Abstract
本发明涉及水下防腐技术领域,具体属于一种新型水下防腐材料,所述的新型水下防腐材料由组分A和组分B组成按照重量比1:1组成;所述的组分A由双酚A环氧、白炭黑、助剂、表面未处理钛白、纤维状滑石粉、卞醇、溶剂和纳米钛合金粉组成;所述的组分B由碳氢增塑剂、脂肪胺、聚醚胺、纤维状滑石粉、固化剂、卞醇、溶剂和渗锈助剂组成。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,由组分A和组分B组成,在水下不流淌,不分散,能够使用常规的涂装手段,并且具有良好的涂装性能,同时不含挥发性溶剂,能在常温水下条件实现完全固化,固化后的附着力、抗磨性能、柔韧性以及防腐性能其它力学性能与干燥条件下相接近,满足重防腐涂料的性能指标。

技术领域
本发明涉及水下防腐技术领域,具体属于一种新型水下防腐材料。
背景技术
水利水电钢结构水下部分锈蚀是一种普遍存在的现象,对于水利水电建筑物的结构形成很大的危害;对于水工建筑物钢结构的防腐处理材料和方法有很多,但是一般均在干燥环境下使用。但水电站的钢结构建筑物有很多在水下,甚至无法提出水面进行防腐处理,特别是闸门槽等金属结构物;以往对于此类问题的处理由于没有很好的水下材料和工艺,常常通过放空水库降低水位或者采取建造围堰的方法形成旱地施工条件,但由此带来的经济损失是相当大的,而且有些水工建筑物由于运行条件限制无法放空。因此需要研发出一种可以水下作业的固化材料和防腐涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种新型水下防腐材料,克服了现有技术的不足,由组分A和组分B组成,在水下不流淌,不分散,能够使用常规的涂装手段,并且具有良好的涂装性能,同时不含挥发性溶剂,能在常温水下条件实现完全固化,固化后的附着力、抗磨性能、柔韧性以及防腐性能其它力学性能与干燥条件下相接近,满足重防腐涂料的性能指标。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种新型水下防腐材料,所述的新型水下防腐材料由组分A和组分B组成按照重量比1:1组成;所述的组分A由双酚A环氧、白炭黑、助剂、表面未处理钛白、纤维状滑石粉、卞醇、溶剂和纳米钛合金粉按照重量比30~35:0.5~1:0.4~0.7:3~5:15~20:1.5~3:8~10:5~8组成;所述的组分B由碳氢增塑剂、脂肪胺、聚醚胺、纤维状滑石粉、固化剂、卞醇、溶剂和渗锈助剂按照重量比10~15:3~5:15~25:20~25:20~25:4~5:10~20:2~3组成;所述的固化剂由壬基酚和多聚甲醛组成。
进一步,所述的组分A由双酚A环氧、白炭黑、助剂、表面未处理钛白、纤维状滑石粉、卞醇、溶剂和纳米钛合金粉按照重量比32:0.7:0.5:4:17.5:2.3:9:6.5组成。
进一步,所述的组分B由碳氢增塑剂、脂肪胺、聚醚胺、纤维状滑石粉、卞醇、溶剂和渗锈助剂按照重量比12:4:19:23:22.5:4.5:16:2.6组成。
进一步,所述的壬基酚和多聚甲醛重量比为18:4.8组成。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
本发明所述新型水下防腐材料由由组分A和组分B组成,在水下不流淌,不分散,能够使用常规的涂装手段,并且具有良好的涂装性能,同时不含挥发性溶剂,能在常温水下条件实现完全固化,固化后的附着力、抗磨性能、柔韧性以及防腐性能其它力学性能与干燥条件下相接近,满足重防腐涂料的性能指标。

实施例一
本发明所述的一种新型水下防腐材料,所述的新型水下防腐材料由组分A和组分B组成按照重量比1:1组成;所述的组分A由双酚A环氧、白炭黑、助剂、表面未处理钛白、纤维状滑石粉、卞醇、溶剂和纳米钛合金粉按照重量比30~35:0.5~1:0.4~0.7:3~5:15~20:1.5~3:8~10:5~8组成;所述的组分B由碳氢增塑剂、脂肪胺、聚醚胺、纤维状滑石粉、固化剂、卞醇、溶剂和渗锈助剂按照重量比10~15:3~5:15~25:20~25:20~25:4~5:10~20:2~3组成;所述的固化剂由壬基酚和多聚甲醛按照重量比18:4.8组成。
实施例二

本发明所述的一种新型水下防腐材料,所述的新型水下防腐材料由组分A和组分B组成按照重量比1:1组成;所述的组分A由双酚A环氧、白炭黑、助剂、表面未处理钛白、纤维状滑石粉、卞醇、溶剂和纳米钛合金粉按照重量比35:1:0.7:5:20:3:10:8组成;所述的组分B由碳氢增塑剂、脂肪胺、聚醚胺、纤维状滑石粉、固化剂、卞醇、溶剂和渗锈助剂按照重量比15:5:25:25:25:5:20:3组成;所述的固化剂由壬基酚和多聚甲醛按照重量比18:4.8组成。

1.一种新型水下防腐材料,其特征在于,所述的新型水下防腐材料由组分A和组分B组成按照重量比1:1组成;
所述的组分A由双酚A环氧、白炭黑、助剂、表面未处理钛白、纤维状滑石粉、卞醇、溶剂和纳米钛合金粉按照重量比30~35:0.5~1:0.4~0.7:3~5:15~20:1.5~3:8~10:5~8组成;
所述的组分B由碳氢增塑剂、脂肪胺、聚醚胺、纤维状滑石粉、固化剂、卞醇、溶剂和渗锈助剂按照重量比10~15:3~5:15~25:20~25:20~25:4~5:10~20:2~3组成;
所述的固化剂由壬基酚和多聚甲醛组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型水下防腐材料,其特征在于:所述的组分A由双酚A环氧、白炭黑、助剂、表面未处理钛白、纤维状滑石粉、卞醇、溶剂和纳米钛合金粉按照重量比32:0.7:0.5:4:17.5:2.3:9:6.5组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型水下防腐材料,其特征在于:所述的组分B由碳氢增塑剂、脂肪胺、聚醚胺、纤维状滑石粉、卞醇、溶剂和渗锈助剂按照重量比12:4:19:23:22.5:4.5:16:2.6组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型水下防腐材料,其特征在于:所述的壬基酚和多聚甲醛重量比为18:4.8组成。
