Abstract
本发明提供了一种橡胶脱模剂的制备方法:按重量份计,将乙烯‑丙烯‑亚乙基降冰片共聚物,十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷,异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)乙撑钛酸酯和三乙醇胺的螯合物,双(乙酰丙酮)(乙氧基乙丙氧基)钛酸酯在常温下加入分散釜中,搅拌,令其分散,再加入二丙二醇二甲醚,搅拌,即得到橡胶脱模剂产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种脱模剂的制备方法,特别是一种橡胶脱模剂的制备方法。
背景技术
脱模剂是用在两个彼此易于粘着的物体表面的一个界面涂层,它可使物体表面易于脱离、光滑及洁净。
脱模剂广泛应用于金属压铸、聚氨酯泡沫和弹性体、玻璃纤维增强塑料、注塑热塑性塑料、真空发泡片材和挤压型材等各种模压操作中。在模压中,有时其他塑料填加剂如增塑剂等会渗出到界面上,这时就需要一个表面脱除剂来除掉它。
橡胶广泛应用于交通运输,建筑房屋,汽车工业,日用商品,服装鞋包,医疗卫生,电器通讯,文教体育等各个行业。橡胶脱模剂指用于防止橡胶产品与模具表面粘连,并能使之顺利出模而不致撕裂的一类物质。使用时将它喷或涂于模腔表面,以形成一层有效的隔离层,质量优良的脱模剂能赋予相关产品更良好的产品外观,表面平滑,无凹凸;优良的脱模剂还能提高生产产品的良品率,大大提高产能的同时节约生产成本。
CN106042230A 公开了一种橡胶脱模剂,包括以下重量份的原料:聚四氟乙烯120-200份、甲基硅油25-60份、聚丙烯酰胺15-40份、脂肪醇10-30份、聚乙二醇醚15-40份、肪醇醚硫酸钠80-150份、酞酸正丁酯12-36份、二甲苯磺酸钠16-28份、云母粉20-50份、甲苯10-25份、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚5-15份、去离子水150-300份、交联剂15-30份、触媒5-15份。
CN106117925A 公开了一种制备橡胶鞋底用脱模剂,它包括聚四氟乙烯、柠檬酸、脂肪醇、烷基苯磺酸单乙醇胺、有机硅聚合物、二月桂酸二丁基锡,其中聚四氟乙烯10-14份、柠檬酸18-22份、脂肪醇5-10份、烷基苯磺酸单乙醇胺2-6份、有机硅聚合物1-5份、二月桂酸二丁基锡1-2份,以上份数均为质量份数。本发明所得到的制备橡胶鞋底用脱模剂,
现有的橡胶脱模剂产品,大多有着使用寿命较短,易损毁,涂层表面易存在不光滑部分的缺点,因此,研发一种新型橡胶脱模剂来改善这些缺点非常有必要。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,提供一种橡胶脱模剂。
本发明所述的一种橡胶脱模剂,主要通过以下步骤实现:
按重量份计,将乙烯-丙烯-亚乙基降冰片共聚物100份,十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷5-15份,异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)乙撑钛酸酯和三乙醇胺的螯合物0.01-0.1份,双(乙酰丙酮)(乙氧基乙丙氧基)钛酸酯0.01-0.1份在常温下加入分散釜中,转速2000rpm,搅拌0.5-1.5h,令其分散,再加入二丙二醇二甲醚300-800份,转速500rpm,搅拌30-60min,即得到橡胶脱模剂产品。
所述的乙烯-丙烯-亚乙基降冰片共聚物为市售产品,如sigma-aldrich公司生产的产品;十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷为市售产品,如上海恩氟佳科技有限公司生产的产品;异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)乙撑钛酸酯和三乙醇胺的螯合物为市售产品,如杭州杰西卡化工有限公司生产的产品;双(乙酰丙酮)(乙氧基乙丙氧基)钛酸酯为市售产品,如杭州杰西卡化工有限公司生产的产品;二丙二醇二甲醚为市售产品,如杭州杰西卡化工有限公司生产的产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的橡胶脱模剂,具有以下有益效果:
本产品稳定性较强,具有较长的使用寿命,在保证橡胶光泽稳定的基础上,每次喷涂的涂膜可使用25次以上;涂层表面细腻光滑,不光滑瑕疵部分少,有益于保证橡胶产品的外观。
