Abstract
本发明提供一种结构简单、使用寿命长且操作杆的可动范围大的操纵杆。本发明的操纵杆具有:主体(1),具有开关等电操作部;及操作杆(2),能够在X轴和Y轴方向上旋转倾斜。在主体(1)的上表面设有构成球体一部分的密封台(4),在密封台(4)上具有弯曲且中央设有开孔、下表面与密封台(4)接触的环状密封板(6)。将与密封板(6)的上表面接触且覆盖密封板(6)的密封盖(8)设于操作杆(2)的下端。由此,操作杆(2)与密封台(4)之间的间隙由密封盖(8)及密封板(6)封闭。能够通过密封板(6)的移动而较大地确保操作杆(2)在X轴及Y轴方向上的旋转移动范围。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于操作起重机、游戏机等的操纵杆。
背景技术
以往,用于起重机、游戏等的操作的操纵杆中,以封闭操作杆与主体之间的间隙的方式设有蛇腹状橡胶波纹管。由此,防止灰尘等异物从该间隙落进主体内。
作为这种操纵杆,例如有专利文献1中公开的操纵杆。将橡胶波纹管设为蛇腹状,这是因为用于起重机的操作的操纵杆中,为了将操作杆的可动范围相对于中心轴设为较大,如果仅通过橡胶的伸缩,则可动范围不充足。
由此操作杆与主体之间的间隙被封闭,而能够防止灰尘等进入主体内。并且,能够扩大操作杆的可动范围。然而,若为这种装置,则存在由于随着橡胶的劣化而橡胶破损或在低温下橡胶硬化而产生的橡胶破损的问题。
专利文献2中公开的操纵杆中,设置具有球面部分的键套筒(key stem)以使该部分滑动,而不使用橡胶波纹管,由此解决以上问题。

上述专利文献2中公开的技术中,未公开有用于扩大操作杆的可动范围的技术。即,作为针对操纵杆的要求事项,通常要求较高的操作性,为此要求操作杆的可动角度较大。若操作杆的可动角度较大,则易于进行例如使通过操纵杆进行操作的起重机快速移动至目标位置、精确地控制目标位置等操作。
发明内容
本发明鉴于以上观点,提供一种结构简单、寿命长且操作杆的可动范围大的操纵杆。
本发明的操纵杆中,具有:主体,具有开关等电操作部;操作杆,能够在X轴及Y轴方向上旋转倾斜;密封台,设置在所述主体的上表面并构成球体一部分;环状密封板,所述密封板以构成球体一部分的方式弯曲,并在中央设有开孔,且下表面与所述密封台接触;圆形密封盖,其设置在所述操作杆上,并以所述圆形密封盖的下表面与所述密封板的上表面接触的方式构成球体一部分,所述密封盖下表面的球面与随着操作杆在X轴及Y轴方向上旋转而构成的虚拟球面一致,所述密封板中央的开孔直径设为小于所述密封盖的直径。
本发明的操纵杆中,若使操作杆在X轴方向及Y轴方向上移动,则在规定的移动范围内,操作杆在密封板中央的开孔内部进行移动。此时,密封盖的下表面与密封板的上表面接触,密封板的开孔被密封盖覆盖,因此灰尘等异物不会进入主体内。
若进一步加大操作杆的X轴方向及Y轴方向,则密封板随着操作杆的动作而移动,密封板在主体的密封台的上表面滑动并移动。由此,能够扩大操作杆的可动范围。
尤其,本发明的操纵杆中,密封板覆盖密封台,进而密封盖覆盖密封板,因此即使洒落果汁、咖啡等液体,也能够防止液体进入主体内。
即,本发明的操纵杆,操作杆具有与以蛇腹状的橡胶波纹管进行密封的操作杆同等的可动范围,并且不用担心如橡胶波纹管那样会破损。进而,作为构成部件的密封台由树脂成型而成,密封板能够由对不锈钢、铁等的金属板进行冲压而成,能够非常廉价地制造。密封盖能够通过树脂成型与操作杆一体而成,因此不需要特殊的制造方法,量产性高且能够廉价地制造。

具体实施方式
本发明的权利要求1中记载的发明,其特征在于,具有:主体,具有开关等电操作部;操作杆,能够在X轴及Y轴方向上旋转倾斜;密封台,设置在所述主体的上表面并构成球体一部分;环状密封板,所述密封板以构成球体一部分的方式弯曲,并在中央设有开孔,且下表面与所述密封台接触;圆形密封盖,其设置在所述操作杆上,并以所述圆形密封盖的下表面与所述密封板的上表面接触的方式构成球体一部分;密封台的球面、密封板的上下两个球面及密封盖下表面的球面与随着操作杆在X轴及Y轴方向上的旋转构成的虚拟球面一致,密封板中央的开孔直径设为小于密封盖直径,该发明具有不使用橡胶波纹管,而能够扩大操作杆的可动范围的作用。另外,在该说明书中“操作杆的可动范围较大”是指大于不使用密封板的情况下的可动范围。即,在不使用密封板的情况下操作杆的可动范围为在密封台设置的开孔的范围内。并且,该开孔的大小必须为密封盖的直径以下,自然地决定了开孔的大小。
