Abstract

本发明涉及一种体育器材,特别公开了一种新型竞技体操落地垫内胎。该新型竞技体操落地垫内胎,由若干缓冲层组合而成,其特征在于:所述落地垫内胎自上而下由缓冲层A、缓冲层B、缓冲层C、缓冲层D罗列组成,其中,缓冲层A、缓冲层C为交联聚乙烯发泡材料,缓冲层B、缓冲层D为软质聚氨酯发泡材料。本发明结构简单,便于加工和组装,且落锤冲击性能满足国际体联标准要求,软质聚氨酯发泡材料的缓冲层对降低体操运动员落地瞬间所承受的最大冲击力起到关键作用。

Description

一种新型竞技体操落地垫内胎
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种体育器材,特别涉及一种新型竞技体操落地垫内胎。
(二)背景技术
为了有效保证体操运动员在完成动作后能够平稳、安全地落地,国际体联针对高低杠、单杠、双杠、吊环、跳马、平衡木等体操项目中所使用的20cm落地垫制定了严格的标准。对于这类落地垫来说,内胎的冲击性能尤为重要。内胎的缓冲性能、回弹性能、软硬程度等因素直接影响着运动员的动作完成质量以及落地瞬间身体所承受的冲击力。
从国际体联标准规定的各项技术参数来看,要生产出性能完全符合其要求的落地垫是有相当难度的。目前,一些竞技体操落地垫生产厂家为了使落地垫的落锤冲击性能达到国际体联标准要求,采用了对落地垫内胎表层加固的办法,以达到最大冲击加速度和下陷深度二者的平衡。尽管通过这种方式在一定程度上可以保证落地垫的冲击性能符合国际体联要求,但是这样的落地垫内胎结构复杂,加工工序比较繁琐且不利于组装,不仅如此,被加固的表层会使落地垫表面偏硬,影响落地垫的舒适性。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单、便于加工、软硬适中的新型竞技体操落地垫内胎。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种新型竞技体操落地垫内胎,由若干缓冲层组合而成,其特征在于:所述落地垫内胎自上而下由缓冲层A、缓冲层B、缓冲层C、缓冲层D罗列组成,其中,缓冲层A、缓冲层C为交联聚乙烯发泡材料,缓冲层B、缓冲层D为软质聚氨酯发泡材料。
本发明由四层缓冲层通过简单罗列而成,软硬适中,符合国际体联要求的同时,增加了落地垫的稳定性。
本发明的更优技术方案为:
所述缓冲层A的厚度为40-60mm,是密度为40-60kg/m3的的单层均匀交联聚乙烯发泡材料,或是由平均密度为40-60kg/m3的2-10层交联聚乙烯发泡材料经过热合和/或粘结和/或简单罗列而成。
所述缓冲层B的厚度为50-65mm,密度为25-45kg/m3,回弹率>42%;优选的是,回弹率>50%。
所述缓冲层C的厚度为30-50mm,是密度为35-50kg/m3的的单层均匀交联聚乙烯发泡材料,或是由平均密度为35-50kg/m3的2-8层交联聚乙烯发泡材料经过热合和/或粘结和/或简单罗列而成。
所述缓冲层D的厚度为40-50mm,密度为15-25kg/m3,回弹率>42%;优选的是,回弹率>50%。
本发明结构简单,便于加工和组装,且落锤冲击性能满足国际体联标准要求,软质聚氨酯发泡材料的缓冲层对降低体操运动员落地瞬间所承受的最大冲击力起到关键作用,为体操运动员落地提供了可靠的安全保障。

除非另外说明,本文中所用的术语均具有本领域技术人员常规理解的含义,为了便于理解本发明,将本文中使用的一些术语进行了下述定义。
所有的数字标识,例如密度、厚度、回弹率,包括范围,都是近似值。要了解,虽然不总是明确地叙述所有的数字标识之前都加上术语“约”。同时也要了解,虽然不总是明确地叙述,本文中描述的发泡材料仅仅是示例,其等价物是本领域已知的。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
图1所示的竞技体操落地垫内胎,自上而下依次由缓冲层A1、缓冲层B2、缓冲层C3、缓冲层D4通过简单罗列组成;其中,缓冲层A1、缓冲层C3为交联聚乙烯发泡材料,缓冲层B2、缓冲层D4为软质聚氨酯发泡材料。
所述缓冲层A1为密度为47kg/m3,厚度为52mm的交联聚乙烯发泡材料;所述缓冲层B2为密度为35kg/m3,回弹率为50%,厚度为55mm的软质聚氨酯发泡材料;所述缓冲层C3为密度为46kg/m3,厚度为47mm的交联聚乙烯发泡材料;所述缓冲层D4为密度为23kg/m3,回弹率为52%,厚度为46mm的软质聚氨酯发泡材料。
本发明实施例的落锤冲击性能达到了国际体联标准要求,经体操运动员试用,反映良好。

Claims (7)

1.一种新型竞技体操落地垫内胎,由若干缓冲层组合而成,其特征在于:所述落地垫内胎自上而下由缓冲层A(1)、缓冲层B(2)、缓冲层C(3)、缓冲层D(4)罗列组成,其中,缓冲层A(1)、缓冲层C(3)为交联聚乙烯发泡材料,缓冲层B(2)、缓冲层D(4)为软质聚氨酯发泡材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型竞技体操落地垫内胎,其特征在于:所述缓冲层A(1)的厚度为40-60mm,是密度为40-60kg/m3的的单层均匀交联聚乙烯发泡材料,或是由平均密度为40-60kg/m3的2-10层交联聚乙烯发泡材料经过热合和/或粘结和/或简单罗列而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型竞技体操落地垫内胎,其特征在于:所述缓冲层B(2)的厚度为50-65mm,密度为25-45kg/m3,回弹率>42%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型竞技体操落地垫内胎,其特征在于:所述缓冲层C(3)的厚度为30-50mm,是密度为35-50kg/m3的的单层均匀交联聚乙烯发泡材料,或是由平均密度为35-50kg/m3的2-8层交联聚乙烯发泡材料经过热合和/或粘结和/或简单罗列而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型竞技体操落地垫内胎,其特征在于:所述缓冲层D(4)的厚度为40-50mm,密度为15-25kg/m3,回弹率>42%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的新型竞技体操落地垫内胎,其特征在于:所述缓冲层B(2)的回弹率>50%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的新型竞技体操落地垫内胎,其特征在于:所述缓冲层D(4)的回弹率>50%。
