本发明公开了一种带有切割刀片的液下渣浆泵,包括:泵轴、轴承体、电机座、电机、支撑架、泵体、进水口、格栅层、转轴、切割刀片,所述轴承体套装在泵轴的上部,所述电机座通过螺栓安装在轴承体的上端,所述电机安装在电机座上,所述支撑架通过螺栓固接在轴承体下方,所述泵轴的上端通过联轴器与电机输出轴固接,所述泵体固接在支撑架下端,所述泵轴从上到下依次穿过轴承体、支撑架后伸入泵体内,所述进水口通过螺栓固接在泵体下部,所述进水口下部安装一层格栅层,所述转轴固接在泵轴的下端,所述转轴的下端穿过格栅层且固接有切割刀。本发明具有结构简单、稳定性好的优点。

一种带有切割刀片的液下渣浆泵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有切割刀片的液下渣浆泵,应用于液下渣浆泵改造技术领域。
背景技术
液下渣浆泵被广泛应用在煤矿、化工等工业领域,用以输送带颗粒、高粘度、强酸、碱等多种腐蚀性介质,在安装时,电机部分放置在渣浆池液面以上,泵体部分置于渣浆池液面下,泵轴带动叶轮转动将渣浆从池底部吸出,由于渣浆颗粒较粗,因此为防止将杂物吸入泵内,在进水口处许多渣浆泵设有格栅,但长期运行后,大的杂质容易堵住格栅,造成泵不打量的情况,影响工业生产的正常运行。
发明内容
为解决现有技术方案的缺陷,本发明公开了一种带有切割刀片的液下渣浆泵,能够有效防止大的杂质进入泵内,且保证液下渣浆泵的正常运行。
本发明公开了一种带有切割刀片的液下渣浆泵,包括:泵轴、轴承体、电机座、电机、支撑架、泵体、进水口、格栅层、转轴、切割刀片,所述轴承体套装在泵轴的上部,所述电机座通过螺栓安装在轴承体的上端,所述电机安装在电机座上,所述支撑架通过螺栓固接在轴承体下方,所述泵轴的上端通过联轴器与电机输出轴固接,所述泵体固接在支撑架下端,所述泵轴从上到下依次穿过轴承体、支撑架后伸入泵体内,所述进水口通过螺栓固接在泵体下部,所述进水口下部安装一层格栅层,所述转轴固接在泵轴的下端,所述转轴的下端穿过格栅层且固接有切割刀。
所述切割刀为三个,呈均匀分布在转轴下部空间内。
所述进水口为灯罩结构,呈上细下粗结构。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益优点:
1、结构简单;
2、稳定性好,保证液下渣浆泵长久运行。

如图1所示,本发明公开了一种带有切割刀片的液下渣浆泵,包括:泵轴1、轴承体2、电机座3、电机4、支撑架5、泵体6、进水口7、格栅层8、转轴9、切割刀片10,所述轴承体2套装在泵轴1的上部,所述电机座3通过螺栓安装在轴承体2的上端,所述电机4安装在电机座3上,所述支撑架5通过螺栓固接在轴承体2下方,所述泵轴1的上端通过联轴器与电机4输出轴固接,所述泵体6固接在支撑架5下端,所述泵轴1从上到下依次穿过轴承体2、支撑架5后伸入泵体6内,所述进水口7通过螺栓固接在泵体6下部,所述进水口7下部安装一层格栅层8,所述转轴9固接在泵轴1的下端,所述转轴9的下端穿过格栅层8且固接有切割刀10。
所述切割刀10为三个,呈均匀分布在转轴9下部空间内。
所述进水口7为灯罩结构,呈上细下粗结构。
本发明是这样实施的:本发明所述的液下渣浆泵在运行时,泵体6以下结构伸入渣浆池液面以下,电机4带动泵轴1转动,从而带动转轴9转动,带动下方的三个切割刀10转动,三个切割刀10对吸入的渣浆进行切割,对大的杂质颗粒进行破碎,使之能够达到输送要求,采用本技术方案,结构简单,有效保证液下渣浆泵的长久运行。

1.一种带有切割刀片的液下渣浆泵,包括:泵轴、轴承体、电机座、电机、支撑架、泵体、进水口、格栅层、转轴、切割刀片,所述轴承体套装在泵轴的上部,所述电机座通过螺栓安装在轴承体的上端,所述电机安装在电机座上,所述支撑架通过螺栓固接在轴承体下方,所述泵轴的上端通过联轴器与电机输出轴固接,所述泵体固接在支撑架下端,所述泵轴从上到下依次穿过轴承体、支撑架后伸入泵体内,其特征在于:所述进水口通过螺栓固接在泵体下部,所述进水口下部安装一层格栅层,所述转轴固接在泵轴的下端,所述转轴的下端穿过格栅层且固接有切割刀。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种带有切割刀片的液下渣浆泵,其特征在于:所述切割刀为三个,呈均匀分布在转轴下部空间内。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种带有切割刀片的液下渣浆泵,其特征在于:所述进水口为灯罩结构,呈上细下粗结构。
