本发明属于木材加工技术领域,尤其是一种提高杨树木板抗老化性能的处理方法,具体方法如下:(1)杨树木材的选择、切割整形及预处理;(2)超声波处理及浸泡处理;(3)涂抹处理及变压处理;本发明将杨树木板处理后,不但使木板中的半纤维素发生部分结构重组和降解,分子链中羟基脱落,木板中的抽提物及挥发性物质流失,纤维素中无定形区的水分散失并且相邻的纤维素分子链互相靠拢,从而使其排列得更加紧密,并形成了新的氢键结合,使得纤维素分子的结晶度增加,有效延缓木板老化变白,而且使得木板吸水性、吸湿性显著降低,尺寸稳定性提高,有效增强木板的抗弯强度和顺纹抗压强度,有效保留杨树的自然纹理和材色。

背景技术
杨树是杨柳科杨属植物落叶乔木的通称,其木材用作民用建筑材,生产家具、火柴梗、锯材等,同时也是人造板及纤维用材,但是杨树木材用于制作工艺品时,其容易老化,不但影响产品品质,而且导致使用寿命大大缩短;因此,发明一种能有效提高杨树木材抗老化性能的处理方法是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种提高杨树木板抗老化性能的处理方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种提高杨树木板抗老化性能的处理方法,具体方法如下:
(1)杨树木材的选择、切割整形及预处理
选择无虫眼的杨树木材,切割成厚度为1.7~1.9cm的木板,投入盛有熬煮液的熬煮锅中大火熬煮14~15min,文火熬煮23~24min,取出,盖上塑料薄膜,在温度为26~28℃的条件下发酵36~38h,取出,在温度为39~40℃、相对湿度为19%~20%的条件下风干至水分含量为22%~23%,得预处理杨树木板;
所述的熬煮液,按以下步骤进行制备:将6.6~6.8重量份的百脉根、4.7~4.9重量份的抱树莲、7.3~7.5重量份的苍耳子、9.6~9.8重量份的宽筋藤、8.5~8.7重量份的零陵香和9.2~9.4重量份的龙须藤粉碎至60~70目,投入180~190重量份的水中大火煮沸,文火熬煮35~37min,过160~170目滤布,取滤液,得熬煮液;
(2)超声波处理及浸泡处理
将预处理杨树木板在频率为25~26kHz的条件下超声处理16~17min,暂停20min,在频率为30~31kHz的条件下超声处理31~32min,浸没于橙皮液中浸泡19~20h,取出,在温度为34~35℃、相对湿度为22%~23%的条件下风干至水分含量为18%~19%,得一次处理杨树木板;
(3)涂抹处理及变压处理
使用涂抹剂在一次处理杨树木板表面进行均匀涂抹,置入压力为2.2~2.3MPa的条件下恒压处理8~9min,以0.25~0.27MPa/min的升压速率升压至压力为3.8~3.9MPa恒压处理14~15min,取出,在温度为29~30℃、相对湿度为24%~25%的条件下风干至水分含量为13%~14%;
所述的涂抹剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:复硝酚钠1.5~1.7份、硫酸氢钠6.7~6.9份、硝酸银8.7~8.9份、2-氨基苯酚2.2~2.4份、三乙醇胺14~15份、苯并三氮唑8.1~8.3份、茶籽油13~14份、水115~120份。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(2)所述的橙皮液,按以下步骤进行制备:取44~46重量份的干橙皮,超微粉碎至170~180目,投入到310~320重量份的水中大火煮沸,文火熬煮43~45min并不断搅拌,取熬煮液,在压力为11~12MPa的条件下均质21~22min,得橙皮液。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种提高杨树木板抗老化性能的处理方法,将杨树木板进行处理后,不但使木板中的半纤维素发生部分结构重组和降解,分子链中羟基脱落,木板中的抽提物及挥发性物质流失,纤维素中无定形区的水分散失并且相邻的纤维素分子链互相靠拢,从而使其排列得更加紧密,并形成了新的氢键结合,使得纤维素分子的结晶度增加,有效延缓木板老化变白,而且使得木板吸水性、吸湿性显著降低,尺寸稳定性提高,有效增强木板的抗弯强度和顺纹抗压强度,有效保留杨树的自然纹理和材色。

实施例1
本发明实施例中,一种提高杨树木板抗老化性能的处理方法,具体方法如下:
(1)杨树木材的选择、切割整形及预处理
选择无虫眼的杨树木材,切割成厚度为1.7cm的木板,投入盛有熬煮液的熬煮锅中大火熬煮14min,文火熬煮23min,取出,盖上塑料薄膜,在温度为26℃的条件下发酵36h,取出,在温度为39℃、相对湿度为19%的条件下风干至水分含量为22%,得预处理杨树木板;
所述的熬煮液,按以下步骤进行制备:将6.6重量份的百脉根、4.7重量份的抱树莲、7.3重量份的苍耳子、9.6重量份的宽筋藤、8.5重量份的零陵香和9.2重量份的龙须藤粉碎至60目,投入180重量份的水中大火煮沸,文火熬煮35min,过160目滤布,取滤液,得熬煮液;
(2)超声波处理及浸泡处理

所述的涂抹剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:复硝酚钠1.5份、硫酸氢钠6.7份、硝酸银8.7份、2-氨基苯酚2.2份、三乙醇胺14份、苯并三氮唑8.1份、茶籽油13份、水115份。

使用涂抹剂在一次处理杨树木板表面进行均匀涂抹,置入压力为2.2~2.3MPa的条件下恒压处理8~9min,以0.25~0.27MPa/min的升压速率升压至压力为3.8~3.9MPa恒压处理14~15min,取出,在温度为29~30℃、相对湿度为24%~25%的条件下风干至水分含量为13%~14%;所述的涂抹剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:复硝酚钠1.5~1.7份、硫酸氢钠6.7~6.9份、硝酸银8.7~8.9份、2-氨基苯酚2.2~2.4份、三乙醇胺14~15份、苯并三氮唑8.1~8.3份、茶籽油13~14份、水115~120份。
