Abstract
本发明涉及体育器材领域,特别涉及一种健康环保型落地垫。该健康环保型落地垫,由若干落地垫单体组合而成,其特征在于:所述落地垫单体包括外包覆层,及位于外包覆层内部的缓冲层,所述缓冲层自上而下分别为缓冲上层、缓冲吸能层Ⅰ、缓冲吸能层Ⅱ、缓冲吸能层Ⅲ和底层,所述缓冲吸能层Ⅰ、缓冲吸能层Ⅱ、缓冲吸能层Ⅲ和底层的四周设有边缘档条,所述缓冲上层的底部两端与边缘档条的顶部粘结固定。本发明通过了国际体联FIG认证,拿到了打开通往国际大型比赛器的金钥匙,引领了国内体育行业的转型升级。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及体育器材领域,特别涉及一种符合国际体联要求的健康环保型落地垫。
背景技术
在体育竞赛中,所有的参赛者使用同等的器材,其实质是为全世界竞赛中的竞赛者准备相同而最佳的条件,也为了实用性和竞赛公平、具有可比性和安全性,器材标准必不可少,因此国际体联(FIG)对参与大型体育竞技比赛的体育器材进行了强制标准认证。也就是所有FIG赛事以及奥林匹克运动会、世界运动会、英联邦运动会、亚洲运动会、泛美运动会、大学运动会和其它国际性的多项目运动会,FIG器材标准是强制性的。在这些所有的赛事中,不具备FIG有效证书的器材不允许使用。
同时,为了使得体育器材不断的进步,FIG仅表明了产品的尺寸、功能特性、检验标准和检验程序,而将产品的材料和结构的选择权留给了制造商。因此全世界的竞技体育用品制造商都将在产品的材料和结构方面进行同台竞技。在材料和结构方面创新使产品通过FIG认证,成为国产竞技体育用品敲开国际大型比赛大门的关键,也是我国体育竞技用品产业升级的关键。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种缓冲、吸能性能优异、表面硬度适中的健康环保型落地垫。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种健康环保型落地垫,由若干落地垫单体组合而成,其特征在于:所述落地垫单体包括外包覆层,及位于外包覆层内部的缓冲层,所述缓冲层自上而下分别为缓冲上层、缓冲吸能层Ⅰ、缓冲吸能层Ⅱ、缓冲吸能层Ⅲ和底层,所述缓冲吸能层Ⅰ、缓冲吸能层Ⅱ、缓冲吸能层Ⅲ和底层的四周设有边缘档条,所述缓冲上层的底部两端与边缘档条的顶部粘结固定。
进一步的,所述外包覆层的材质为PVC经编布,环保无毒。
所述缓冲上层的厚度为20±5mm,由密度165±30kg/m³的交联聚烯烃发泡片材料制成。
所述缓冲吸能层Ⅰ、缓冲吸能层Ⅱ、缓冲吸能层Ⅲ的厚度相同,均为50±5mm,由密度20±5kg/m³的聚氨酯发泡材料制成,采用简单的罗列方式,更有利于气体的排出,缓冲吸收能量更强。
所述底层的厚度为20±5mm,由密度为33±3kg/m³的交联聚烯烃发泡材料制成。
所述边缘档条的高度为178±5mm、宽度为50±10mm,由密度为100±10kg/m³的50%的压缩应力应变值范围为0.03±0.01Mpa的聚氨酯海绵材料制成。
所述缓冲层的每个侧面上开有1-3个透气孔,所述透气孔处PVC经编布开有与透气孔大小适配的孔洞,所述孔洞的外侧固定有网格布,防止异物进入并使落地垫在压缩和回弹过程中气体流动顺畅,避免气压差影响落地垫的弹性性能及气流急速通过缝隙及缝纫针孔而产生噪音。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的健康环保型落地垫选用无毒、无污染的PVC经编布、发泡聚烯烃片材和聚氨酯发泡海绵为原料,产品健康、环保;缓冲层之间采用简单的罗列方式,避免了不同材料之间因热膨胀系数的不同导致产品产生弯曲应力造成弯曲变形;产品四周采用高模、高强度聚氨酯海绵边缘档条使得落地垫单体角楞填充均匀,表面平整且性能均衡一致,消除了边缘部分因结构一侧自由度高使得产品边缘弹性和缓冲性能低于中间部分的弊端;落地垫单体间使用粘扣连接,连接简单、可靠且拆装方便;缓冲上层采用弹性模量较高的聚烯烃发泡材料覆盖边缘档条和缓冲吸能层使得运动员与落地垫间的接触力通过聚烯烃发泡材料后被较为分散的传给下层缓冲材料,避免了垫子表面出现小而深的下陷凹坑,使得运动员在落地垫上能够站立、行走平稳,运动自如。