实施例
以下关于本发明的操纵杆,与示出实施例的附图一同进行说明。1为主体,由压铸铝制作而成,其中容纳有开关(未图示)等被操作部件,并且还容纳有以能够在X轴及Y轴方向上转动的状态支承操作杆2的轴3的支承部件(未图示)等。在主体1的上表面设有通过树脂成型而成的密封台4。密封台4的上表面构成球体的一部分,中心设有圆形、四边形的开口5,以使操作杆2的轴3贯穿并在X轴及Y轴方向上在规定角度以内自由移动。
进而,以覆盖密封台4的方式设有对金属板进行冲压加工而成的密封板6。即,密封板6也为构成球体一部分的形状,其下表面的曲率与密封台4的上表面的曲率一致。密封板6的外周为圆形,并在中心设有用于使操作杆2的轴3贯穿并在X轴及Y轴方向上自由移动的圆孔7。由于密封板6的外周为圆形,中心有圆孔7,因此呈环状。该密封板6可在密封台4的上表面自由滑动。
密封板6如上述那样可在密封台4的上表面滑动并移动。其移动范围为,密封板6的端部达到密封台4的球面的端部为止。并且,在密封板6的一端达到密封台4的球面的端部的状态下,密封板6的相反侧端部为覆盖密封台4的开口5的状态。即,即使密封板6移动至端部,密封台4的开口5也为被密封板6完全封闭的状态。
在操作杆2的下端设有密封盖8。该密封盖8的下表面为构成球体的一部分的形状,其曲率与密封板6的上表面的曲率一致。并且,密封盖8的下表面的球面的曲率以与随着操作杆2在X轴及Y轴方向上的旋转而构成的虚拟球面一致的方式构成。由此,不管操作杆2在X方向及Y方向上移动至任何位置,密封盖8也与密封板6的上表面紧贴,从而能够防止灰尘侵入。进而密封盖8的外形为圆形,其直径大于密封板6的圆孔7。由此,密封板6的圆孔7成为被操作杆2的下端的密封盖8封闭的状态。
本发明的操纵杆由如上结构构成,以下对其动作进行说明。使用者手持操作杆2使操作杆2在X轴方向、Y轴方向上旋转移动并操作主体1内的开关等被操作部件。由此,使起重机等移动至目标位置。
在此,若在一定程度的操作范围内,则轴3在密封板6的圆孔7内移动。并且,若操作杆2的操作范围变大,则轴3与密封板6的圆孔7的内边接触,密封板6随着操作杆2的动作而移动。若操作杆2变为最大移动范围,则成为图4所示的状态。即,密封板6在密封台4的上表面滑动,并移动至密封板6的可动范围的部端。
此时,如图4所示,即使移动至密封板6的可动范围的端部,由于密封板6的端部被设定为覆盖密封台4的开口5的尺寸,因此灰尘、异物不会进入开口5中。进而,由于不使用橡胶等容易破损的材料,而使用由金属板构成的密封板6,因此使用寿命较长。
能够提供用于起重机、游戏机等的操作、且不使用橡胶等容易破损的材料的使用寿命长的操纵杆。
由此,不会产生操作杆2与主体1之间的间隙,因此灰尘等不会进入主体1内,发生预料之外的故障的概率变低,安全性增加。尤其,若用于在港口、炼钢厂、造船厂中使用的大型起重机等的操作的操纵杆发生故障,则有时会发生重大事故,对于该方面也有用。
Claims (3)
1.一种操纵杆,其特征在于,具有:
主体,具有开关被操作部;
操作杆,能够在X轴及Y轴方向上旋转倾斜;
密封台,设置在所述主体的上表面并构成球体一部分;
环状密封板,以构成球体一部分的方式弯曲,并在中央设有开孔,且下表面与所述密封台接触;
圆形密封盖,其设置在所述操作杆上,并以所述圆形密封盖的下表面与所述密封板的上表面接触的方式构成球体一部分,所述密封盖下表面的球面与随着操作杆在X轴及Y轴方向上旋转而构成的虚拟球面一致,所述密封板中央的开孔直径设为小于所述密封盖的直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的操纵杆,其中,
所述密封板是对金属板进行冲压而成的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的操纵杆,其中,
所述密封盖是与所述操作杆一体成型而成的。
