本发明涉及一种体育器材,特别公开了一种低回弹竞技体操落地垫内胎。该低回弹竞技体操落地垫内胎,由若干缓冲层组合而成,其特征在于:所述落地垫内胎自上而下由缓冲层A、缓冲层B、缓冲层C、缓冲层D、缓冲层E、缓冲层F罗列组成,其中,缓冲层A、缓冲层C、缓冲层E均为交联聚乙烯发泡材料,缓冲层B、缓冲层D、缓冲层F均为软质聚氨酯发泡材料。本发明结构简单,便于加工和组装,落锤冲击性能满足国际体联标准要求,缓冲层能有效降低落地垫的回弹高度,有利于运动员平稳落地,提高动作完成质量。

Description

一种低回弹竞技体操落地垫内胎
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种体育器材,特别涉及一种低回弹竞技体操落地垫内胎。
(二)背景技术
为了有效保证体操运动员在完成动作后能够平稳、安全地落地,国际体联针对高低杠、单杠、双杠、吊环、跳马、平衡木等项目中所使用的20cm落地垫制定了严格的标准。对于这类落地垫来说,内胎的冲击性能尤为重要。内胎的缓冲性能、回弹性能、软硬程度等因素直接影响着运动员的动作完成质量以及落地瞬间身体所承受的冲击力。
目前,虽然国内外体操赛事或训练大多使用了已通过国际体联认证的落地垫,但是长期以来竞技体操落地垫生产厂家往往只注重落地垫的落锤冲击性能是否达到国际体联标准要求,而忽视了运动员的落地稳定性等实际使用效果。因此,竞技体操落地垫的使用性能仍有待提高。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单、落地稳定的低回弹竞技体操落地垫内胎。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种低回弹竞技体操落地垫内胎,由若干缓冲层组合而成,其特征在于:所述落地垫内胎自上而下由缓冲层A、缓冲层B、缓冲层C、缓冲层D、缓冲层E、缓冲层F罗列组成,其中,缓冲层A、缓冲层C、缓冲层E均为交联聚乙烯发泡材料,缓冲层B、缓冲层D、缓冲层F均为软质聚氨酯发泡材料。
本发明采用六层缓冲层通过简单罗列组成,软硬适中,在达到国际体联标准要求的同时,增强了运动员落地的稳定性。
本发明的更优技术方案为:
所述缓冲层A的厚度为25-35mm,为密度为40-60kg/m3的一层均匀交联聚乙烯发泡材料,或是由2-6层平均密度为40-60kg/m3的交联聚乙烯发泡材料经热合和/或粘结和/或简单罗列而成。
所述缓冲层B的厚度为45-55mm,密度为30-50kg/m3,回弹率<15%,优选的是,回弹率<10%。
所述缓冲层C的厚度为15-25mm,为密度为45-65kg/m3的一层均匀交联聚乙烯发泡材料,或是由2-4层平均密度为45-65kg/m3的交联聚乙烯发泡材料经热合和/或粘结和/或简单罗列而成。
所述缓冲层D的厚度为35-45mm,密度为15-25kg/m3,回弹率>42%,优选的是,回弹率>50%。
所述缓冲层E的厚度为5-15mm,是密度为45-65kg/m3的一层均匀交联聚乙烯发泡材料,或是由2层平均密度为45-65kg/m3的交联聚乙烯发泡材料经热合和/或粘结和/或简单罗列而成。
所述缓冲层F的厚度为40-50mm,密度为15-25kg/m3,回弹率>42%,优选的是,回弹率>50%。
本发明结构简单,便于加工和组装,落锤冲击性能满足国际体联标准要求,缓冲层能有效降低落地垫的回弹高度,有利于运动员平稳落地,提高动作完成质量。

所有的数字标识,例如密度、厚度、回弹率,包括范围,都是近似值。要了解,虽然不总是明确地叙述所有的数字标识之前都加上术语“约”。同时也要了解,虽然不总是明确地叙述,本文中描述的发泡材料仅仅是示例,其等价物是本领域已知的。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
图1所示的竞技体操落地垫内胎,自上而下由缓冲层A1、缓冲层B2、缓冲层C3、缓冲层D4、缓冲层E5、缓冲层F6罗列组成,其中,缓冲层A1、缓冲层C3、缓冲层E5均为交联聚乙烯发泡材料,缓冲层B2、缓冲层D4、缓冲层F6均为软质聚氨酯发泡材料。
所述缓冲层A1为密度为48kg/m3,厚度为30mm的交联聚乙烯发泡材料;所述缓冲层B2为密度为40kg/m3,回弹率为8%,厚度为48mm的软质聚氨酯发泡材料;所述缓冲层C3为密度为57kg/m3,厚度为22mm的交联聚乙烯发泡材料;所述缓冲层D4为密度为22kg/m3,回弹率为52%,厚度为42mm的软质聚氨酯发泡材料;所述缓冲层E5为密度为57kg/m3,厚度为10mm的交联聚乙烯发泡材料;缓冲层F6为密度为21kg/m3,回弹率为52%,厚度为46mm的软质聚氨酯发泡材料。
本发明实施例的落锤冲击性能达到了国际体联标准要求,其中回弹高度为23mm。

Claims (10)

1.一种低回弹竞技体操落地垫内胎,由若干缓冲层组合而成,其特征在于:所述落地垫内胎自上而下由缓冲层A(1)、缓冲层B(2)、缓冲层C(3)、缓冲层D(4)、缓冲层E(5)、缓冲层F(6)罗列组成,其中,缓冲层A(1)、缓冲层C(3)、缓冲层E(5)均为交联聚乙烯发泡材料,缓冲层B(2)、缓冲层D(4)、缓冲层F(6)均为软质聚氨酯发泡材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低回弹竞技体操落地垫内胎,其特征在于:所述缓冲层A(1)的厚度为25-35mm,为密度为40-60kg/m3的一层均匀交联聚乙烯发泡材料,或是由2-6层平均密度为40-60kg/m3的交联聚乙烯发泡材料经热合和/或粘结和/或简单罗列而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低回弹竞技体操落地垫内胎,其特征在于:所述缓冲层B(2)的厚度为45-55mm,密度为30-50kg/m3,回弹率<15%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低回弹竞技体操落地垫内胎,其特征在于:所述缓冲层C(3)的厚度为15-25mm,为密度为45-65kg/m3的一层均匀交联聚乙烯发泡材料,或是由2-4层平均密度为45-65kg/m3的交联聚乙烯发泡材料经热合和/或粘结和/或简单罗列而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低回弹竞技体操落地垫内胎,其特征在于:所述缓冲层D(4)的厚度为35-45mm,密度为15-25kg/m3,回弹率>42%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的低回弹竞技体操落地垫内胎,其特征在于:所述缓冲层E(5)的厚度为5-15mm,是密度为45-65kg/m3的一层均匀交联聚乙烯发泡材料,或是由2层平均密度为45-65kg/m3的交联聚乙烯发泡材料经热合和/或粘结和/或简单罗列而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的低回弹竞技体操落地垫内胎,其特征在于:所述缓冲层F(6)的厚度为40-50mm,密度为15-25kg/m3,回弹率>42%。
8.根据权利要求3所述的低回弹竞技体操落地垫内胎,其特征在于:所述缓冲层B(2)的回弹率<10%。
9.根据权利要求5所述的低回弹竞技体操落地垫内胎,其特征在于:所述缓冲层D(4)的回弹率>50%。
10.根据权利要求7所述的低回弹竞技体操落地垫内胎,其特征在于:所述缓冲层F(6)的回弹率>50%。
