本发明公开了一种抗静电PP塑料,包括下述重量份原料:PP树脂80份;三元乙丙橡胶5‑15份;纳米碳酸钙5‑15份;切短玻纤10‑15份;KH‑550硅烷偶联剂0.1‑0.3份;烷基叔胺硫酸酯盐0.5‑1.5份;非离子表面活性剂0.2‑0.6份;阴离子表面活性剂0.2‑0.6份。本发明的抗静电PP塑料的抗静电性较优异,表面不易吸附灰尘,同时拉升强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量和冲击强度均较高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗静电PP塑料,属于高分子材料技术领域。
背景技术
聚丙烯具有良好的耐热性,制品能在100℃以上温度进行消毒灭菌,在不受外力的条件下,150℃也不变形。聚丙烯的化学稳定性很好,除能被浓硫酸、浓硝酸侵蚀外,对其它各种化学试剂都比较稳定,聚丙烯适合制作各种化工管道和配件,防腐蚀效果良好。聚丙烯有较高的介电系数,且随温度的上升,可以用来制作受热的电器绝缘制品。它的击穿电压也很高,适合用作电器配件等。抗电压、耐电弧性好。但是通常PP塑料的抗静电效果并不理想。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明提供一种抗静电PP塑料。
本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种抗静电PP塑料,包括下述重量份原料:PP树脂80份;三元乙丙橡胶5-15份;纳米碳酸钙5-15份;切短玻纤10-15份;KH-550硅烷偶联剂0.1-0.3份;烷基叔胺硫酸酯盐0.5-1.5份;非离子表面活性剂0.2-0.6份;阴离子表面活性剂0.2-0.6份。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的抗静电PP塑料的抗静电性较优异,表面不易吸附灰尘,同时拉升强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量和冲击强度均较高。
