本发明公开一种智能体感平衡车,整体采用沙漏造型设计,包括外壳、电池、动力模块、控制模块和感应模块,所述的动力模块包括车轮、车轴和电机,所述的控制模块包括单片机模块、蜂鸣器和平衡控制模块,所述的感应模块包括陀螺仪、电量传感器、加速传感器和速度传感器,单片机模块与陀螺仪、电量传感器、加速传感器和速度传感器连接,所述的外壳上设有踏板,充电口、电源开关、轮胎防护盖、LED炫彩灯和电源指示灯,所述的LED炫彩灯、电源指示灯与单片机模块连接,所述的电池材料是可充锂电池,所述的动力模块通过电机与控制模块连接,所述的感应模块通过平衡控制模块与控制模块连接,陀螺仪与踏板连接,速度传感器和加速传感器固定于车轴上。

本发明涉及出行用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能体感平衡车。
背景技术
随着社会经济的不断发展,人们的生活水平不断的提高,马路上的车辆越来越多,汽车排出的尾气也越来越多,这样造成空气环境的污染和全球“温室效应”破坏大气层,为了保护环境出行工具需要得到改变,而新能源开发至关重要,电力作为新能源的一种极具发展前景,同时车辆的增多也会导致交通的堵塞,造成出行的不便利。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对已有的技术现状,提供一种智能体感平衡车,以实现使用电力作为动力驱动车辆和重心控制车辆。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明为一种智能体感平衡车,整体采用沙漏造型设计,包括外壳、电池、动力模块、控制模块和感应模块,所述的动力模块包括车轮、车轴和电机,车轮与外壳通过车轴连接,车轮与车轮间通过车轴连接,电机通过车轴控制车轮转动,所述的控制模块包括单片机模块、蜂鸣器和平衡控制模块,单片机模块通过平衡控制模块控制电机和蜂鸣器,所述的感应模块包括陀螺仪、电量传感器、加速传感器和速度传感器,单片机模块与陀螺仪、电量传感器、加速传感器和速度传感器连接。
进一步的,所述的外壳表面采用钢琴烤漆,颜色亮丽,烤漆持久如新不掉漆,外壳上设有踏板,充电口、电源开关、轮胎防护盖、LED炫彩灯和电源指示灯,电源开关与充电口采用侧面隐蔽式设计,防水防尘,增加使用寿命。
进一步的,所述的LED炫彩灯、电源指示灯与单片机模块连接,踏板材料是橡胶,踏板上采用条纹防滑设计,保护骑行者安全。
进一步的,所述的电池材料是可充锂电池,电池分别与电源开关、电量传感器连接,电池通过电源开关与单片机模块连接。
进一步的,所述的动力模块通过电机与控制模块连接,车轮材料是天然橡胶,抓地性强,有效防滑,车轮轮毂材料是铝合金,具有超强承重力可达100KG。
进一步的,所述的感应模块通过平衡控制模块与控制模块连接,陀螺仪与踏板连接,速度传感器和加速传感器固定于车轴上。
本发明的有益效果是:一种智能体感平衡车,采用动态平衡原理,利用内部陀螺仪和加速传感器,依据身体重心变化来检测车体姿态的变化,并利用平衡控制系统,精确地驱动电机进行相应的调整,脚踏板自动感应,电机驱动行驶,智能体感平衡车具有电源指示灯提示电量,电量传感器检测电量,当电量约10%时,蜂鸣器滴声警告,当电量少于3%时,单片机模块会通过平衡控制模块控制踏板前段开始下沉并逐渐自动减速直至停止,智能体感平衡车采用可充锂电池,具有1-1.5小时的快速充电模式,同时当智能平衡车旋转不使用时,2分钟后会自动休眠,节省电量。智能体感平衡车具有限速保护功能,车时速大于12KM时,踏板前端逐渐抬起阻止进一步加速,智能体感平衡车具有使用方便,携带自如的特点。

