Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型阻燃墙毯,以化纤短丝为原料,开松、混合、梳理、铺网形成均匀的纤网,然后采用针刺加固,得到墙毯本体,在墙毯本体的上表面均匀涂敷膨胀石墨阻燃胶,将涂敷膨胀石墨阻燃胶的上表面向上,下表面施加火焰,经烧毛、烘干后得到阻燃墙毯。工艺包括如下步骤:(1)、原料准备(2)、混合再生短纤维的成网:(3)、纤维网的加固(4)、涂敷膨胀石墨阻燃胶(5)、烧毛、烘干:经涂胶后的墙毯本体进入烘干设备,采用火焰对墙毯本体进行均匀的燃烧处理,使得墙毯本体的下表面均匀平整,火焰燃烧对墙毯本体上表面的膨胀石墨阻燃胶进行烘干;(6)、成卷。生产效率高、具有优良的阻燃性的同时,有效确保产品成型性及表面质量。

一种新型阻燃墙毯及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及阻燃织物技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型阻燃墙毯及其生产工艺。
背景技术
阻燃墙毯又称针刺无纺墙毯。它是由合成阻燃纤维通过针刺工艺做成毯丕,再由侵胶工作做成的具有一定硬度的毯装铺装卷材。一般宽度为1.5米,长度为30-50米。阻燃墙毯是短纤维经过不同的设备和工艺铺排成网状,在经过针刺等工艺让不同的纤维相互交织在一起,相互缠结固着使织物规格化,让织物柔软,丰满,厚实,硬挺,以达到不同的厚度满足使用要求。针刺成型的坯布再经过背面上胶,烘干定型,切边,成卷包装。针刺地毯的主要工艺是:①将化学纤维打松、混合;②将化学纤维梳理成网,并将化学纤维层层重叠成一定厚度的网絮;③用无数带倒钩的钢针组成的针板,快速地上下,反复刺扎化学纤维网絮,制成致密的毡片;④用带叉的钢针,按照图案设计要求,排列组成针板,然后刺扎毡片,形成有凸起花纹的地毯;⑤将地毯浸胶、烘干,产品即告完成。有时,还在地毯背面粘贴泡沫塑料背衬或其他材料的背衬。
CN 105506979 A公开了一种阻燃地毯的处理工艺,具体步骤为:1)将阻燃液以 1:1 的体积比加水稀释,常温下分别加入水池 A 和水池 B 中;2)往水池 A 加入酸性剂,使pH 值在 3 以下;3)将地毯纱线放到水池 A 内,常温浸泡 15-20 分钟,取出,浸轧,在 80-90℃温度下烘干;4)往水池 B 加入碱性剂,使 pH 值在 9 以上;5)再将烘干后的地毯纱线放入水池 B 内,常温浸泡 15-20 分钟,取出,浸轧,在 80-90℃温度下烘干;6)最后按地毯工序加工生产即可。CN 102851879 A涉及一种阻燃无纺地毯的制造工艺。其目的为使采用该工艺生产的无纺地毯具有良好的阻燃性和耐磨性。本发明阻燃无纺地毯的制造工艺,以化纤短丝为原料,所述化纤短丝包括质量百分比为90%~ 96% 的丙纶短纤和4% ~ 10% 的涤纶短纤,包括以下步骤:(1)先将化纤短丝开松、混合、梳理、铺网形成均匀的纤网,然后采用针刺固结;(2)将纤网经输送辊输送浸入到由丙烯酸胶、磷系阻燃剂和水组成并经发泡后的阻燃乳液中,所述阻燃乳液包含质量百分比为22.5%~25%的丙烯酸胶、4.5%~5%的磷系阻燃剂、余量为水,阻燃乳液的发泡倍数为10~15,纤网浸入阻燃乳液的行走速度为 4 ~6m/min;(3)用轧辊挤压浸渍得到的纤网;(4)烘干定型。
上述两篇专利采用浸渍阻燃剂的方式,将普通地毯处理成阻燃地毯,虽然能够具备优良的阻燃性能,并且环保、成本低,但是采用浸渍、烘干的方式,最终得到的产品容易变形,且不平整,难以保证地毯的质量。
