Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mine equipment maintenance and installation, in particular to a flat tail rope replacing device of a single lifting system and a replacing method thereof.
Background
The large and medium-sized coal mines at home and abroad are provided with a main shaft and an auxiliary shaft lifting system, and the function of balancing the tail rope is crucial and the whole lifting system can be balanced. Therefore, the replacement of the pigtail rope of the mine hoisting system is the most important task in the mine shutdown maintenance.
At present, the replacement method of the flat tail rope of each main mine well and each auxiliary mine well mainly adopts a laying mode that one side of a lifting container is provided with a new rope, and the other side of the lifting container is used for throwing an old rope for construction (the auxiliary mine well is directly constructed at a ingate at the bottom of the well). By adopting the mode of replacing the tail rope, after the wide cage is provided with the new tail rope in place, the step of manufacturing the new tail rope suspension on the narrow cage side needs to turn the new tail rope on the rope reel on the shaft outlet side over the tail rope stop beam under the shaft, and then the new tail rope suspension work can be performed after the position of the narrow cage side. This is convenient for the double-lifting system to realize rope-turning work. Therefore, it is important to provide a flattail rope replacing device of a single lifting system and a replacing method thereof, which are simple to operate and high in safety.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a replacement device and a replacement method for a flat tail rope of a single lifting system, which are simple to operate and high in safety.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides a flat tail rope replacement device for a single hoisting system, including a first cage, a second cage, a jacket frame beam and a tail rope blocking beam, which are located in a shaft, wherein the first cage and the second cage are arranged in parallel, the first cage is located above the second cage, the jacket frame beam is located below the first cage and the second cage, and the tail rope blocking beam is located below the jacket frame beam;

As shown in fig. 1, a flattail rope replacement device for a single hoisting system according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a first cage 1, a second cage 2, a jacket beam 3, and a tail rope blocking beam 4, which are located in a shaft, wherein the first cage 1 and the second cage 2 are arranged in parallel, the first cage 1 is located above the second cage 2, the jacket beam 3 is located below the first cage 1 and the second cage 2, and the tail rope blocking beam 4 is located below the jacket beam 3.
The lower side of first cage 1 is equipped with first tang rope 5 and the tang rope 6 of second, every tang rope all is equipped with elevator 7, the main rope of second cage 2 passes through the knot 8 and is connected with elevator 7 of first tang rope 5 and the tang rope 6 of second respectively, first tang rope 5 and the tang rope 6 of second twine on the outside well head exit side of the pit shaft of first cage 1 one side, the pit shaft outside of second cage 2 one side is equipped with winch 9, be equipped with direction coaster 10 in the pit shaft, winch 9 passes through wire rope and is connected with direction coaster 10.

The winch 9 is preferably a slow winch 9, other types of winches 9 may be used depending on the requirements on the site, and the wire rope preferably has a diameter of 15.5mm.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, a method for replacing the flattail rope of the single-lift system includes the following steps:
first, the first cage 1 and the second cage 2 are prepared. When the first cage 1 puts two new flat tail rope belts in place, the hanging work of turning over the rope to make a new tail rope is carried out. A worker stands on the top of the second cage 2 to clamp and fix the two pairs of flat tail rope elevators 7 with the first flat tail rope 5 and the second flat tail rope 6 below the first cage 1; and then, the steel wire rope buckle 8 hung on the main rope of the second cage 2 is respectively connected with the elevator 7 of the first flat tail rope 5 and the second flat tail rope 6.
Then, the second cage 2 is lifted up and the first cage 1 is dropped for the first time. Informing a winch driver to drive the vehicle and lift the second cage 2 upwards, dropping the first cage 1, and bringing the flat tail rope into the shaft to be vertical to the tail rope stop beam 4; at the moment, the second flat tail rope 6 is locked by a flat tail rope elevator 7 matched with a rope buckle 8 and is left on the frame sleeving beam 3; and the steel wire rope falls to the tail rope stop beam 4 through the guide pulley 10 and is connected with the first flat tail rope 5 through the elevator 7.
And then, lifting the first cage 1 for the first time, falling the second cage 2, and lifting the slow-twisting steel wire rope. The second cage 2 is matched with the slow-twisting steel wire rope, the first flat tail rope 5 is lifted to the bottom of the second cage 2, and in the process, the flat tail rope elevator 7 and the rope buckle 8 at the top of the second cage 2 need to be released; thereby, the suspending work of the first lug rope 5 is completed.
Then, the first cage 1 is lifted up and the second cage 2 is dropped for the second time. After the suspension work of the first flat tail rope 5 is finished, a winch driver is informed to lift the first cage 1 and fall the second cage 2, so that the second flat tail rope 6 left on the sleeve frame beam 3 is brought into a shaft to be in a vertical state; then, the constructor releases the flat tail rope elevator 7 and the steel wire rope buckle 8 of the second flat tail rope 6; meanwhile, the slow-twisting steel wire rope is connected with the rope head of the second flat tail rope 6.
Finally, lifting the second cage 2 for the second time, dropping the first cage 1, and simultaneously lifting the slowly-twisted steel wire rope to lift the second flat tail rope 6 to a proper position at the wellhead; stopping the second cage 2 at the well mouth when the second cage is suitable for being used as a new suspension head; at this time, the constructor can perform the new hanging head work of the second flat tail rope 6; thereby, the suspending work of the second lug rope 6 is completed.
In conclusion, the replacement method of the flat tail rope by adopting the self-contained single lifting system has the following advantages: (1) The working procedure of lifting or dropping the tail rope is realized by utilizing the characteristics of the lifting system, the tail rope lifting or dropping process is safe and reliable, and the safety is greatly improved. (2) A slow winch is arranged at the well mouth, so that the investment of a winch driver is reduced, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced. (3) The tail rope is not easy to turn over (twist and deform) in the rope turning process, so that the service life of the tail rope is prolonged, and reworking is avoided. (4) The method has high rope turning efficiency, and can save a lot of time compared with the prior rope turning method, thereby improving the coal yield and the output value and bringing huge economic benefits.

lifting the first cage for the second time and dropping the second cage;
and lifting the second cage for the second time and dropping the first cage to finish the suspension of the second flat tail rope.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the step of preparing the first cage and the second cage further comprises:
respectively clamping the flat tail rope elevator with a first flat tail rope and a second flat tail rope below a first cage;
and respectively connecting a rope buckle hung on the main rope of the second cage with the first flat tail rope and the second flat tail rope.
7. The method of single lift system lug rope replacement according to claim 5, further comprising, after the step of lifting the second cage and lowering the first cage for the first time:

9. The method of single lift system lug rope replacement according to claim 5, further comprising, after the step of lifting the first cage a second time and lowering the second cage:
releasing the flat tail rope elevator and the rope buckle of the second flat tail rope;
and connecting the slow-twisting steel wire rope with the rope head of the second flat tail rope.
10. The method of claim 5, wherein the step of lifting the second cage and lowering the first cage for a second time to complete the suspension of the first rope further comprises:
