Abstract
本发明涉及一种三明治结构的合成石墨散热片,包括双面胶片、合成石墨片和电绝缘薄膜,合成石墨片设置于双面胶片和电绝缘薄膜之间、并通过双面胶片和电绝缘薄膜包裹密封。本发明通过将石墨散热片制成三明治结构,很好的解决了合成石墨片在使用过程中石墨容易发生破碎掉落的问题,从而减少了电子产品的安全隐患,也赋予了合成石墨片很好的成型性,提高了石墨散热片的使用范围。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于石墨散热的技术领域,特别是涉及一种三明治结构的合成石墨散热片。
背景技术
随着科技的不断创新与发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,各类电子产品也飞速发展。随着功能的增多,电子产品的耗功也随之增加,PC机、手机等的芯片CPU的温度也随运算速度的成倍增加而大幅上升。众所周知,电子元件的工作温度直接决定其使用寿命和稳定性,要让手机等各部件的工作温度保持在合理的范围内,强化散热问题不容回避。散热片是目前最为有效的散热方式,随着市场对于散热片的大量需求,各类散热片相继出现。石墨散热片也称导热石墨片,是一种导热散热材料,具有独特的晶粒取向,沿两个方向均匀导热,片层状结构可很好地适应任何表面,屏蔽热源与组件的同时改进消费类电子产品的性能。之所以能够设计成石墨散热片,是利用了石墨的可塑性,把石墨材料做成一块像贴纸的薄片,让它贴附在手机内部的电路板上面,既可以阻隔原件之间的接触,也可以起到一定的抗震作用。
但是,目前市售的各种超薄、柔性石墨散热片,由于超薄和其柔韧性,导致成型加工困难,且存在石墨掉碎屑的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种三明治结构的合成石墨散热片,解决合成石墨在使用过程中易破碎掉屑产生隐患的问题和成型性的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是提供一种三明治结构的合成石墨散热片,包括双面胶片、合成石墨片和电绝缘薄膜,所述合成石墨片设置于双面胶片和电绝缘薄膜之间、并通过双面胶片和电绝缘薄膜包裹密封。
作为本发明一种优选的实施方式,所述合成石墨片的侧面边缘通过电绝缘薄膜包裹。
作为本发明另一种优选的实施方式,所述双面胶片采用丙烯酸制成。
作为本发明另一种优选的实施方式,所述合成石墨片采用人工合成石墨制成。
作为本发明另一种优选的实施方式,所述电绝缘薄膜采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成。有益效果
本发明通过将石墨散热片制成三明治结构,合成石墨片由双面胶片和电绝缘薄膜包裹密封,很好的解决了石墨片在使用过程中容易破碎掉落的问题,从而减少了电子产品的安全隐患,也赋予了石墨片很好的成型性,提高了石墨散热片的使用范围。

具体实施方式

如图1所示的一种三明治结构的合成石墨散热片,包括双面胶片1、合成石墨片2和电绝缘薄膜3。
合成石墨片2设置于双面胶片1和电绝缘薄膜3之间,并通过双面胶片1和电绝缘薄膜3包裹密封,合成石墨片2的侧面边缘通过电绝缘薄膜3包裹。双面胶片1采用丙烯酸制成,能够牢固地将石墨粘住。合成石墨片2采用人工合成石墨,人工石墨片能做到比天然石墨片更薄,而且导热系数也比天然石墨片更高。电绝缘薄膜3采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成,能很好隔绝电流,对合成石墨片2起到很好地保护作用。
通过将石墨散热片制成三明治结构,很好的解决了合成石墨片2在使用过程中石墨容易发生破碎掉落的问题,从而减少了电子产品的安全隐患,也赋予了合成石墨片2很好的成型性,提高了石墨散热片的使用范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种三明治结构的合成石墨散热片,包括双面胶片(1)、合成石墨片(2)和电绝缘薄膜(3),其特征在于:所述合成石墨片(2)设置于双面胶片(1)和电绝缘薄膜(3)之间、并通过双面胶片(1)和电绝缘薄膜(3)包裹密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三明治结构的合成石墨散热片,其特征在于:所述合成石墨片(2)的侧面边缘通过电绝缘薄膜(3)包裹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种三明治结构的合成石墨散热片,其特征在于:所述双面胶片(1)采用丙烯酸制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种三明治结构的合成石墨散热片,其特征在于:所述合成石墨片(2)采用人工合成石墨制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种三明治结构的合成石墨散热片,其特征在于:所述电绝缘薄膜(3)采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成。
