本发明公开了一种智慧能源动车组用高耐油耐高温电缆及生产工艺,电缆由内到外依次为导体、低烟无卤阻燃带、绝缘层、纤维编织加强层、护套、玻璃纤维编织层和涂覆层;所述绝缘层为EI112型硅橡胶绝缘;所述护套为EM107型硅橡胶护套;所述涂覆层为耐高温超过200℃的硅胶涂覆层。本发明的电缆在绝缘层和护套层之间增加纤维编织加强层,聚酰胺纤维纤维编织加强层有效的减小了绝缘浸油后的溶胀,在护套外增加玻璃纤维编织层,有效的减小了护套浸油后的溶胀,解决了硅橡胶材料耐油性能差的难题。

技术领域
本发明涉及机车电缆领域,特指一种智慧能源动车组用高耐油耐高温电缆及生产工艺。
背景技术
动车组列车内电缆的运行和敷设环境复杂,尤其是时速达到350km的高速动车组在运行中由于机车功率大,高速运行时间长,导致局部温度急剧升高,最高可达150℃。因此普通的交联聚烯烃材料的机车电缆无法满足运行要求,需要采用硅橡胶材料。动车组列车在运行过程的震动或加减速过程均会导致电缆受到拉力或摆动,电缆会不停的拉伸和摩擦,硅橡胶材料会由于拉伸强度和耐磨性能比较差而破损。动车组列车中的润滑油会腐蚀电缆,硅橡胶接触油污腐蚀后会溶胀而导致硅橡胶的拉伸强度、绝缘性能和耐磨性能大幅下降。动车组列车对环保要求非常高,要求电缆具有良好的阻燃性能和透光率,硅橡胶阻燃性能较差,因此需要对现有硅橡胶电缆的进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是提供一种智慧能源动车组用高耐油耐高温电缆。
实现本发明第一个目的的技术方案是一种智慧能源动车组用高耐油耐高温电缆,由内到外依次为导体、低烟无卤阻燃带、绝缘层、纤维编织加强层、护套、玻璃纤维编织层和涂覆层;所述绝缘层为EI112型硅橡胶绝缘;所述护套为EM107型硅橡胶护套;所述涂覆层为耐高温超过200℃的硅胶涂覆层。
所述玻璃纤维编织层采用的玻璃纤维经过硅烷偶联剂KH560处理。
所述涂覆层采用的涂覆用硅胶为液体硅胶,包含A组分、B组分和丙酮,A组分:B组分:丙酮的重量比为10:10:5;所述A组分为按质量份计:苯基硫化硅橡胶100份、补强剂沉淀白炭黑10份、交联剂正硅酸乙酯6份;所述B组分为按质量份计:苯基硫化硅橡胶100份、填料硅藻土12份、催化剂氧化二辛基锡4份。
所述导体为铜导体,截面积为10mm2,导体根数为322根,丝径为0.195mm,绞合节距不超过导体外径的14倍;所述低烟无卤阻燃带的厚度为0.1mm,宽度为12mm,搭盖率为20%~25%;所述绝缘层的厚度为2.6mm;所述纤维编织加强层为24锭聚酰胺纤维编织,每锭7束聚酰胺纤维,每束聚酰胺纤维的外径为0.20mm,编织节距不大于30mm,编织密度不小于95%;所述护套的厚度为1.4mm;所述玻璃纤维编织层为32锭玻璃纤维束编织,每锭9束玻璃纤维,每束玻璃纤维的外径为0.15mm,编织节距不大于38mm,编织密度不小于95%;所述涂覆层的厚度为0.1mm。
实现本发明第二个目的的技术方案是一种智慧能源动车组用高耐油耐高温电缆的生产工艺,包含以下步骤:
步骤一:确定电缆结构;
步骤二:导体采用铜丝绞合,导体根数为322根,丝径为0.195mm,绞合节距不超过导体外径的14倍;
步骤三:导体外绕包一层低烟无卤阻燃带,低烟无卤阻燃带搭盖率为20%~25%;
步骤四:在低烟无卤阻燃带外挤出绝缘层,绝缘层厚度为2.6mm;
