Abstract

本发明公开的适用于火锅桌的蒸发冷却空调系统,包括相互连接的桌面和桌腿,桌面上分布有加热装置,加热装置内设置有集热装置;桌腿内从上到下依次设置有动力单元、活性炭吸附过滤段、挡水板和蒸发冷却单元,蒸发冷却单元通过管道连接动力单元;集热装置通过导线还连接有散热装置。本发明空调系统利用蒸发冷却降温技术,所需动力通过主要作用的水动风机、辅助作用的电动风机与循环水泵,使循环水流动产生的动能转化为机械能提供动力,不仅保证了送风量,而且节能环保,安全可靠;使用活性炭吸附过滤段除去空气中的烟气、火锅味,进一步净化清新空气;通过在加热装置处加装散热装置为送风空气进行加热,充分利用能源,有很好的实用价值。

技术领域
本发明属于空调设备技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于火锅桌的蒸发冷却空调系统。
背景技术
随着人类科技及生活水平的日益提高,人们在餐厅就餐时除了对美食的品质有所要求外,对餐饮环境的追求也有所改变。近年来,火锅受到广大消费者的欢迎,人们围坐在火锅旁侃侃而谈,一边感受吃火锅带来的美味,一边与亲朋好友诉说家常,联络感情,吃火锅逐渐成为人们欢聚、交流的一种方式。
火锅在煮食的过程中会产生大量的油烟、水汽,造成餐厅内弥漫大量的“火锅味”,不仅污染了空气造成就餐环境空气品质的下降,而且还会在消费者的衣服上留下久久不能消退的“火锅味”,尤其是在高温炎热的夏季,人体产生的热量及汗液无法及时排出,加上火锅产生的热量会严重影响消费者的舒适感,这在一定程度上影响了火锅的推广。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种适用于火锅桌的蒸发冷却空调系统,解决了火锅桌周围温度较高、产生的热量和烟气无法及时排走污染就餐环境的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,适用于火锅桌的蒸发冷却空调系统,包括相互连接的桌面和桌腿,桌面上分布有加热装置,加热装置内设置有集热装置;桌腿内从上到下依次设置有动力单元、活性炭吸附过滤段、挡水板和蒸发冷却单元,蒸发冷却单元通过管道连接动力单元;集热装置通过导线还连接有散热装置。
本发明的特征还在于,
集热装置具体为集热盘管或集热板中任意一种。
蒸发冷却单元包括均匀分布在桌腿一周的进风口,每个进风口内按照空气流动方向均依次设置有空气过滤网、表冷器和植物纤维填料,植物纤维填料底部设置有循环水箱,循环水箱内设置有循环水泵,循环水泵通过管道依次接通表冷器、水动风机涡轮和位于植物纤维填料顶部的布水器。
布水器包括与管道接通的补水管,补水管上均匀分布有若干喷头。
每个表冷器均呈连续的“S”状排列。
循环水箱上还设置有排水管和补水管。
动力单元包括位于活性炭吸附过滤段顶部的水动风机涡轮,水动风机涡轮包括主轴,主轴上套接有叶轮,主轴上还依次连接有水动风机和电动风机。
桌面侧壁均匀分布有不少于两个的送风口,送风口具体为双层百叶型送风口。
本发明空调系统的有益效果是:
a)本发明空调系统将蒸发冷却技术与火锅餐桌相结合,在炎热的夏季利用空气与水直接接触蒸发吸热,迅速降低就餐人员周围的空气温度,及时排走就餐人员周围的热量,明显提高火锅就餐人员的舒适感,给就餐者提供凉爽的环境;
b)本发明空调系统将循环水箱中的水经水泵送入表冷器内对进口空气先进行预冷,再送入水动风机涡轮内,将水的动能转化为水动风机机械能来驱动风机运转产生风力,之后通过布水器对植物纤维填料进行喷淋水滴,充分利用水的能量,节约资源;
c)本发明空调系统采用两级降温模式,空气先经过表冷器预冷等湿冷却、再通过经淋水润湿的填料发生直接蒸发冷却,空气与淋水采取逆流的方式,使空气降温更均匀,降温效果更好,效率更高,使出口空气温度更低,以满足人体热舒适性;
d)本发明空调系统在挡水板后方加设活性炭吸附过滤段,使经蒸发冷却降温的空气通过过滤段除去空气中的烟气等火锅味,进一步净化清新空气,吹出的空气在就餐者周围形成空气幕,避免就餐者衣服附带火锅味等异味;
e)本发明空调系统采用双风机结构,电动风机为水动风机做辅助,保证送风量的同时,尽可能采用水动风机,电动风机仅在所需风量较大时运行,节能环保,安全可靠;
f)本发明火锅桌用蒸发冷却空调系统,在火锅加热装置(电磁炉等)处加装集热盘管,在冬季等严寒天气收集火锅产生的热量通过导线把热量导入末端散热装置为送风空气进行加热,充分利用能源。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明适用于火锅桌的蒸发冷却空调系统,如图1所示,包括相互连接的桌面21和桌腿22,桌面21上分布有加热装置10,加热装置10内设置有集热装置9;桌腿22内从上到下依次设置有动力单元、活性炭吸附过滤段5、挡水板4和蒸发冷却单元,蒸发冷却单元通过管道连接动力单元;集热装置9通过导线8还连接有散热装置7。
加热装置10可以为电磁炉等其他可加热装置。
集热装置9具体为集热盘管或集热板中任意一种。
如图2所示,蒸发冷却单元包括均匀分布在桌腿22一周的进风口1,每个进风口1内按照空气流动方向均依次设置有空气过滤网2、表冷器3和植物纤维填料16,植物纤维填料16底部设置有循环水箱18,循环水箱18内设置有循环水泵17,循环水泵17通过管道依次接通表冷器3、水动风机涡轮13和位于植物纤维填料16顶部的布水器15。
布水器15包括与管道接通的补水管,补水管上均匀分布有若干喷头。
每个表冷器3均呈连续的“S”状排列,增加与空气的接触面积,降温效果更明显。
循环水箱18上还设置有排水管19和补水管20,排水管19和补水管20对循环水箱18内的水进行循环使用。
如图3所示,动力单元包括位于活性炭吸附过滤段5顶部的水动风机涡轮13,水动风机涡轮13包括主轴23,主轴23上套接有叶轮14,主轴23上还依次连接有水动风机12和电动风机11。
如图4和图5所示,桌面21侧壁均匀分布有不少于两个的送风口6,送风口6具体为双层百叶型送风口,每个送风口6与动力单元之间形成送风通道,散热装置7位于送风通道内且与送风口6的数量对应,当处理后的空气温度较低时,打开散热装置7加热后通过送风口6送出,增加人们的舒适感。
本发明空调系统的工作过程为:
当蒸发冷却单元运行时,空气通过桌腿22一周的进风口1进入,依次经过空气过滤网2过滤净化,表冷器3预冷等湿冷却,然后进入植物纤维填料16中,在植物纤维填料16中与布水器15喷淋的水滴逆流发生直接蒸发冷却热湿交换,再通过水动风机12和电动风机11的驱动下将冷却降温的空气透过挡水板4和活性炭吸附过滤段5,使经降温且过滤除味的空气从送风口6送出,吹向就餐者,迅速降低就餐者周围的温度,给就餐者营造清新舒适的餐饮环境;需要定期将水通过补水管20送入桌腿22底部的循环水箱18中,循环水通过循环水泵17送至植物纤维填料16四周的表冷器3内,对空气进行预冷,之后经管道送至水动风机涡轮13处形成离心力,带动叶轮14高速旋转,为水动风机12产生动力,再由管道送至布水器15中,对植物纤维填料16进行喷淋,最后落入循环水箱17中,循环往复。
本发明空调系统通过利用蒸发冷却降温技术,分别依靠表冷器3和循环水喷淋植物纤维填料16热湿交换进行两级冷却降温,降温的空气可为人们提供舒适的环境;所需动力通过主要作用的水动风机12、辅助作用的电动风机11与循环水泵17,使循环水流动产生的动能转化为机械能为风机提供动力,不仅保证了送风量,而且节能环保,安全可靠;通过活性炭吸附过滤段5除去空气中的烟气、火锅味,进一步净化清新空气;通过在加热装置10处加装集热装置9,在冬季等严寒天气收集火锅产生的热量将热量导入散热装置7为送风空气进行加热,充分利用能源,有很好的实用价值。

