技术领域
本发明涉及一种蒸汽重整炉,包括:

背景技术
蒸汽重整炉用于利用蒸汽将气态烃转化成主要由一氧化碳和氢构成的合成气体是已知的。在乌尔曼工业化学百科全书第六版第15卷“气体生产”章2.2节中在原理上描述了蒸汽的重新形成方法。在相同章的2.2.3节中论述了证明用于该过程的不同类型的管式反应器。其中示出了如下管式反应器,在该管式反应器中燃烧器被安装在重整炉壳体的顶部或侧壁中。应当指出,除此之外,燃烧器被安装在壳体的底部中,将火焰竖直向上地引导到壳体中的变型也是可能的,如文件DE2521683A1中提到的。

发明内容

根据本发明通过沿着通道的长度保持流速恒定,根据柏努利能量守恒定律,在动压和静压部分之间的比率同样保持恒定。在另一方面,流速将从通道的起点向通道的端部增加,静压部分将由于这种动压部分的增加而降低,并且因此在重整炉壳体的内部空间和通道之间的静压差将升高。这继而将导致在通道的该区域中更强地提取燃烧器废气,其将不得不通过在壳体和通道之间的通道开口的减少来抵偿。

本发明的优选方面
本发明优选方面的特征在于,通道具有从它们的起点到它们的端部在流动方向上呈喇叭形的楔形纵向轮廓。这方面考虑了沿着废气通道的长度废气量逐渐地增加。

Claims (7)
