本发明公开了一种聚氨酯涂层雨衣布，包括表层和里层，表层和里层通过热熔胶粘合在一起，表层包括聚丙烯薄膜层和聚氨酯涂层，聚氨酯涂层涂覆在聚丙烯薄膜层上，上述里层包括纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层，上述纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层依次通过热熔胶粘合在一起。本发明的有益效果为：其具有较好的阻燃性能。

本发明涉及雨衣布技术领域，具体涉及一种聚氨酯涂层雨衣布。
背景技术
现有的雨衣布在阻燃性能上还存在一定的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚氨酯涂层雨衣布，其具有较好的阻燃性能。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是
一种聚氨酯涂层雨衣布，包括表层和里层，表层和里层通过热熔胶粘合在一起，表层包括聚丙烯薄膜层和聚氨酯涂层，聚氨酯涂层涂覆在聚丙烯薄膜层上，上述里层包括纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层，上述纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层依次通过热熔胶粘合在一起，上述基底布料层包括黑炭衬层和绒布层，上述外层占雨衣布总体质量的15%-25%，上述里层占雨衣布总体质量的75%-85%，聚氨酯涂层占外层总体质量的10%-13%，基底布料层占里层总体质量的80%-90%，纳米阻燃膜层占里层总体质量的5%-10%，防静电涤纶棉布层占里层总体质量的5%-10%。
优选地，绒布层占基底布料层总体质量的60%-75%。
本发明的工作原理为：纳米阻燃膜层的设置提高了雨衣布的阻燃性能，聚氨酯涂层提高了雨衣布的防水性能，防静电涤纶棉布层提高了雨衣布的防静电性能，基底布料层提高了雨衣布的舒适性能。
本发明的有益效果为：其具有较好的阻燃性能。

本发明具体实施的技术方案是：
实施例1
一种聚氨酯涂层雨衣布，包括表层和里层，表层和里层通过热熔胶粘合在一起，表层包括聚丙烯薄膜层和聚氨酯涂层，聚氨酯涂层涂覆在聚丙烯薄膜层上，上述里层包括纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层，上述纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层依次通过热熔胶粘合在一起，上述基底布料层包括黑炭衬层和绒布层，上述外层占雨衣布总体质量的15%，上述里层占雨衣布总体质量的75%，聚氨酯涂层占外层总体质量的10%，基底布料层占里层总体质量的80%，纳米阻燃膜层占里层总体质量的5%，防静电涤纶棉布层占里层总体质量的5%。
绒布层占基底布料层总体质量的60%。
实施例2
一种聚氨酯涂层雨衣布，包括表层和里层，表层和里层通过热熔胶粘合在一起，表层包括聚丙烯薄膜层和聚氨酯涂层，聚氨酯涂层涂覆在聚丙烯薄膜层上，上述里层包括纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层，上述纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层依次通过热熔胶粘合在一起，上述基底布料层包括黑炭衬层和绒布层，上述外层占雨衣布总体质量的25%，上述里层占雨衣布总体质量的85%，聚氨酯涂层占外层总体质量的13%，基底布料层占里层总体质量的90%，纳米阻燃膜层占里层总体质量的10%，防静电涤纶棉布层占里层总体质量的10%。

绒布层占基底布料层总体质量的70%。
