1.2, placing embedded parts according to the construction progress of the main body structure, and placing the embedded parts according to paying-off when the main body structure is bound with steel bars and a template is installed;
1.3, processing related I-steel and steel through materials according to the figure according to the track requirement;
1.4, completing the installation of a track skeleton, the welding work and the steel rope drawing work according to the requirements of a drawing, wherein the track position and the bearing capacity meet the requirements of the hoisting and transportation of a curtain wall unit body, and performing the paying-off positioning of a track cantilever support arm and an upper hanger by using a total station according to the drawing; the rail needs to be bent at the corner, the radius of the bent arc in the 18# I-steel shaft is 700mm, and the arc length is as follows: 1100 mm; the cantilever steel bracket is installed, the front support is reliably connected and fixed with the main structure beam or plate, the rear support is reliably anchored in a tensile manner with the main structure beam or plate, and a tensile bolt is not less than 2M16 and penetrates and is fixed with the plate; the cantilever steel bracket has independent stability so that the cantilever steel bracket does not generate front-back left-right displacement shaking; the straightness of the track is not more than +/-10 mm; the rails are butted, and one end of a connecting plate is not less than 2M16 fastening bolts; the rail is connected with the steel bracket in an overhanging way, and the end head and the middle section of the rail are not less than 2M16 tension bolts; an electric hoist is firmly installed on the running track through suspension, and the contact area of the bearing walking wheel and the lower flange of the hanger rail is not less than 95% of the effective stress area;
1.5, after the installation of the track skeleton is finished, measuring the level and the straightness of the track by using a measuring instrument and adjusting and checking the size deviation measured and found by the measuring instrument;
1.6, after the full welding is finished, performing full welding work on the track skeleton, performing process control, and performing self-checking and supervision related acceptance on the tested track equipment;