CN1635211A公开了一种厚重织物的阻燃涂层工艺,采用刮刀将经机械发泡后的阻燃涂层胶刮涂到基材表面,使低粘的阻燃胶渗透到基材中,然后烘干处理。
该工艺采用刮刀涂阻燃胶的方式虽然改变了传统的浸泡阻燃剂进行阻燃整理的方法,并却也能够具备较好的阻燃性能,但是刮刀刮涂阻燃胶的方式,需要使刮刀充分接触织物,为了使得阻燃胶能够充分渗透到基材内部、确保阻燃胶涂层均匀,需要对刮刀施加一定的压力,这样一来,在织物不断移动刮涂的过程中,刮刀将会对基材表面造成刮伤,影响织物最终的质量。由于阻燃墙毯在固定到墙面上时,需要在下表面涂粘合剂,而采用针刺加固后得到的墙毯本体表面的短纤维长短不一,表面不平整,在粘贴到墙面时容易出现粘贴不牢固而脱落的现象,目前该问题无法解决。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种生产效率高、具有优良的阻燃性的同时,有效确保产品成型性及表面质量的新型阻燃墙毯及其生产工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种新型阻燃墙毯,以化纤短丝为原料,开松、混合、梳理、铺网形成均匀的纤网,然后采用针刺加固,得到墙毯本体,在墙毯本体的上表面均匀涂敷膨胀石墨阻燃胶,将涂敷膨胀石墨阻燃胶的上表面向上,下表面施加火焰,经烧毛、烘干后得到阻燃墙毯。
一种生产如权利要求1所述新型阻燃墙毯的工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)、原料准备:使用涤纶、丙纶纤维面料的下脚料,经熔融纺丝制得涤纶、丙纶混合再生短纤维;
(2)、混合再生短纤维的成网:将步骤(1)制得的涤纶、丙纶混合再生短纤维经开松、混合、梳理、铺网,层层重叠成一定厚度的网絮,最终形成均匀的纤维网;
(3)、纤维网的加固:将最终形成的均匀的纤维网采用针刺的方式进行加固,形成墙毯本体;
(4)、涂敷膨胀石墨阻燃胶:将膨胀石墨阻燃胶进行机械发泡,通过刮刀将膨胀石墨阻燃胶均匀涂于墙毯本体的上表面;
(5)、烧毛、烘干:经涂胶后的墙毯本体进入烘干设备,采用火焰对墙毯本体的下表面的长短不一的短纤维进行均匀的燃烧处理,使得墙毯本体的下表面均匀平整,同时火焰燃烧对墙毯本体上表面的膨胀石墨阻燃胶进行烘干处理;
(6)、成卷:将烧毛、烘干处理最终得到的阻燃墙毯进行机械收卷。
上述的新型阻燃墙毯的生产工艺,所述步骤(4)中,在墙毯本体的下表面设置5cm厚的海绵垫板,涂胶时,刮刀将墙毯本体压于海面垫板上,刮刀对铺设在海绵垫板上的墙毯本体进行弹性状态涂胶。
上述的新型阻燃墙毯的生产工艺,在步骤(5)中,涂胶后的墙毯本体顺序经过2~3次烧毛、烘干设备进行多次处理,烧毛、烘干处理过程中,通过鼓风机向设备内鼓风,对设备内的墙毯本体进行辅助处理。
本发明新型阻燃墙毯及其生产工艺的优点是:采用膨胀石墨阻燃胶作为涂层剂,已通过专业机构阻燃检测。活性炭本身的多孔状分子结构具有吸附烟毒性,降低烟密度的特性。大大提高了产品的阻燃性能,而且涂胶的时候由于设置海面垫板,使得刮刀在刮涂阻燃剂时,既能够确保阻燃胶能够充分渗透到墙毯本体内部、确保阻燃胶涂层均匀,而且,刮刀的压力在织物不断移动刮涂的过程中被海面垫板缓冲,使得刮刀作用在墙毯本体表面更加轻柔、连续,避免了刮刀将会对基材表面造成刮伤,确保了织物表面的质量。采用涂胶、烘干的方式,使得最终的阻燃墙毯定型较好,采用火焰燃烧烧毛的处理步骤,能够确保墙毯本体粘贴在墙面上的那一面的短纤维整齐、均匀,墙毯本体表面的平整,在施工时与墙面粘贴牢固,本发明通过燃气火焰燃烧的处理方式,在烘干墙毯本体上表面阻燃胶的同时又能够实现墙毯本体下表面烧毛处理,解决了本领域的一大难题。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明;