本发明通过了国际体联(FIG)认证,拿到了打开通往国际大型比赛器的金钥匙,引领了国内体育行业的转型升级。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。如附图1所示,该健康环保型落地垫,由若干落地垫单体组合而成,所述落地垫单体包括PVC经编布外包覆层5,及位于外包覆层5内部的缓冲层,所述缓冲层自上而下分别为缓冲上层1、缓冲吸能层Ⅰ2、缓冲吸能层Ⅱ10、缓冲吸能层Ⅲ11和底层3,所述缓冲吸能层Ⅰ2、缓冲吸能层Ⅱ11、缓冲吸能层Ⅲ12和底层3的四周设有边缘档条4,所述缓冲上层1的底部两端与边缘档条4的顶部粘结固定;缓冲上层1的厚度为20±5mm,由密度165±30kg/m³的交联聚烯烃发泡片材料制成;缓冲吸能层Ⅰ2、缓冲吸能层Ⅱ11、缓冲吸能层Ⅲ12的厚度相同,均为50±5mm,由密度20±5kg/m³的聚氨酯发泡材料制成。缓冲吸能层Ⅰ2、缓冲吸能层Ⅱ11、缓冲吸能层Ⅲ12采用简单的罗列方式,更有利于气体的排出,缓冲吸收能量更强;底层3的厚度为20±5mm,由密度为33±3kg/m³的交联聚烯烃发泡材料制成;边缘档条4的高度为178±5mm、宽度为50±10mm,由密度为100±10kg/m³的50%的压缩应力应变值范围为0.03±0.01Mpa的聚氨酯海绵材料制成。
缓冲层的每个侧面上开有1-3个透气孔13,所述透气孔13处PVC经编布开有与透气孔13大小适配的孔洞7,所述孔洞7的外侧固定有网格布6,防止异物进入并使落地垫在压缩和回弹过程中气体流动顺畅,避免气压差影响落地垫的弹性性能及气流急速通过缝隙及缝纫针孔而产生噪音。
落地垫单体经裁切、缝纫成如图2结构,图中虚线部分为缝纫在PVC经编布上的拉链10。将缓冲层装入PVC经编布包后将拉链拉合;或装入缓冲结构后将图中虚线部分缝合;或者使用粘扣将六面体的最后一个面粘贴在一起。两个落地垫单体A、B之间的连接时,可在落地垫单体A需要连接的楞上通过缝纫或粘接的方式固定粘扣a面8,在落地垫单体B需要连接的楞上自然伸出一段PVC经编布并在其背面缝纫或粘结固定粘结扣b面9。落地垫单体A和落地垫单体B连接时将两者并排放置,将落地垫单体B上的粘结扣b面9按压在落地垫单体A上的粘结扣a面,使粘结扣a、b两面连接在一起,这样落地垫单体A、B通过粘结扣a、b两面的相连而紧密的连接在一起。

1.一种健康环保型落地垫,由若干落地垫单体组合而成,其特征在于:所述落地垫单体包括外包覆层(5),及位于外包覆层(5)内部的缓冲层,所述缓冲层自上而下分别为缓冲上层(1)、缓冲吸能层Ⅰ(2)、缓冲吸能层Ⅱ(10)、缓冲吸能层Ⅲ(11)和底层(3),所述缓冲吸能层Ⅰ(2)、缓冲吸能层Ⅱ(11)、缓冲吸能层Ⅲ(12)和底层(3)的四周设有边缘档条(4),所述缓冲上层(1)的底部两端与边缘档条(4)的顶部粘结固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的健康环保型落地垫,其特征在于:所述外包覆层(5)的材质为PVC经编布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的健康环保型落地垫,其特征在于:所述缓冲上层(1)的厚度为20±5mm,由密度165±30kg/m³的交联聚烯烃发泡片材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的健康环保型落地垫,其特征在于:所述缓冲吸能层Ⅰ(2)、缓冲吸能层Ⅱ(11)、缓冲吸能层Ⅲ(12)的厚度相同,均为50±5mm,由密度20±5kg/m³的聚氨酯发泡材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的健康环保型落地垫,其特征在于:边缘档条(4)的高度为178±5mm、宽度为50±10mm,由密度为100±10kg/m³的50%的压缩应力应变值范围为0.03±0.01Mpa的聚氨酯海绵材料制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的健康环保型落地垫,其特征在于:缓冲层的每个侧面上开有1-3个透气孔(13),所述透气孔(13)处PVC经编布开有与透气孔(13)大小适配的孔洞(7),所述孔洞(7)的外侧固定有网格布(6)。