步骤五:绝缘层外编织纤维编织加强层,采用每束聚酰胺纤维的外径为0.20mm,锭数为24,每锭共7束,编织节距不大于30mm,编织密度不小于95%;
步骤六:采用挤压式模具在纤维编织加强层外挤包护套,护套厚度为1.4mm;
步骤七:采用硅烷偶联剂KH560处理玻璃纤维,然后在护套外用处理过的玻璃纤维编织玻璃纤维编织层,每束玻璃纤维的外径为0.15mm,锭数为32,每锭共9束,编织节距不大于38mm,编织密度不小于95%。
步骤八:在玻璃纤维编织层外涂覆涂覆层。
所述步骤七中,采用硅烷偶联剂KH560处理玻璃纤维的方法为:在室温下将玻璃纤维硅烷偶联剂KH560中浸泡30min,然后将浸泡后的玻璃纤维放入80℃烘箱中烘干4h后取出。
所述步骤八中,A组分、B组分和丙酮按照10、10和5的重量比例进行混合制成涂覆溶液,玻璃纤维编织层以5m/min的速度从涂覆溶液中穿过,然后进入180℃的管道中交联,管道长45米。
本发明的原理是:聚酰胺纤维具有强度高、耐磨性好、耐疲劳性好和耐腐蚀性好等优点,采用聚酰胺纤维做纤维编织加强层,与硅橡胶护套粘结成一个整体,成为硅橡胶护套的骨架,因此可以有效的提高护套的抗拉性能。聚酰胺编织层设置在绝缘层外可以有效的束缚绝缘耐油后的溶胀,因此可以提高电缆的耐油性能。玻璃纤维是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,优点是绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好、机械强度高和阻燃性能好,玻璃纤维编织层设置在护套外,可以减轻护套的磨损,同时可以拖延燃烧火焰进入电缆内层的时间,可以有效提高电缆的阻燃性能,但是玻璃纤维与硅橡胶的界面结合力比较小,玻璃纤维编织层和硅橡胶护套无法粘结成一个整体而出现松散滑脱,本发明采用采用硅烷偶联剂对玻璃纤维进行处理,在玻璃纤维表面接枝-O-Si-,-O-Si-把玻璃纤维表面和硅橡胶表面粘结在一起,可以有效增加硅橡胶与玻璃纤维界面粘结力。液体硅胶具有耐温等级高、粘结力适中和涂覆方便等优点,采用液体硅胶涂覆在玻璃纤维编织层外,可以解决编织层无法全部搭盖、表面不光滑、编织层的纤维容易刮断而松散等问题。
采用上述技术方案,本发明专利具有以下有益结果:(1)本发明的电缆在绝缘层和护套层之间增加纤维编织加强层,聚酰胺纤维纤维编织加强层有效的减小了绝缘浸油后的溶胀,在护套外增加玻璃纤维编织层,有效的减小了护套浸油后的溶胀,解决了硅橡胶材料耐油性能差的难题。
(2)本发明采用EI112型硅橡胶作为绝缘层,具有优异的绝缘性能,抗拉强度小,不具有耐油性。EM 107型硅橡胶作为护套,绝缘性能差,抗拉强度大,阻燃性能好,耐油性能好,主要起到保护绝缘的作用。本发明通过绝缘和护套互相配合,不仅保证电缆具有优异的电气性能,同时具有耐磨、抗拉、阻燃、耐油等特性。
(3)本发明的电缆将玻璃纤维采用硅烷偶联剂KH560处理,有效的增加了玻璃纤维与护套的界面粘结及玻璃纤维与涂覆层的的界面粘结,进一步提高电缆的抗拉性能、耐磨性能和耐油性能。
(4)本发明电缆在护套外增加玻璃纤维编织层,不仅能够增加电缆的抗拉性能和耐磨性能,且能够有效的拖延火焰进入电缆内层的时间,有效的提高了电缆的阻燃性能和透光率。
(5)本发明电缆在玻璃纤维编织层外采用耐高温液体硅胶进行涂覆,不仅能将玻璃纤维编织层粘结成一个整体提高玻璃纤维的抗拉性能和耐磨性能,且能够保护玻璃纤维编织层,有效的提高电缆的使用寿命。
