一种轻质节能保温一体墙板,属于建筑构件制造技术领域,包括框架、立梁、横梁和保温体,框架由四根型材围成框体,每根型材都有凹槽,保温体安装在框架内,立梁与横梁构成方格,每个方格中都安装有一个框架,立梁和横梁均处在所对应的凹槽内。可以在工厂加工带有保温体的框架,在施工现场先固定立梁,然后在相邻的立梁之间固定最底层的横梁,将框架从上面放入相邻的立梁之间,使得立梁两侧的凹槽内,最底层的横梁在下型材的凹槽内,再将一根横梁放置在上型材的凹槽内,并且两端固定在相邻的立梁上。本发明墙板施工方便、快捷,成本低,墙体保温、坚固。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑构件制造技术领域,涉及一种墙体板。
背景技术
目前主要有两种通用的墙体:一种是主结构墙体,加保温层,加保护层,然后外面在作涂装饰面;另一种墙体是有保温性能和保护层,但没有结构强度支撑,需要固定在结构体上。这些方式,结构复杂,施工麻烦。
不管是楼体,别墅,还是民房,对墙体要求的关键是保温,防火,隔音,再加上有一定的结构强度保障。这些要求,直接导致多年以来标准建筑物的墙体结构复杂,施工工序多,厚度大,建筑面积物占用大量的使用面积;施工过程中墙体、保温层、保护层及饰面等需要几次成型,不但成本高,而且工期也较长。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于施工的轻质节能保温一体墙板。
本发明解决技术问题的方案包括框架、立梁、横梁和保温体构成轻质节能保温一体墙板,框架由四根条状的型材围成方形的框体,每根型材一侧都有与型材同向的凹槽,型材围成框架后凹槽都朝向外侧,保温体安装在框架内,立梁和横梁均为方形梁,相邻的立梁之间固定有从上到下的一排横梁,立梁与横梁构成方格,每个方格中都安装有一个框架,立梁和横梁均处在所对应的凹槽内,相邻的两个框架,其相互靠近的两根型材的凹槽包围着对应的立梁或横梁。可以在工厂加工带有保温体的框架,在施工现场先固定立梁,然后在相邻的立梁之间固定最底层的横梁,将框架从上面放入相邻的立梁之间,使得立梁在两侧的凹槽内,最底层的横梁在下型材的凹槽内,再将一根横梁放置在上型材的凹槽内,并且两端固定在相邻的立梁上。
所述的型材开有密封槽,密封槽与凹槽同向,在型材两侧的顶端分别有一个密封槽,密封槽内装有密封条。施工安装时,两个对应的型材其密封槽也对应,对应密封槽形成腔体,密封条在腔体内,对框架的连接处进行密封。
所述的型材还开有下线槽,下线槽与凹槽同向。下线槽内可以穿入管线。
型材的两端都加工成45度角,凹槽侧的长度大于其背面的长度,四根型材形成铝合金窗框一样方形框架,这样能够方便地与立梁和横梁配合安装,也便于在下线槽内穿线。
根据需要,在一体墙板的内外两侧可以安装装饰板。
本发明墙板施工方便、快捷,成本低,墙体保温、坚固。

具体实施方式
本发明墙体包括框架1、立梁2、横梁3和保温体4,框架1由四根条状的型材5围成方形的框体,每根型材5一侧都有与型材5同向的凹槽7,型材5围成框架1后凹槽7都朝向外侧,保温体4安装在框架1内,立梁2和横梁3均为方形梁,相邻的立梁2之间固定有从上到下的一排横梁3,立梁2与横梁3构成方格,每个方格中都安装有一个框架1,立梁2和横梁3均处在所对应的凹槽7内,相邻的两个框架1,其相互靠近的两根型材5的凹槽7包围着对应的立梁2或横梁3。其中型材5开有密封槽8,密封槽8与凹槽7同向,在型材5两侧的顶端分别有一个密封槽8,密封槽8内装有密封条10。型材5还开有下线槽9,下线槽9与凹槽7同向。型材5的两端都加工成45度角,凹槽7侧的长度大于其背面的长度,四根型材5形成铝合金窗框一样方形框架1。在一体墙板的内外两侧安装有装饰板6。

1.一种轻质节能保温一体墙板,其特征在于:它包括框架、立梁、横梁和保温体,框架由四根条状的型材围成方形的框体,每根型材一侧都有与型材同向的凹槽,型材围成框架后凹槽都朝向外侧,保温体安装在框架内,立梁和横梁均为方形梁,相邻的立梁之间固定有从上到下的一排横梁,立梁与横梁构成方格,每个方格中都安装有一个框架,立梁和横梁均处在所对应的凹槽内,相邻的两个框架,其相互靠近的两根型材的凹槽包围着对应的立梁或横梁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质节能保温一体墙板,其特征在于:型材开有密封槽,密封槽与凹槽同向,在型材两侧的顶端分别有一个密封槽,密封槽内装有密封条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻质节能保温一体墙板,其特征在于:型材开有下线槽,下线槽与凹槽同向。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻质节能保温一体墙板,其特征在于:型材的两端都加工成45度角,凹槽侧的长度大于其背面的长度,四根型材形成铝合金窗框一样方形框架。