请参阅图1至3所示,系为本发明之较佳实施例俯视图、正视图和系统框图,一种智能体感平衡车,整体采用沙漏造型设计,包括外壳1、电池2、动力模块3、控制模块4和感应模块5,所述的动力模块3包括车轮6、车轴7和电机8,车轮6与外壳1通过车轴7连接,车轮6与车轮6间通过车轴7连接,电机8通过车轴7控制车轮6转动,所述的控制模块4包括单片机模块9、蜂鸣器10和平衡控制模块11,单片机模块9通过平衡控制模块11控制电机8和蜂鸣器10,所述的感应模块5包括陀螺仪12、电量传感器13、加速传感器14和速度传感器15,单片机模9与陀螺仪12、电量传感器13、加速传感器14和速度传感器15连接,衡控制模块12,单片机模块10通过平衡控制模块12控制电机9和蜂鸣器11,所述的外壳1表面采用钢琴烤漆,外壳1上设有踏板16,充电口17、电源开关18、轮胎防护盖19、LED炫彩灯20和电源指示灯21,电源开关18与充电口17采用侧面隐蔽式设计,所述的LED炫彩灯20、电源指示灯21与单片机模块9连接,踏板16材料是橡胶,踏板16上采用条纹防滑设计,所述的电池2材料是可充锂电池,电池2分别与电源开关18、电量传感器13连接,电池2通过电源开关18与单片机模块9连接,所述的动力模块3通过电机8与控制模块4连接,车轮6材料是天然橡胶,车轮6轮毂材料是铝合金,所述的感应模块5通过平衡控制模块11与控制模块4连接,陀螺仪12与踏板16连接,速度传感器15和加速传感器14固定于车轴上。
如图1至2所示,使用本发明时,按一下电源开关18,智能体感平衡车启动,用户单脚踏上踏板16,电源指示灯21点亮,平衡控制模块11进入自平衡状态,保持机身平稳后踏上另一只脚后便可进行操作,如果智能体感平衡车平台没有处于水平状态,蜂鸣器10将会滴声警告,此时禁止进行操作,操控智能体感平衡车成功站立后保持重心平衡,通过身体小幅度的前倾后者后仰来控制智能体感平衡车的前进或后退,注意身体动作幅度不可太大,操控智能平衡车的左右方向同样只需将自身偏移一侧即可,注意禁止在高速的情况下剧烈转向,以免出现危险情况;不要在斜坡上横向午马或转向,这样会导致智能体感平衡车平衡角度偏移,影响驾驶安全,用户使用完后下车需要让智能体感平衡车静止平衡状态,单脚先下,另一只脚迅速离开踏板,注意须从平衡车后面下车,再次按一下电源开关18关闭智能体感平衡车,如需要在夜间行驶,可在智能体感平衡车启动后,长按电源开关18三秒即可打开LED炫彩灯20,关闭同样重复上述操作。
当然,以上图示仅为本发明较佳实施方式,并非以此限定本发明的使用范围,故凡是在本发明原理上做等效改变均应包含在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种智能体感平衡车,整体采用沙漏造型设计,包括外壳(1)、电池(2)、动力模块(3)、控制模块(4)和感应模块(5),其特征在于:所述的动力模块(3)包括车轮(6)、车轴(7)和电机(8),车轮(6)与外壳(1)通过车轴(7)连接,车轮(6)与车轮(6)间通过车轴(7)连接,电机(8)通过车轴(7)控制车轮(6)转动,所述的控制模块(4)包括单片机模块(9)、蜂鸣器(10)和平衡控制模块(11),单片机模块(9)通过平衡控制模块(11)控制电机(8)和蜂鸣器(10),所述的感应模块(5)包括陀螺仪(12)、电量传感器(13)、加速传感器(14)和速度传感器(15),单片机模(9)与陀螺仪(12)、电量传感器(13)、加速传感器(14)和速度传感器(15)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能体感平衡车,其特征在于:所述的外壳(1)表面采用钢琴烤漆,外壳(1)上设有踏板(16),充电口(17)、电源开关(18)、轮胎防护盖(19)、LED炫彩灯(20)和电源指示灯(21),电源开关(18)与充电口(17)采用侧面隐蔽式设计。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种智能体感平衡车,其特征在于:所述的LED炫彩灯(20)、电源指示灯(21)与单片机模块(9)连接,踏板(16)材料是橡胶,踏板(16)上采用条纹防滑设计。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能体感平衡车,其特征在于:所述的电池(2)材料是可充锂电池,电池(2)分别与电源开关(18)、电量传感器(13)连接,电池(2)通过电源开关(18)与单片机模块(9)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能体感平衡车,其特征在于:所述的动力模块(3)通过电机(8)与控制模块(4)连接,车轮(6)材料是天然橡胶,车轮(6)轮毂材料是铝合金。
