Abstract

本发明公开了一种铝版基封孔处理液,包括氟化物和水溶性高分子树脂,所述氟化物在处理液中的浓度为0.01‑3%,所述水溶性高分子树脂在处理液中的重量添加量为0.01‑5%。本发明还公开一种高亲水铝版基的制备方法,将用于印刷制版的铝版基经过除油、砂目粗化和表面氧化处理;在5‑50℃的温度下,将上述处理过的铝版基放入铝版基封孔处理液中,接触30秒后,用水冲洗,即得到高亲水的铝版基。本发明的铝版基处理液中所需活性物质含量低,可以减少废水中化学物质含量,同时低温度可以处理,降低处理所需耗能。因此本发明对环境友好,并降低了耗能及成本。

Description

一种铝版基封孔处理液及高亲水铝版基的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于铝版基印刷版材技术领域,具体涉及一种铝版基封孔处理液及高亲水铝版基的制备方法。
背景技术
印刷行业中,以铝版为基材,制成表面上涂有感光层的版材,一般版材表面具有亲水特性,在曝光、显影后,无印刷文字、图形位置、感光胶被显影去除,有文字或图形部分,感光胶残留在表面,一般感光层有亲油特性,与印刷油墨亲和,无感光胶部分亲水,不与印刷油墨亲和,这样就可以转印图形到纸张或被印刷物的表面形成图形或文字。
铝版基印刷版材生产工艺大致如下,压延成形的铝薄片基板需除油,表面粗化,表面氧化,表面亲水性处理(通常叫封孔处理),感光胶涂布,烘烤,剪裁成使用尺寸。
然而,目前,封孔处理方式一般分为三种,分别为:(1)采用亲水材料涂布;(2)采用具有磷酸侧链的聚乙烯高分子(PVPA)处理;(3)采用含氟离子及磷酸盐的水溶液(以下称PF)处理。其中采用PVPA及PF处理的方法较为常用。然而这三种方法都存在一定缺陷,方法(1)需要用涂布设备来完成,不好控制;方法(2)的封孔效果好,然而其处理过程需50-60℃的高温,耗能大,成本高;方法(3)的封孔效果适中,并且,使用高浓度含氟离子材料,需废水处理,处理过程需40-50℃的高温,耗能大。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种铝版基封孔处理液及高亲水铝版基的制备方法,能够解决铝版基封孔处理时能耗较大及含高浓度氟离子废水处理的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种铝版基封孔处理液,包括氟化物和水溶性高分子树脂,所述氟化物在处理液中的浓度为0.01-3%,所述水溶性高分子树脂在处理液中的重量添加量为0.01-5%。
优选地,所述氟化物在处理液中的最佳浓度为0.05-1%。
优选地,所述水溶性高分子树脂在处理材料中的最佳重量添加量为0.02-0.5%。
进一步地,所述氟化物为氟化钠、氟化胺等无机氟化物盐中的一种,优选地,最佳选择氟化物为氟化钠
进一步地,所述水溶性高分子树脂为聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸聚合物和含有丙烯酸共聚物的聚合物中的一种,优选地,最佳水溶性高分子树脂为具有羧基的聚丙烯酸树脂及其盐类,及聚乙烯基磷酸高分子。
进一步地,所述水溶性高分子树脂的侧链上含有羧酸基团、羟基或磷酸基团。
一种高亲水铝版基的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将用于印刷制版的铝版基经过除油、砂目粗化和表面氧化处理;
(2)在5-50℃的温度下,将步骤(1)中处理过的铝版基放入所述铝版基封孔处理液中,接触30秒后,用水冲洗,即得到高亲水的铝版基。
本发明的有益效果:
通过多次的实验尝试,本发明得到了一种可以在常温条件下,采用低化学品浓度的水溶性高分子树脂加氟离子的封孔处理方式。本发明得到的高亲水铝版基的亲水效果好,使用材料浓度为现有技术的十分之一左右,降低了氟离子的浓度,从而减少了对环境的污染。
具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明,但本发明包括但不限于该实施例。
实施例1:铝版基封孔处理液包括浓度为0.1%的氟化钠和重量占0.03%的具有磷酸侧链的聚乙烯高分子(PVPA)水溶液;
实施例2:铝版基封孔处理液包括浓度为0.15%的氟化胺和重量占0.02%的聚丙烯酸高分子水溶液;
一种高亲水铝版基的制备方法包括以下步骤,首先将高亲水铝版基经过除油、砂目粗化和表面氧化处理,然后在25℃的温度下,将上述处理过的铝版基与实施例1或实施例2的封孔处理液,接触30秒后,用水冲洗后,即得到高亲水的铝版基。
对比例1:单独使用PVPA进行封孔处理,需要0.1-0.3%的高浓度和50℃以上的处理温度才可得到等同效果。
对比例2:由已知的无机含氟化物处理产品PF,需要相当于氟化物1%以上的重量,且需加热处理才能得到同样的效果。
另外,使用本发明得到的铝版基,在PS版显影液中处理1分钟后,用水冲洗后,表面仍然具有亲水性,以上证明本发明的包含氟化物和水溶性高分子树脂的处理液的亲水效果明显,处理温度低,且可以在碱性显影液中处理后仍然保留亲水特性。处理液中所需活性物质含量低,可以减少废水中化学物质含量,同时低温度可以处理,降低处理所需耗能。对环境友好,并降低耗能及成本。

Claims (7)

1.一种铝版基封孔处理液,其特征在于,包括氟化物和水溶性高分子树脂,所述氟化物在处理液中的浓度为0.01-3%,所述水溶性高分子树脂在处理液中的重量添加量为0.01-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝版基封孔处理液,其特征在于,所述氟化物在处理液中的浓度为0.05-1%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝版基封孔处理材料,其特征在于,所述水溶性高分子树脂在处理材料中的重量添加量为0.02-0.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝版基封孔处理液,其特征在于,所述氟化物为氟化钠、氟化胺等无机氟化物盐中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝版基封孔处理液,其特征在于,所述水溶性高分子树脂为聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸聚合物和含有丙烯酸共聚物的聚合物中的一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种铝版基封孔处理液,其特征在于,所述水溶性高分子树脂的侧链上含有羧酸基团、羟基或磷酸基团。
7.一种高亲水铝版基的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将用于印刷制版的铝版基经过除油、砂目粗化和表面氧化处理;
(2)在5-50℃的温度下,将步骤(1)中处理过的铝版基放入所述铝版基封孔处理液中,接触30秒后,用水冲洗,即得到高亲水的铝版基。