(6)本发明电缆采用挤压式模具挤出护套,护套和纤维编织加强层粘结在一起,有效的提高了护套的抗拉性能。

见图1,本实施例的一种智慧能源动车组用高耐油耐高温电缆,由内到外依次为导体1、低烟无卤阻燃带2、绝缘层3、纤维编织加强层4、护套5、玻璃纤维编织层6和涂覆层7;绝缘层3为EI112型硅橡胶绝缘;护套5为EM107型硅橡胶护套;涂覆层7为耐高温硅胶涂覆层。玻璃纤维编织层6采用的玻璃纤维经过硅烷偶联剂KH560处理。涂覆层7为耐高温硅胶涂覆层,包含A组分、B组分和丙酮,A组分:B组分:丙酮的重量比为10:10:5;A组分为按质量份计:苯基硫化硅橡胶100份、补强剂沉淀白炭黑10份、交联剂正硅酸乙酯6份;B组分为按质量份计:苯基硫化硅橡胶100份、填料硅藻土12份、催化剂氧化二辛基锡4份。导体1为铜导体,截面积为10mm2,导体根数为322根,丝径为0.195mm,绞合节距不超过导体1外径的14倍;低烟无卤阻燃带2的厚度为0.1mm,宽度为12mm,搭盖率为20%~25%;绝缘层3的厚度为2.6mm;纤维编织加强层4为聚酰胺纤维编织,每束聚酰胺纤维的外径为0.20mm,锭数为24,每锭共7束,编织节距不大于30mm,编织密度不小于95%;护套5的厚度为1.4mm;玻璃纤维编织层6为玻璃纤维束编织,每束玻璃纤维的外径为0.15mm,锭数为32,每锭共9束,编织节距不大于38mm,编织密度不小于95%;涂覆层7的厚度为0.1mm。
生产工艺,包含以下步骤:
步骤一:确定如图1所示的电缆结构及前述的材质选择;
步骤二:导体1采用铜丝绞合,导体根数为322根,丝径为0.195mm,绞合节距不超过导体1外径的14倍;
步骤三:导体1外绕包一层低烟无卤阻燃带2,低烟无卤阻燃带2搭盖率为20%~25%;
步骤四:在低烟无卤阻燃带2外挤出绝缘层3,绝缘层3厚度为2.6mm;
步骤五:绝缘层3外编织纤维编织加强层4,采用每束聚酰胺纤维的外径为0.20mm,锭数为24,每锭共7束,编织节距不大于30mm,编织密度不小于95%;
步骤六:采用挤压式模具在纤维编织加强层4外挤包护套5,护套5厚度为1.4mm;
步骤七:采用硅烷偶联剂KH560处理玻璃纤维,在室温下将玻璃纤维硅烷偶联剂KH560中浸泡30min,然后将浸泡后的玻璃纤维放入80℃烘箱中烘干4h后取出;然后在护套5外用经过处理的玻璃纤维编织玻璃纤维编织层6,每束玻璃纤维的外径为0.15mm,锭数为32,每锭共9束,编织节距不大于38mm,编织密度不小于95%。
步骤八:在玻璃纤维编织层6外涂覆0.1mm涂覆层7。A组分、B组分和丙酮按照10、10和5的重量比例进行混合制成涂覆溶液,玻璃纤维编织层6以5m/min的速度从涂覆溶液中穿过后进入180℃的管道中交联。

1.一种智慧能源动车组用耐高温电缆,其特征在于:由内到外依次为导体(1)、低烟无卤阻燃带(2)、绝缘层(3)、纤维编织加强层(4)、护套(5)、玻璃纤维编织层(6)和涂覆层(7);所述绝缘层(3)为EI112型硅橡胶绝缘;所述护套(5)为EM107型硅橡胶护套;所述涂覆层(7)为耐高温超过200℃的硅胶涂覆层;所述纤维编织加强层(4)为24锭聚酰胺纤维编织,每锭7束聚酰胺纤维,每束聚酰胺纤维的外径为0.20mm,编织节距不大于30mm,编织密度不小于95%;所述纤维编织加强层(4)与护套(5)粘结成一个整体;所述玻璃纤维编织