本发明公开了一种果蔬保鲜箱,以瓦楞纸板为基材,包含箱体,所述箱体顶部设置提手,所述箱体一侧设置开窗,所述箱体内部中空形成一个腔室,所述腔室由隔板隔成多个空间,所述隔板带有凹槽,所述隔板下表面粘附一层横截面为波浪形的纸板,所述纸板的缝隙内放置固体果蔬保鲜剂。本发明的优点:果蔬贮藏期长、保鲜效果佳,而且结构简单、制造成本低,方便回收利用,环保卫生。

一种果蔬保鲜箱
技术领域
本发明涉及果蔬保鲜技术领域,特别涉及一种果蔬保鲜箱。
背景技术
果蔬为我们提供维生素、矿物质、膳食纤维和活性物质。这些都是维持人体健康最主要的物质,活性物质更是水果蔬菜中特有的精华成分。但因其含水量高,果品实体柔嫩,采收后易出现老熟、软化、腐烂、自溶及运输过程极易造成的机械损伤,导致品质下降并且在贮藏过程中,本身会放出乙烯或碳酸,会引起果蔬生理变化,致使果蔬提早成熟、老化以至于腐烂变质。
目前常见的保鲜技术有:微波保鲜、可食用的水果保鲜剂、新型薄膜保鲜、陶瓷保鲜袋、微生物保鲜法、烃类混合物保鲜法等。目前,较常用的是聚氯乙烯保鲜膜和聚乙烯保鲜膜,但保鲜膜通气性差、透水性差,易在膜壁凝水,保鲜期短、保鲜效果不佳,水果蔬菜易腐烂变质。在中国专利申请CN201597885U中公开了一种果蔬保鲜箱,利用冰块为果蔬保鲜,但这种方法在温度较高的夏季,由于冰块融化速度较快会影响其保鲜效果,不适合外出或远途携带。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种果蔬保鲜箱,目的在于既为水果、蔬菜提供长期有效的保鲜,延长其贮藏期,又适合外出或远途携带,降低制造成本,环境友好。
具体技术方案如下:
一种果蔬保鲜箱,以瓦楞纸板为基材,包括箱体,所述箱体顶部设置提手,所述箱体一侧设置开窗,所述箱体内部中空形成一个腔室,所述腔室由隔板隔成多个空间,所述隔板带有凹槽,所述隔板下表面粘附一层横截面为波浪形的纸板,所述纸板的缝隙内放置固体果蔬保鲜剂。
所述箱体内壁及所述隔板下表面设置果蔬保鲜剂层。
所述隔板上设置袋装果蔬保鲜剂和袋装高效保冷剂。
所述开窗为单开或双开方式。
所述箱体为内外两层结构,两层间进行覆膜处理。
所述瓦楞纸板为A型楞、B型楞、C型楞、E型楞中的一种或几种;原纸层数为单层瓦楞纸板、双层瓦楞纸板、三层瓦楞纸板中的一种;瓦楞纸楞高范围为1.1~5mm,楞数30~100个/300mm。
所述箱体外表面进行图文印刷,增强美观性。
本方法的优点是:
1、设计带有凹槽的隔板,方便果蔬分类放置,果蔬在保鲜箱内稳定不易晃动,避免互相磕碰。
2、隔板下表面粘附波浪形纸板,固体果蔬保鲜剂材料放置在波浪形纸板缝隙内,既能避免果蔬保鲜剂与果蔬直接接触,又不影响果蔬保鲜剂透过缝隙发挥其保鲜作用。隔板可拆卸安装,可根据果蔬大小灵活调整腔室格局。
3、采用双层结构,两层间进行覆膜处理。这种双层结构更加耐用,为果蔬提供了一个独立的空间,也起到了气调作用,抑制了果蔬的呼吸和水分蒸腾,阻止了微生物滋生;另一方面可食性覆膜中通常含有迷迭香提取物成分,具有抗氧化、抑制自由基的作用,减少了自由基对果蔬细胞膜的损伤,从而延缓了细胞衰老和果实软化。
4、保鲜剂使用形式多样,也可以定期将保鲜气雾剂喷洒在箱内及果蔬表面,也可将果蔬保鲜剂、高效保冷剂包装成小袋放于保鲜箱内。小袋包装便于回收循环利用,保鲜箱内的果蔬保鲜剂可定期在阳光下曝晒后循环使用,高效保冷剂也可放在冰箱制冷后循环使用。
5、保鲜箱基材为瓦楞纸板,替代传统塑料包装,更环保更健康,实现环境友好理念。
6、提手通过瓦楞纸折叠,扩大接触面积两倍以增强提手的结构承重,缓解提箱时手部压力,方便使用和携带。

