本发明公开了一种聚氨酯涂层雨衣布,包括表层和里层,表层和里层通过热熔胶粘合在一起,表层包括聚丙烯薄膜层和聚氨酯涂层,聚氨酯涂层涂覆在聚丙烯薄膜层上,上述里层包括纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层,上述纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层依次通过热熔胶粘合在一起。本发明的有益效果为:其具有较好的阻燃性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及雨衣布技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯涂层雨衣布。
背景技术
现有的雨衣布在阻燃性能上还存在一定的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚氨酯涂层雨衣布,其具有较好的阻燃性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是
一种聚氨酯涂层雨衣布,包括表层和里层,表层和里层通过热熔胶粘合在一起,表层包括聚丙烯薄膜层和聚氨酯涂层,聚氨酯涂层涂覆在聚丙烯薄膜层上,上述里层包括纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层,上述纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层依次通过热熔胶粘合在一起,上述基底布料层包括黑炭衬层和绒布层,上述外层占雨衣布总体质量的15%-25%,上述里层占雨衣布总体质量的75%-85%,聚氨酯涂层占外层总体质量的10%-13%,基底布料层占里层总体质量的80%-90%,纳米阻燃膜层占里层总体质量的5%-10%,防静电涤纶棉布层占里层总体质量的5%-10%。
优选地,绒布层占基底布料层总体质量的60%-75%。
本发明的工作原理为:纳米阻燃膜层的设置提高了雨衣布的阻燃性能,聚氨酯涂层提高了雨衣布的防水性能,防静电涤纶棉布层提高了雨衣布的防静电性能,基底布料层提高了雨衣布的舒适性能。
本发明的有益效果为:其具有较好的阻燃性能。

本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
实施例1
一种聚氨酯涂层雨衣布,包括表层和里层,表层和里层通过热熔胶粘合在一起,表层包括聚丙烯薄膜层和聚氨酯涂层,聚氨酯涂层涂覆在聚丙烯薄膜层上,上述里层包括纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层,上述纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层依次通过热熔胶粘合在一起,上述基底布料层包括黑炭衬层和绒布层,上述外层占雨衣布总体质量的15%,上述里层占雨衣布总体质量的75%,聚氨酯涂层占外层总体质量的10%,基底布料层占里层总体质量的80%,纳米阻燃膜层占里层总体质量的5%,防静电涤纶棉布层占里层总体质量的5%。
绒布层占基底布料层总体质量的60%。
实施例2
一种聚氨酯涂层雨衣布,包括表层和里层,表层和里层通过热熔胶粘合在一起,表层包括聚丙烯薄膜层和聚氨酯涂层,聚氨酯涂层涂覆在聚丙烯薄膜层上,上述里层包括纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层,上述纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层依次通过热熔胶粘合在一起,上述基底布料层包括黑炭衬层和绒布层,上述外层占雨衣布总体质量的25%,上述里层占雨衣布总体质量的85%,聚氨酯涂层占外层总体质量的13%,基底布料层占里层总体质量的90%,纳米阻燃膜层占里层总体质量的10%,防静电涤纶棉布层占里层总体质量的10%。
绒布层占基底布料层总体质量的75%。
实施例3
一种聚氨酯涂层雨衣布,包括表层和里层,表层和里层通过热熔胶粘合在一起,表层包括聚丙烯薄膜层和聚氨酯涂层,聚氨酯涂层涂覆在聚丙烯薄膜层上,上述里层包括纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层,上述纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层依次通过热熔胶粘合在一起,上述基底布料层包括黑炭衬层和绒布层,上述外层占雨衣布总体质量的20%,上述里层占雨衣布总体质量的80%,聚氨酯涂层占外层总体质量的12%,基底布料层占里层总体质量的85%,纳米阻燃膜层占里层总体质量的7%,防静电涤纶棉布层占里层总体质量的8%。
绒布层占基底布料层总体质量的70%。

1.一种聚氨酯涂层雨衣布,其特征在于,包括表层和里层,表层和里层通过热熔胶粘合在一起,表层包括聚丙烯薄膜层和聚氨酯涂层,聚氨酯涂层涂覆在聚丙烯薄膜层上,上述里层包括纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层,上述纳米阻燃膜层、防静电涤纶棉布层和基底布料层依次通过热熔胶粘合在一起,上述基底布料层包括黑炭衬层和绒布层,上述外层占雨衣布总体质量的15%-25%,上述里层占雨衣布总体质量的75%-85%,聚氨酯涂层占外层总体质量的10%-13%,基底布料层占里层总体质量的80%-90%,纳米阻燃膜层占里层总体质量的5%-10%,防静电涤纶棉布层占里层总体质量的5%-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯涂层雨衣布,其特征在于,绒布层占基底布料层总体质量的60%-75%。