层(6)采用的玻璃纤维经过硅烷偶联剂KH560处理;所述涂覆层(7)采用的涂覆用硅胶为液体硅胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智慧能源动车组用耐高温电缆,其特征在于:所述涂覆层(7)采用的涂覆用硅胶为液体硅胶,包含A组分、B组分和丙酮,A组分:B组分:丙酮的重量比为10:10:5;所述A组分为按质量份计:苯基硫化硅橡胶100份、补强剂沉淀白炭黑10份、交联剂正硅酸乙酯6份;所述B组分为按质量份计:苯基硫化硅橡胶100份、填料硅藻土12份、催化剂氧化二辛基锡4份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种智慧能源动车组用耐高温电缆,其特征在于:所述导体(1)为铜导体,截面积为10mm2,导体根数为322根,丝径为0.195mm,绞合节距不超过导体(1)外径的14倍;所述低烟无卤阻燃带(2)的厚度为0.1mm,宽度为12mm,搭盖率为20%~25%;所述绝缘层(3)的厚度为2.6mm;所述护套(5)的厚度为1.4mm;所述玻璃纤维编织层(6)为32锭玻璃纤维束编织,每锭9束玻璃纤维,每束玻璃纤维的外径为0.15mm,编织节距不大于38mm,编织密度不小于95%;所述涂覆层(7)的厚度为0.1mm。
4.一种智慧能源动车组用耐高温电缆的生产工艺,其特征在于包含以下步骤:
步骤一:确定如权利要求3所述的电缆结构;
步骤二:导体(1)采用铜丝绞合,导体根数为322根,丝径为0.195mm,绞合节距不超过导体(1)外径的14倍;
步骤三:导体(1)外绕包一层低烟无卤阻燃带(2),低烟无卤阻燃带(2)搭盖率为20%~25%;
步骤四:在低烟无卤阻燃带(2)外挤出绝缘层(3),绝缘层(3)厚度为2.6mm;
步骤五:在绝缘层(3)外编织纤维编织加强层(4),采用24锭,每锭7束,每束聚酰胺纤维的外径为0.20mm,编织节距不大于30mm,编织密度不小于95%;
步骤六:采用挤压式模具在纤维编织加强层(4)外挤包护套(5),护套(5)厚度为1.4mm;
步骤七:采用硅烷偶联剂KH560处理玻璃纤维,然后在护套(5)外采用经过处理的玻璃纤维编织玻璃纤维编织层(6),每束玻璃纤维的外径为0.15mm,锭数为32,每锭共9束,编织节距不大于38mm,编织密度不小于95%;
步骤八:在玻璃纤维编织层(6)外采用液体硅胶涂覆形成涂覆层(7)。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种智慧能源动车组用耐高温电缆的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤七中,采用硅烷偶联剂KH560处理玻璃纤维的方法为:在室温下将玻璃纤维在 硅烷偶联剂KH560中浸泡30min,然后将浸泡后的玻璃纤维放入80℃烘箱中烘干4h后取出。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种智慧能源动车组用耐高温电缆的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤八中,将A组分、B组分和丙酮按照10、10和5的重量比例进行混合制成涂覆溶液,玻璃纤维编织层(6)以5m/min的速度从涂覆溶液中穿过后进入180℃的管道中交联。