具体实施方式
一种果蔬保鲜箱,以瓦楞纸板为基材,包括箱体,所述箱体顶部设置提手2,所述箱体一侧设置开窗1,所述箱体内部中空形成一个腔室,所述腔室由隔板3隔成多个空间,所述隔板3带有凹槽6,所述隔板3下表面粘附一层横截面为波浪形的纸板7,所述纸板7的缝隙内放置固体果蔬保鲜剂8。
所述箱体内壁及所述隔板3下表面设置果蔬保鲜剂层。
所述隔板上设置袋装果蔬保鲜剂4和袋装高效保冷剂5。
所述开窗1为单开或双开方式。
所述箱体为内外两层结构,两层间进行覆膜处理。
所述瓦楞纸板为A型楞、B型楞、C型楞、E型楞中的一种或几种;原纸层数为单层瓦楞纸板、双层瓦楞纸板、三层瓦楞纸板中的一种;瓦楞纸楞高范围为1.1~5mm,楞数30~100个/300mm。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明,但本发明的保护范围不受实施例所限。本实施例中采用的果蔬保鲜剂为多孔型壳聚糖保鲜剂,以硫化碱生产废弃物以及膨润土、硅藻土、碳球、填充料为基料,配合酸溶壳聚糖和活性物质及联结助剂组成,其具体组成重量份如下:
硫化碱废料:2.0—10.0,
膨润土:5.0—20.0,
硅藻土:5.0—20.0,
微米级碳球:2.0—40.0,
填充料:2.0—15.0,
酸溶壳聚糖:0.1—3.0,
活性物质:0.5—5.0,
联结助剂:0.5—5.0,
超纯水:20.0—40.0。
所述硫化碱废料是硫化碱生产烧制分离硫化碱后的废弃物。
所述膨润土粒度为200目。
所述活性物质为试剂级硫酸铈铵、二氧化钛及其它过渡金属盐其中任意一种或几种。
所述联结助剂为环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂或有机硅树脂。
所述填充料为轻质碳酸钙、氯化钙或或超细粉煤灰中一种或几种。
所述微米级碳球的制备方法是:
首先将海藻酸钠前驱体与纳米碳酸钙分散于水中并超声混合均匀;然后将其滴入氯化钙溶液中交联固化,制得海藻酸钠-纳米碳酸钙复合水凝胶;然后利用溶剂置换后,进行冷冻干燥制备海藻酸钠-碳酸钙复合气凝胶并进行碳化,制得碳基复合气凝胶;借助酸洗处理过程去除钙质成分制得微米级碳球。
所述酸溶壳聚糖由脱乙酰度≥98%的壳聚糖溶解于醋酸溶液组成,酸溶壳聚糖与醋酸溶液的重量比为1:2。
其制备工艺步骤为:
(1)分别按比例称量硫化碱废料、膨润土、硅藻土、微米级碳球、活性物质、酸溶壳聚糖、填充料和活性物质,置于球磨机中研磨,筛分至200目以下;
(2)再按比例称取联结助剂、超纯水,在室温条件下,将二者混合,充分搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)筛分200目以下成分与步骤(2)混合并搅拌均匀,经挤出机挤出成型,100℃干燥24小时后,切成3-4mm长度颗粒既得多孔型壳聚糖催熟剂吸附剂。
实施例1
选取E型瓦楞纸为基材,楞高2.0mm,楞数100个/300mm,设计双层结构,采用覆膜技术将两层结构及盒身进行粘合,盒底、顶部及隔板层按压痕线进行简单折叠、插接即可形成保鲜箱,并在其中间设有隔板层,开窗设计成双开式。内部隔板下表面波浪形纸板缝隙内放有固体果蔬保鲜剂,每平方米净含量为8g,在低温贮藏条件对果蔬进行保鲜,也可单独采用在常温条件对某种果品进行贮藏保鲜。
实施例2
其他结构与实施例1相同,开窗设计成单开式结构,承重10㎏,将果蔬放入该果蔬保鲜箱后密封,进行贮藏保鲜。
实施例3
用聚乙烯袋保鲜和本发明果蔬保鲜箱作对比实验,在同一条件(3℃-8℃)下低温贮藏保鲜韭菜、樱桃、鲜枣、杏鲍菇、葡萄、鲜松茸菇,结果如下:
实施例4
将两组韭菜、樱桃、鲜枣、杏鲍菇、葡萄、鲜松茸菇在保鲜液中分别浸泡1min,取出后置通风处晾干,分别置于聚乙烯袋和果蔬保鲜箱中于3℃-8℃保存的效果对比,结果如下:

1.一种果蔬保鲜箱,其特征在于:以瓦楞纸板为基材,包括箱体,所述箱体顶部设置提手,所述箱体一侧设置开窗,所述箱体内部中空形成一个腔室,所述腔室由隔板隔成多个空间,所述隔板带有凹槽,所述隔板下表面粘附一层横截面为波浪形的纸板,所述纸板的缝隙内放置固体果蔬保鲜剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述果蔬保鲜箱,其特征在于:所述箱体内壁及所述隔板下表面设置果蔬保鲜剂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述果蔬保鲜箱,其特征在于:所述隔板上设置袋装果蔬保鲜剂和袋装高效保冷剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述果蔬保鲜箱,其特征在于:所述开窗为单开或双开方式。
5.根据权利要求1所述果蔬保鲜箱,其特征在于:所述箱体为内外两层结构,两层间进行覆膜处理。
