Abstract
本发明属于四冲程发动机润滑剂领域,尤其涉及一种离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂的制备及含有该抗磨剂的节能环保发动机油。取适量的硼酸钛纳米颗粒加入到0.2mol/L 1‑乙基‑3十二烷基咪唑二乙基膦酸盐离子液体无水乙醇分散液中,在70℃热水浴中超声搅拌8小时,过滤、干燥得到1‑乙基‑3十二烷基咪唑二乙基膦酸盐离子液体修饰的硼酸钛复合物,将其添加至发动机基础油中,与抗磨剂、清净剂、分散剂、粘度指数改进剂、降凝剂和适量消泡剂混合均匀得到节能环保的发动机油,具有良好的抗磨性、防锈、防腐蚀等性能,产品品质处于国际领先水平。

技术领域
本发明属于四冲程发动机润滑剂领域,尤其涉及一种离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂的制备及含有该抗磨剂的节能环保发动机油。
背景技术
润滑油脂是现代交通运输业、现代工业及国防工业的重要支撑材料之一,然而据联合国环保组织调查显示,目前大中城市50%的空气污染来自燃油汽车的废气排放,因此如何有效控制汽车尾气排放,防止2013年初全国性大雾霾的再次发生,是保护我们赖以生存的大气环境的关键。
为了适应环保要求而实施的排放法规直接推动了发动机硬件技术的发展。如采用微粒捕集器控制微粒排放,采用氧化还原器控制不完全燃烧产物排放,采用去NOx装置或废气再循环体系降低NOx排放等。这些硬件上的发展变化直接对润滑油提出了新的要求,如微粒捕集器 要求减少灰分,以免造成堵塞,这就对一些易产生灰分的金属元素如Zn等的使用有了限制;氧化还原器要求降低硫含量,因为硫容易使氧化还原催化器中毒失效,同时由于发动机存在烧润滑油的现象,润滑油的硫含量愈高,燃烧的积碳就愈多,排放的含硫物就会愈多;去NOx装置、三元催化、选择性还原催化等装置也要求降低硫磷含量,因为磷会对三元催化转化器产生影响,使触媒中毒,从而降低催化效果,同时通过分析粘附在气门上的燃烧产物发现其主要成分是Ca3(PO4)2,它既是发动机润滑油的组分汽油机燃烧的产物,这些燃烧产物往往会引起表面点火等不正常燃烧。所以车用发动机油的作用要保护发动机、延长发动机寿命向既保护发动机,又节省燃油和减少尾气污染物排放的方向发展,就是必须加快发动机油品升级换代提高质量的步伐。我国基于自己的国情,汽油润滑油等效采用了美国API标准。为了大幅减少尾气污染物的排放,汽油机油GF-4规格中明确规定,要将易使汽车尾气处理装置中得催化剂中毒的磷元素含量降至最大不超过0.08%。这就大大的限制了重要的具有优异综合性能的ZDDP和传统的极压抗磨剂在发动油中的应用。
发明内容
本发明针对上述的问题,制备了一种离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂,并利用该极压抗磨剂制备了一种节能环保的发动机油,即一种离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂的制备及含有该抗磨剂的节能环保发动机油。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为,本发明提供一种离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂的制备制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
a、取硼酸钛纳米颗粒加入到0.2mol/L 1-乙基-3十二烷基咪唑二乙基膦酸盐离子液体无水乙醇分散液中;
b、在70℃热水浴中超声搅拌8小时;
c、过滤、并干燥,即可得到1-乙基-3十二烷基咪唑二乙基膦酸盐离子液体修饰的硼酸钛复合物。
一种含有1-乙基-3十二烷基咪唑二乙基膦酸盐离子液体修饰的硼酸钛复合物的节能环保发动机油,其特征在于:按照重量百分比具体包括:
基础油 70%~90%;
抗磨剂 0.1%~0.6%;
离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂 0.3~1%;
清净剂 2~5.7%;
分散剂 3~5%;
黏度指数改进剂 5~10%;
降凝剂 0.1~0.3%;
消泡剂 0.1~0.2。
作为优选,所述抗磨剂为二硫代磷酸锌、硫磷丁辛基锌盐中的一种。
作为优选,所述清净剂为合成磺酸钙、烷基水杨酸或硫化烷基酚钙中的一种。
作为优选,所述分散剂为丁二酰亚胺、单烯基丁酰亚胺中的一种。
作为优选,所述粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物、聚异戊二烯共聚物中的一种。
作为优选,所述降凝剂为聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚α烯烃或T803B降凝剂中的一种。

本发明本合成了绿色环保的离子液体修饰的硼酸钛复合物并将其应用于发动机油中。摩擦副受压较低时,离子液体吸附在摩擦副表面,降低了摩擦副表面的摩擦系数,随着负荷变大,摩擦过程中钛元素和硼元素从摩擦表面向基体扩散形成渗透层,提高了材料表面的耐磨性能,起到了极压抗磨作用,具有良好的抗磨性、防锈、防腐蚀等性能。产品品质处于国际领先水平,产品投产后,可以为国内润滑油的生产提供高品质的发动机润滑油,并将极大推动发动机润滑油向环境兼容性、生物降解性、可再生性的方向发展。

本发明提供一种离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂的制备及含有该抗磨剂的节能环保发动机油,即利用制备出的离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂添加到发动机油中,得到性能良好的节能环保发动机油,发明人经过大量实验得出一种离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:取适量的硼酸钛纳米颗粒加入到0.2mol/L 1-乙基-3十二烷基咪唑二乙基膦酸盐离子液体无水乙醇分散液中,在70℃热水浴中超声搅拌8小时,过滤、并干燥,即可得到1-乙基-3十二烷基咪唑二乙基膦酸盐离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂。
下面实施例中,则具体说明利用上述1-乙基-3十二烷基咪唑二乙基膦酸盐离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂制备节能发动机油各成分配比。

从上述表格中可以看出,利用本发明中所制备的离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂所制得的节能环保发动机油,其性能远远优于现在市面上常规的发动机油。

1.一种离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂的制备制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
a、取硼酸钛纳米颗粒加入到0.2mol/L 1-乙基-3十二烷基咪唑二乙基膦酸盐离子液体无水乙醇分散液中;
b、在70℃热水浴中超声搅拌8小时;
c、过滤、并干燥,即可得到1-乙基-3十二烷基咪唑二乙基膦酸盐离子液体修饰的硼酸钛复合物。
2.一种含有权利要求1中所制备的离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂的节能环保发动机油,其特征在于,按照重量百分比具体包括:
基础油 70%~90%;
抗磨剂 0.1%~0.6%;
离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂 0.3~1%;
清净剂 2~5.7%;
分散剂 3~5%;
黏度指数改进剂 5~10%;

3.根据权利要求2所述一种含有权利要求1中所制备的离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂的节能环保发动机油,其特征在于:所述抗磨剂为二硫代磷酸锌、硫磷丁辛基锌盐中的一种。

6.根据权利要求2所述一种含有权利要求1中所制备的离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂的节能环保发动机油,其特征在于:所述粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物、聚异戊二烯共聚物中的一种。
7.根据权利要求2所述一种含有权利要求1中所制备的离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂的节能环保发动机油,其特征在于:所述降凝剂为聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚α烯烃或T803B降凝剂中的一种。
8.根据权利要求2所述一种含有权利要求1中所制备的离子液体修饰的硼酸钛极压抗磨剂的节能环保发动机油,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物中的一种。
