Abstract
本发明公开了一种港口用耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐寒、防水拖链控制软电缆,包括控制线芯,七根控制线芯绞合成缆芯;控制线芯由导体外设置绝缘层构成;所述的导体为镀锡铜线;缆芯外绕包阻水带;阻水带外编织镀锡铜丝编织层;镀锡铜丝编织层外挤包内护套;内护套外编织钢丝加强层;钢丝加强层外挤包内护套。本发明电缆具有高强度、耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐寒、防水、抗干扰等特性以适应不同的工作环境,而且具备优异的弯曲、拖拉、挤压和摩擦性能的起重运输机械专用拖链控制软电缆。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种港口用耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐寒、防水拖链控制软电缆,属于电缆电缆领域。
背景技术
在航运领域货物的装卸是一个重要的环节,过去我们采用人工装卸效率非常低,而现在我们已普遍使用起重运输设备来装卸。由于起重运输设备在装卸和运输过程中是在轨道上来回移动而不是静止不动的,起重运输设备和电源控制柜很远,需要用很长的电缆来连接,各种动力线和控制线繁多,将这些电缆放入拖链中将拖链一头固定在起重运输设备上另一头固定在控制柜上。在起重运输设备来回移动时,拖链随起重运输设备一起移动,电缆在拖链内受到弯曲、拖拉、挤压和摩擦以及产生强大的干扰信号,同时港口码头的昼夜温差比较大电缆还受到润滑油和海水的腐蚀,因此电缆护套很容易损伤导致电缆短路和线芯断裂。这样就要求一方面起重运输设备应具备对电缆弯曲、拖拉、挤压和摩擦有保护功能和防寒耐腐蚀功能,而起重运输设备在工作条件下,这显然是很难做到的,另一方面必须考虑电缆本身具有一定的抗弯曲、拖拉和挤压功能和防寒耐腐蚀功能,即在一定温度下电缆受到连续的弯曲、拖拉、挤压和摩擦时电缆仍然能够保持正常运行电缆你发生短路和短路、绝缘和护套材也不发生开裂,还要求电缆具有高强度、耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐寒、防水等性能,迄今为止还没有一种具有以上性能的起重运输设备专用拖链控制软电缆。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种高强度、耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐寒、防水、抗干扰等特性以适应不同的工作环境,而且具备优异的弯曲、拖拉、挤压和摩擦性能的起重运输机械专用拖链控制软电缆。
本发明的方案如下:港口用耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐寒、防水拖链控制软电缆,包括控制线芯,其特征在于,七根控制线芯绞合成缆芯;
所述的控制线芯由导体外设置绝缘层构成;所述的导体为镀锡铜线;
所述缆芯外绕包阻水带;
所述的阻水带外编织镀锡铜丝编织层;
所述的镀锡铜丝编织层外挤包内护套;
所述的内护套外编织钢丝加强层;
所述的钢丝加强层外挤包外护套。
进一步,所述的导体为第六类软铜导体,采用多股镀锡圆铜线同芯式正规绞合而成。
进一步,所述的绝缘层是以具有高抗撕和优良电性能的三元乙丙胶材料挤包而成。
进一步,所述的阻水带与缆芯间填充阻水膨胀膏。
进一步,所述的内护套采用以三元乙丙胶为基料的橡皮。
进一步,所述的外护套是以高强度、耐磨、耐寒、耐腐蚀、阻水的氯丁胶材料制成。
本发明电缆的导体为第六类软铜导体,采用多股镀锡圆铜线同芯式正规绞合,提高了电缆的柔软性和延展性,所以电缆的弯曲、拖拉和挤压性能好、有益于电缆在移动场合使用,导体不会被拉断和弯断,延长了电缆的使用寿命。
本发明中的绝缘层是以具有高抗撕和优良电性能的三元乙丙胶材料挤包而成,也就增大了控制线芯的机械性能,这样就提高了电缆的安全性能。
本发明成缆时采用了阻水膨胀膏填充和阻水绕包带绕包提高了电缆的阻水和非吸湿性功能,在缆芯外采用了镀锡铜丝编织提高了电缆的抗干扰能力。
本发明内护套采用以三元乙丙胶为基料的橡皮增强了电缆的电气性能,外护套是以高强度、耐磨、耐寒、耐腐蚀、阻水的氯丁胶材料制成,所以机械强度高。内外护套中间设有钢丝编织加强层,一方面加强钢丝增强了电缆的抗弯曲、拖拉和挤压能力,另一方面也提高了电缆的抗扭曲性能。
本发明有良好的机械性能、以及、耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐寒、防水性能等,特别适于港口、码头起重设备使用。
本发明外护套外贴覆反光膜/荧光膜,在黑夜检修时,可首先发现电缆,提高检修效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
一种港口用耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐寒、防水拖链控制软电缆,包括控制线芯,其七根控制线芯绞合成缆芯;控制线芯由导体1外设置绝缘层2构成;导体1为镀锡铜线;缆芯外绕包阻水带4;阻水带4外编织镀锡铜丝编织层5;镀锡铜丝编织层5外挤包内护套6;内护套6外编织钢丝加强层7;钢丝加强层7外挤包外护套8。
本发明控制线芯导体采用多股细镀锡铜线同芯式正规绞合,节距要控制在一定的范围内,电缆在弯曲、拖拉、挤压时,由于电缆的柔软性和延展性好,导体受力很小也有效地避免了控制线芯导体被拉断和弯断。控制线芯绝缘采用以三元乙丙胶为基料的橡皮。电缆内护套采用以三元乙丙胶为基料的橡皮、编织钢丝加强保护层,电缆外护套采用以氯丁胶为基料的高强度、耐磨、耐寒、耐腐蚀、阻水橡皮。外护套表面贴覆反光膜/荧光膜,反光膜/荧光膜可以间段贴覆,而不必包裹外护套,以减少成本。
尽管上文对本发明的具体实施方式给予了详细描述和说明,但是应该指明的是,我们可以依据本发明的构想对上述实施方式进行各种等效改变和修改,其所产生的功能作用仍未超出说明书所涵盖的精神时,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.港口用耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐寒、防水拖链控制软电缆,包括控制线芯,其特征在于,七根控制线芯绞合成缆芯;
所述的控制线芯由导体外设置绝缘层构成;所述的导体为镀锡铜线;
所述缆芯外绕包阻水带;
所述的阻水带外编织镀锡铜丝编织层;
所述的镀锡铜丝编织层外挤包内护套;
所述的内护套外编织钢丝加强层;
所述的钢丝加强层外挤包外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的港口用耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐寒、防水拖链控制软电缆,其特征在于,所述的导体为第六类软铜导体,采用多股镀锡圆铜线同芯式正规绞合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的港口用耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐寒、防水拖链控制软电缆,其特征在于,所述的绝缘层是以具有高抗撕和优良电性能的三元乙丙胶材料挤包而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的港口用耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐寒、防水拖链控制软电缆,其特征在于,所述的阻水带与缆芯间填充阻水膨胀膏。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种港口用耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐寒、防水拖链控制软电缆,其特征在于,所述的内护套采用以三元乙丙胶为基料的橡皮。
6.根据权利要求1所述的港口用耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐寒、防水拖链控制软电缆,其特征在于,所述的外护套是以高强度、耐磨、耐寒、耐腐蚀、阻水的氯丁胶材料制成。
