Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于袋式除尘器的电磁提升阀,其包括气缸提升阀和安装在气缸提升阀上并与气缸提升阀气路连通的气控电磁阀,所述与气缸提升阀气路连通的气控电磁阀,其第一气孔的出气口处设有用于减缓气缸提升阀在提升时其活塞上部缸体内留存气体排出速度的节流阀或口径由大到小的排气管。在除尘器清灰结束后滤袋再次过滤时,气缸提升阀阀门以小于闭合时的速度缓慢打开,使含尘气流缓慢流向滤袋并逐步恢复到正常的过滤速度,以延长清灰周期,提高清灰效率,并降低清灰后的微细粉尘再次吸附滤袋及渗透滤袋所形成的二次扬尘,提高滤袋的使用寿命,实现袋式除尘器出口粉尘浓度的超低排放。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于袋式除尘器的电磁提升阀。
背景技术
目前应用较多的袋式除尘器主要是脉冲类袋式除尘器,包括气箱脉冲袋式除尘器、行脉冲袋式除尘器等。袋式除尘器的工作原理为“过滤-清灰-过滤”,周而复始。过滤即由滤袋拦截含尘气体中的粉尘,清灰是为再次恢复滤袋的过滤性能。电磁提升阀的主要作用是将要清灰的过滤单元出风口关闭,停止该单元滤袋的过滤,由脉冲阀向该单元滤袋内部喷射压缩空气,剥离粘附在滤袋外表面的粉尘,清灰完毕后,电磁提升阀的阀门再次打开,使该过滤单元再次进入过滤工作状态。因此,过滤、清灰这两个动作是袋式除尘器最重要的工作过程。但由于现行电磁提升阀的关闭和打开,都是以较快的时间(2-3秒内)、以相同的速度实现的,故当清灰结束后,电磁提升阀再次快速打开阀门时,鼓胀的滤袋会有快速折回至袋笼的动作,更多的粉尘会在短时间内随气流再次吸附在滤袋表面,更多的微细粉尘还会穿透滤袋随气流排入大气,使得除尘器出口排放浓度增加,从而一方面影响除尘器整体出口浓度的排放,另一方面造成滤袋的损伤并影响其使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够降低阀门打开速度以降低除尘器清灰结束后滤袋再次过滤时气体出口排放浓度,实现除尘器出口粉尘浓度超低排放的用于袋式除尘器的电磁提升阀。
其技术方案是:一种用于袋式除尘器的电磁提升阀,包括气缸提升阀和安装在气缸提升阀上并与气缸提升阀气路连通的气控电磁阀,其特征在于:所述与气缸提升阀气路连通的气控电磁阀,其第一气孔的出气口处设有用于减缓气缸提升阀在提升时其活塞上部缸体内留存气体排出速度的节流阀或口径由大到小的排气管。
经试验室试验证明:采用本发明的电磁提升阀,当除尘器入口浓度在500—1000g/Nm3左右时,保证出口排放浓度在<10-5mg/Nm3,运行阻力<800Pa。与现有的袋式除尘器电磁提升阀相比,其技术效果是:由于在现有的、与气缸提升阀气路连通的气控电磁阀第一气孔的出气口处设有用于减缓气缸提升阀在提升时其活塞上部缸体内留存气体排出速度的节流阀或口径由大到小的排气管,故在除尘器清灰结束后滤袋再次过滤时,气缸提升阀阀门以小于闭合时的速度(2-3秒内)在10-15秒的时间内缓慢打开,从而使含尘气流缓慢流向滤袋,减缓了清灰后鼓胀滤袋再次折回滤袋骨架的速度,使过滤风速慢慢提高至正常的过滤速度,既大大减弱了滤袋折回滤袋骨架时的损伤,延长了清灰周期,降低了清灰气体压力,提高了清灰效率,又大大降低了清灰后的微细粉尘再次吸附滤袋及渗透滤袋所形成的二次扬尘,最大限度地降低了穿透滤袋的微细粉尘,降低了滤袋的过滤阻力,提高了滤袋的使用寿命,实现了袋式除尘器出口粉尘浓度的超低排放,即实现了袋式除尘器整体出口粉尘浓度的超低排放。