具体实施方式
以下实例仅仅是进一步说明本发明,并不是限制本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
在2000L分散釜中,加入乙烯-丙烯-亚乙基降冰片共聚物100Kg,十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷10Kg,异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)乙撑钛酸酯和三乙醇胺的螯合物0.05Kg,双(乙酰丙酮)(乙氧基乙丙氧基)钛酸酯0.05Kg,在2000rpm的转速下搅拌1h,再加入二丙二醇二甲醚600Kg,在500rpm转速下搅拌45min,即得到橡胶脱模剂产品。编号M-1。
实施例2
在2000L分散釜中,加入乙烯-丙烯-亚乙基降冰片共聚物100Kg,十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷5Kg,异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)乙撑钛酸酯和三乙醇胺的螯合物0.01Kg,双(乙酰丙酮)(乙氧基乙丙氧基)钛酸酯0.01Kg,在2000rpm的转速下搅拌0.5h,再加入二丙二醇二甲醚300Kg,在500rpm转速下搅拌30min,即得到橡胶脱模剂产品。编号M-2。
实施例3
在2000L分散釜中,加入乙烯-丙烯-亚乙基降冰片共聚物100Kg,十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷15Kg,异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)乙撑钛酸酯和三乙醇胺的螯合物0.1Kg,双(乙酰丙酮)(乙氧基乙丙氧基)钛酸酯0.1Kg,在2000rpm的转速下搅拌1.5h,再加入二丙二醇二甲醚800Kg,在500rpm转速下搅拌60min,即得到橡胶脱模剂产品。编号M-3。
对比例1
不加入异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)乙撑钛酸酯和三乙醇胺的螯合物,其他条件同实施例1。编号M-4。 对比例2
不加入双(乙酰丙酮)(乙氧基乙丙氧基)钛酸酯,其他条件同实施例1。编号M-5。
对比例3
在2000L分散釜中,加入乙烯-丙烯-亚乙基降冰片共聚物100Kg,十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷10Kg,异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)乙撑钛酸酯和三乙醇胺的螯合物0.05Kg,双(乙酰丙酮)(乙氧基乙丙氧基)钛酸酯0.05Kg,二丙二醇二甲醚600Kg,在1500rpm的转速下搅拌1.5h,得到橡胶脱模剂产品。编号M-6。
实施例4
将实施例1-3和对比例1-3所制得的橡胶脱模剂产品涂抹在长宽为10x10cm的金属板上,在150℃下固化20min,检验脱模剂涂层的摩擦系数和表面不光滑部分面积占涂膜总面积的百分比。见表1。

1.一种橡胶脱模剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下组份:

乙烯-丙烯-亚乙基降冰片共聚物 100
十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷 5-15
异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)乙撑钛酸酯和三乙醇胺的螯合物 0.01-0.1
双(乙酰丙酮)(乙氧基乙丙氧基)钛酸酯 0.01-0.1
二丙二醇二甲醚 300-800;
按重量份计,将乙烯-丙烯-亚乙基降冰片共聚物100份,十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷5-15份,异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)乙撑钛酸酯和三乙醇胺的螯合物0.01-0.1份,双(乙酰丙酮)(乙氧基乙丙氧基)钛酸酯0.01-0.1份在常温下加入分散釜中,转速2000rpm,搅拌0.5-1.5h,令其分散,再加入二丙二醇二甲醚300-800份,转速500rpm,搅拌30-60min,即得到橡胶脱模剂产品。
