连接第一传动杆(11)的一端,所述第一传动杆(11)的另一端活动连接第二传动杆(12)的一端,所述第二传动杆(12)的中部套设在通孔板(10)的转轴上,第二传动杆(12)的另一端活动连接第三传动杆(13)的一端,所述第二传动杆(12)与第三传动杆(13)连接的杆体部分设为伸缩杆,所述架板(8)的外侧面通过斜板(14)固定连接竖板(15),所述竖板(15)的相对侧均开设滑槽(16),所述滑槽(16)内安装切刀固定件(17),所述切刀固定件(17)与第三传动杆(13)活动连接,第三传动杆(13)位于滑槽(16)内,所述切刀固定件(17)之间固定安装加热管(18),加热管(18)的下方连接切刀(19),所述切刀(19)位于两相邻输送辊(1)之间,切刀(19)位于受压板(5)的中轴线上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分节式自动敷膜机,其特征在于:所述箱体(3)的底部对称铰接支撑架(20),所述支撑架(20)的下方安装调节板(21),所述调节板(21)栓接在地面上,所述调节板(21)的上侧面开设半圆槽(22),所述半圆槽(22)对称连接,所述支撑架(20)的底部架体放置于半圆槽(22)内。