可广泛用于治理建材、冶金化工等行业的粉尘污染,以满足和适应对各类脉冲袋式除尘器排污的越来越高的环保要求。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种用于袋式除尘器的电磁提升阀,采用气缸提升阀2和2636000系列气控电磁阀1,该气控电磁阀在失电状态下,其上的压缩空气进气口J通过第四气孔D与气缸提升阀活塞23下部缸体21上的气孔X连通并关闭第二气孔B,第三气孔C与气缸提升阀活塞上部缸体上的气孔S连通,并与第一气孔A连通,气缸提升阀的气缸活塞杆22保持未伸出状态。当该气控电磁阀通电后,压缩空气进气口关闭第四气孔D,与第三气孔C连通并关闭第一气孔A,气缸提升阀活塞23下部缸体21上的气孔X与气控电磁阀上的第四气孔D连通并打开第二气孔B,气缸提升阀活塞上部的缸体内进入压缩空气,推动活塞杆伸出,活塞下部的缸体内留存的气体则通过气控电磁阀第四气孔D从第二气孔B排出。当气控电磁阀断电关闭后,其上的第三气孔C与气缸提升阀活塞上部缸体上的气孔S连通,并打开第三气孔C与第一气孔A连接通路,压缩空气进气口通过气控电磁阀上的第四气孔D与气缸提升阀活塞23下部缸体21上的气孔S连通,并同时关闭气控电磁阀上的第二气孔B,压缩空气再次进入气缸活塞下部的缸体内,推动活塞杆提升缩回,活塞上部缸体内留存的气体则通过气控电磁阀上的第三气孔C从第一气孔A排出。上述气控电磁阀上的第一气孔的出气口处设有用于减缓气缸提升阀在提升时其活塞上部缸体内留存气体排出速度的节流阀4或口径由大到小的排气管(图中未示),使除尘器在清灰结束后滤袋再次过滤时,气缸提升阀阀门以小于闭合时的速度(2-3秒内)在10-15秒的时间内缓慢打开,从而使含尘气流缓慢流向滤袋,过滤风速慢慢提高至正常的过滤速度,以减缓清灰后鼓胀滤袋再次折回滤袋骨架的速度,既大大延长了清灰周期,降低了清灰气体压力,提高了清灰效率,又大大降低了清灰后的微细粉尘再次吸附滤袋及渗透滤袋所形成的二次扬尘,最大限度地降低了穿透滤袋的微细粉尘,降低了滤袋的过滤阻力,提高了滤袋的使用寿命,实现了袋式除尘器出口粉尘浓度的超低排放。
另外,现行气缸提升阀2的阀板是采用平面阀板与设置在除尘器净气室平面花板上的出风口配合来实现阀门的关闭和打开的,当其关闭阀门准备清灰时,由于仅靠平面阀板与平面花板之间的接触来实现对出风口的封堵,故其封闭效果差,容易造成清灰气体的泄漏。本发明中的气缸提升阀的阀板采用球面阀板3来替代现行的平面阀板,以提高清灰时对阀门的封闭密封和清灰效率,减少清灰状态下压缩空气的泄漏,保证较好的清灰效果。

1.一种用于袋式除尘器的电磁提升阀,包括气缸提升阀和安装在气缸提升阀上并与气缸提升阀气路连通的气控电磁阀,其特征在于:所述与气缸提升阀气路连通的气控电磁阀,其第一气孔的出气口处设有用于减缓气缸提升阀在提升时其活塞上部缸体内留存气体排出速度的节流阀或口径由大到小的排气管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于袋式除尘器的电磁提升阀,其特征在于:所述气缸提升阀的阀板为球面阀板。
