本发明涉及一种耐热型汽车线束料,该汽车线束料由以下重量份的组分组成:PVC树脂30‑40份、三元乙丙橡胶20‑24份、聚烯烃树脂14‑18份、氧化铝2‑6份、偏苯三酸三辛酯3‑5份、抗氧剂1‑4份、亚磷酸双酚A酯3‑9份、异丙醇15‑25份、改性绢云母6‑12份、硫化剂DCBP1‑5份与促进剂TMTD0.1‑0.6份。本发明可以解决由于汽车在行驶过程中上下颠簸比较大、行驶时间长等因素导致汽车零部件周围产生高温使得现有汽车线束软化短路的难题,具有良好的耐热性能,可以满足汽车在长时间行驶的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料,具体说是一种耐热型汽车线束料。
背景技术
汽车线束料的关键技术之一就是耐热性能的研究改进,汽车线束料主要是对汽车线缆进行保护,汽车行驶过程中上下颠簸比较大且行驶时间长,因此汽车相关部件的产生热量多,从而增加了汽车零部件周围的温度,由于汽车零部件旁边连接着很多的汽车线束,汽车线束遇到高温就会软化,最终造成汽车线束短路,从而对汽车行驶造成严重影响。然而现有技术中对于汽车线束料的耐热性能研究不深,普通的汽车线束料远远不能满足要求。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种耐热型汽车线束料,可以解决由于汽车在行驶过程中上下颠簸比较大、行驶时间长等因素导致汽车零部件周围产生高温使得现有汽车线束软化短路的难题,具有良好的耐热性能,可以满足汽车在长时间行驶的要求。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种耐热型汽车线束料,该汽车线束料由以下重量份的组分组成:PVC树脂30-40份、三元乙丙橡胶20-24份、聚烯烃树脂14-18份、氧化铝2-6份、偏苯三酸三辛酯3-5份、抗氧剂1-4份、亚磷酸双酚A酯3-9份、异丙醇15-25份、改性绢云母6-12份、硫化剂DCBP1-5份与促进剂TMTD0.1-0.6份。

本发明的有益效果是:相比现有技术,本发明可以解决由于汽车在行驶过程中上下颠簸比较大、行驶时间长等因素导致汽车零部件周围产生高温使得现有汽车线束软化短路的难题,具有良好的耐热性能,可以满足汽车在长时间行驶的要求。

一种耐热型汽车线束料,该汽车线束料由以下重量份的组分组成:PVC树脂30份、三元乙丙橡胶20份、聚烯烃树脂14份、氧化铝2份、偏苯三酸三辛酯3份、抗氧剂1份、亚磷酸双酚A酯3份、异丙醇15份、改性绢云母6份、硫化剂DCBP1份与促进剂TMTD0.1份。
实施例二:
一种耐热型汽车线束料,该汽车线束料由以下重量份的组分组成:PVC树脂35份、三元乙丙橡胶22份、聚烯烃树脂16份、氧化铝4份、偏苯三酸三辛酯4份、抗氧剂2份、亚磷酸双酚A酯6份、异丙醇20份、改性绢云母9份、硫化剂DCBP3份与促进剂TMTD0.4份。
实施例三:
一种耐热型汽车线束料,该汽车线束料由以下重量份的组分组成:PVC树脂40份、三元乙丙橡胶24份、聚烯烃树脂18份、氧化铝6份、偏苯三酸三辛酯5份、抗氧剂4份、亚磷酸双酚A酯9份、异丙醇25份、改性绢云母12份、硫化剂DCBP5份与促进剂TMTD0.6份。
通过实施一、实施二和实施三制备得到的一种耐热型汽车线束料,相比现有技术中的汽车线束料,可以解决由于汽车在行驶过程中上下颠簸比较大、行驶时间长等因素导致汽车零部件周围产生高温使得现有汽车线束软化短路的难题,具有良好的耐热性能,可以满足汽车在长时间行驶的要求。