一种新型阻燃墙毯,以化纤短丝为原料,开松、混合、梳理、铺网形成均匀的纤网,然后采用针刺加固,得到墙毯本体,在墙毯本体的上表面均匀涂敷膨胀石墨阻燃胶,将涂敷膨胀石墨阻燃胶的上表面向上,下表面施加火焰,经烧毛、烘干后得到阻燃墙毯。
一种生产新型阻燃墙毯的工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)、原料准备:使用涤纶、丙纶纤维面料的下脚料,经熔融纺丝制得涤纶、丙纶混合再生短纤维;
(2)、混合再生短纤维的成网:将步骤(1)制得的涤纶、丙纶混合再生短纤维经开松、混合、梳理、铺网,层层重叠成一定厚度的网絮,最终形成均匀的纤维网;
(3)、纤维网的加固:将最终形成的均匀的纤维网采用针刺的方式进行加固,形成墙毯本体;
(4)、涂敷膨胀石墨阻燃胶:将膨胀石墨阻燃胶进行机械发泡,通过刮刀将膨胀石墨阻燃胶均匀涂于墙毯本体的上表面;
(5)、烧毛、烘干:经涂胶后的墙毯本体进入烘干设备,采用火焰对墙毯本体的下表面的长短不一的短纤维进行均匀的燃烧处理,使得墙毯本体的下表面均匀平整,同时火焰燃烧对墙毯本体上表面的膨胀石墨阻燃胶进行烘干处理;
(6)、成卷:将烧毛、烘干处理最终得到的阻燃墙毯进行机械收卷。
所述步骤(4)中,在墙毯本体的下表面设置5cm厚的海绵垫板,海绵垫板采用高密度海绵,其具有较好的弹性及硬度,不易变形,使用寿命强。涂胶时,刮刀将墙毯本体压于海面垫板上,刮刀对铺设在海绵垫板上的墙毯本体进行弹性状态涂胶。在步骤(5)中,涂胶后的墙毯本体顺序经过2~3次烧毛、烘干设备进行多次处理,烧毛、烘干处理过程中,通过鼓风机向设备内鼓风,对设备内的墙毯本体进行辅助处理。

1.一种新型阻燃墙毯,以化纤短丝为原料,开松、混合、梳理、铺网形成均匀的纤网,然后采用针刺加固,得到墙毯本体,其特征在于:在墙毯本体的上表面均匀涂敷膨胀石墨阻燃胶,将涂敷膨胀石墨阻燃胶的上表面向上,下表面施加火焰,经烧毛、烘干后得到阻燃墙毯。
2.一种生产如权利要求1所述新型阻燃墙毯的工艺,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
(1)、原料准备:使用涤纶、丙纶纤维面料的下脚料,经熔融纺丝制得涤纶、丙纶混合再生短纤维;
(2)、混合再生短纤维的成网:将步骤(1)制得的涤纶、丙纶混合再生短纤维经开松、混合、梳理、铺网,层层重叠成一定厚度的网絮,最终形成均匀的纤维网;
(3)、纤维网的加固:将最终形成的均匀的纤维网采用针刺的方式进行加固,形成墙毯本体;
(4)、涂敷膨胀石墨阻燃胶:将膨胀石墨阻燃胶进行机械发泡,通过刮刀将膨胀石墨阻燃胶均匀涂于墙毯本体的上表面;
(5)、烧毛、烘干:经涂胶后的墙毯本体进入烘干设备,采用火焰对墙毯本体的下表面的长短不一的短纤维进行均匀的燃烧处理,使得墙毯本体的下表面均匀平整,同时火焰燃烧对墙毯本体上表面的膨胀石墨阻燃胶进行烘干处理;
(6)、成卷:将烧毛、烘干处理最终得到的阻燃墙毯进行机械收卷。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型阻燃墙毯的生产工艺,其特征是:所述步骤(4)中,在墙毯本体的下表面设置5cm厚的海绵垫板,涂胶时,刮刀将墙毯本体压于海面垫板上,刮刀对铺设在海绵垫板上的墙毯本体进行弹性状态涂胶。