Claims (5)

1.适用于火锅桌的蒸发冷却空调系统,包括相互连接的桌面(21)和桌腿(22),其特征在于,桌面(21)上分布有加热装置(10),加热装置(10)内设置有集热装置(9);所述的桌腿(22)内从上到下依次设置有动力单元、活性炭吸附过滤段(5)、挡水板(4)和蒸发冷却单元,蒸发冷却单元通过管道连接动力单元;所述的集热装置(9)通过导线(8)还连接有散热装置(7);
所述的蒸发冷却单元包括均匀分布在桌腿(22)一周的进风口(1),每个进风口(1)内按照空气流动方向均依次设置有空气过滤网(2)、表冷器(3)和植物纤维填料(16),植物纤维填料(16)底部设置有循环水箱(18),循环水箱(18)内设置有循环水泵(17),循环水泵(17)通过管道依次接通表冷器(3)、水动风机涡轮(13)和位于植物纤维填料(16)顶部的布水器(15);
每个所述的表冷器(3)均呈连续的“S”状排列;
所述的动力单元包括位于活性炭吸附过滤段(5)顶部的水动风机涡轮(13),水动风机涡轮(13)包括主轴(23),主轴(23)上套接有叶轮(14),所述的主轴(23)上还依次连接有水动风机(12)和电动风机(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于火锅桌的蒸发冷却空调系统,其特征在于,所述的集热装置(9)具体为集热盘管或集热板中任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于火锅桌的蒸发冷却空调系统,其特征在于,所述的布水器(15)包括与管道接通的补水管,补水管上均匀分布有若干喷头。
4.根据权利要求1所述的适用于火锅桌的蒸发冷却空调系统,其特征在于,所述的循环水箱(18)上还设置有排水管(19)和补水管(20)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的适用于火锅桌的蒸发冷却空调系统,其特征在于,所述的桌面(21)侧壁均匀分布有不少于两个的送风口(6),送风口(6)具体为双层百叶型送风口。
