(6) lifting the container slowly to a position 4 meters above the guide to be replaced, and hanging rope buckles and chain blocks on the guide beams corresponding to the center of the old guide and one side of the old guide; the maintainers of the third layer of maintenance platform process the back plate and the bolts of the old cage guide, then hang the rope buckle at the center of the upper part of the old cage guide, hang the old cage guide by using the inverted chain at the cage guide beam at one side of the old cage guide, and then sequentially carry out operation by the maintainers of the second layer of maintenance platform and the first layer of maintenance platform; after the operation of the first layer of maintenance platform maintainers is finished, moving the old cage guide to one side, and sequentially processing the joint surface of the old cage guide and the steel beam by the three layers of maintenance platforms from top to bottom; then, the maintainers of the third layer of maintenance platform tie the head of the new tank with a steel wire rope buckle, position the new tank in the tank by using a chain block which is hung in advance and corresponds to the center position of the old tank on the tank beam, penetrate a tank bolt from top to bottom, and fasten a retaining nut after the maintainers of each layer of maintenance platform adjust the new tank;
(7) placing the replaced old cage guide fixed by the chain blocks on the cage guide beams on the maintenance platform, fixing the old cage guide by each layer of maintenance platform, lifting the container slowly after the fixing is finished, and removing the two chain blocks and the rope buckles for lifting the new cage guide at the cage guide beam 4 meters above the replaced cage guide; after the removal is finished, replacing the cage guide at the other side of the lifting container at the position of the cage guide to be replaced, and slowly lifting the lifting container to the wellhead after the second old cage guide is replaced;
(8) when the lifting container slowly moves up to the third layer of maintenance platform and is level with the well head, well head personnel are matched with maintenance personnel of the third layer of maintenance platform, and the old tank way is placed on the well head through a winch traction steel wire rope, so that the two tank ways are completely replaced; by parity of reasoning, the replacement of the residual cage guide is carried out according to the same method;
(9) after the cage guide is completely replaced, lifting the container to the position near a well mouth, sequentially unloading the maintenance tools to the well mouth by the maintenance personnel of the three-layer maintenance platform, sealing the well mouth, sequentially removing the maintenance platforms at all layers from bottom to top, removing an opening pulley at the position 16 meters above the well mouth, recovering a steel beam at the position 4 meters above the signal side of the well mouth, and recovering and lifting an upper roller cage shoe of the container;
the following preparation work is required before the cage guide is repaired:
(1) heightening the lifting container with a maintenance layer and welding a guardrail to serve as a first-layer maintenance platform;
(2) removing the steel beam 4 meters above the signal side of the wellhead, so as to facilitate the lowering of the cage guide;
(3) measuring the size of the cage guide needing to be replaced, welding the processed back plate on the new cage guide on the ground surface, and transporting the new cage guide processed on the ground surface to a wellhead for later use;
(4) and manufacturing and overhauling the platform: three I-shaped platforms are processed in advance, protective guards are installed on the I-shaped platforms, carrying channels used for lowering a new cage guide and lifting an old cage guide are arranged on two sides of each I-shaped platform respectively, one I-shaped platform serves as an overhauling protective shed, a protective cover is hinged to the carrying channel of the overhauling protective shed, and the other two I-shaped platforms serve as overhauling platforms.
