本发明涉及一种新型齿轮。
背景技术:
实际应用过程中,齿轮需要定期养护。再加润滑油的过程中,难免会挥洒、浪费,污染到周边,浪费资源,很不环保。润滑油的利用率继续提高,同时,也需要减少对环境的污染。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种使用寿命长、减少能源浪费、减少对环境的污染、提高润滑油利用率、制作成本低、结构简单的一种新型齿轮。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种新型齿轮,包括齿牙,齿牙设于齿盘上,齿盘上相邻齿牙之间设有凹槽,凹槽下设有孔,齿盘内壁设有螺纹,齿盘外边缘上齿牙下方设有挡盘,挡盘内设有注油孔,注油孔连接导流槽。
本发明的进一步改进在于:挡盘外边缘设有定位孔。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
齿盘上相邻齿牙之间设有凹槽,减少润滑油的溢出,从而减少了润滑油的浪费;凹槽内设有孔,润滑油通过凹槽流入孔,孔起到了贮存润滑油的作用,减少了润滑油的飞溅,降低了对周边环境的污染,减少了油垢;注油孔连接导流槽,导流槽的设计结构简单,设计合理,减少了成本,同时对润滑油的注入起到了缓冲的作用;齿盘内壁设有螺纹,方便安装和拆卸;挡盘外边缘设有定位孔,方便定位。

如图1示出了本发明一种新型齿轮的一种实施方式,一种新型齿轮,包括齿牙1,齿牙1设于齿盘2上,齿盘2上相邻齿牙1之间设有凹槽3,凹槽3下设有孔4,齿盘2内壁设有螺纹,齿盘2外边缘上齿牙1下方设有挡盘5,所述挡盘5内设有注油孔6,注油孔6连接导流槽7。挡盘5外边缘设有定位孔8。
