本发明公开了一种生态白芨口服冻干粉的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:首先取新鲜白芨块根,除去泥土,去皮后清洗干净备用;然后将处理好的白芨块根切片,加入纯水榨成匀浆、过滤,将滤渣再次加纯水榨成匀浆、过滤,重复此操作三次,取最终滤液;再将制得的白芨匀浆通过纳米均质机进行进一步破碎处理;最后将所得的白芨匀浆进行低温冷冻、真空干燥后,再高压灭菌即可制得白芨口服冻干粉。采用该制备方法制备的白芨口服冻干粉具有优良的生理活性,有效成分流失少,并且易于消化吸收。

一种生态白芨口服冻干粉的加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及药物制备领域,具体涉及一种生态白芨口服冻干粉的加工工艺。
背景技术
白芨又名连及草、甘根、白给、箬兰、朱兰、紫兰、紫蕙、百笠、地螺丝、白鸡娃、白根、羊角七,是多年生草本球根植物,主要分布在中国、日本以及缅甸北部,白芨有广泛的药用价值及园林价值。具有收敛止血、消肿生肌的功效,主要用于治疗咳血吐血,外伤出血,疮疡肿毒,皮肤皲裂;肺结核咳血,溃疡病出血。目前市售的白芨主要为经烘烤晾晒后的白芨块根干品或切片,也有部分经研磨后白芨粉末,但其颗粒粗大,由于白芨成品在制作过程中经历了高温处理,其内部热敏性有效物质会在高温下失活或分解,有效成分遭到破坏,无疑降低了白芨的药用价值。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明公开一种生态白芨口服冻干粉的加工工艺,采用该制备方法制备的白芨口服冻干粉具有优良的生理活性,有效成分流失少,并且易于消化吸收。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种生态白芨口服冻干粉的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)备料:取新鲜白芨块根,除去泥土,去皮后清洗干净备用;
2)将处理好的白芨块根切片,加入纯水榨成匀浆、过滤,将滤渣再次加纯水榨成匀浆、过滤,重复此操作三次,取最终滤液;
3)将步骤2)中制得的白芨匀浆通过纳米均质机进行进一步破碎处理;
4)将步骤3)所得的白芨匀浆进行低温冷冻、真空干燥后,再高压灭菌即可制得白芨口服冻干粉。
本发明的原材料取自原产地新鲜的白芨块根,直接鲜榨成匀浆,经纳米均质机破碎,再低温冷冻,真空干燥,全过程没有烘烤、暴晒等因素影响,最大限度地保留了白芨有效成分的生物活性,经检测得出,采用冻干干燥的白芨冻干粉有效成分比暴晒、高温干燥的白芨高出12-16%,其生物活性更高,并且白芨匀浆经纳米均质机粉碎后,制得的白芨冻干粉粉碎细度大大提升,能够达到纳米级,直接口服,更容易被人体消化吸收,能够更好地发挥药效。
其中,所述步骤2)中,白芨与纯水的固液比为1g:(20-45)ml,过滤装置的滤网为300-350目。
所述步骤3)中,将白芨匀浆利用纳米均质机处理的时间为15-25分钟。
所述步骤4)中,白芨匀浆进行低温冷冻、真空干燥的具体工艺为:将白芨匀浆置入冷冻干燥机物料盘内,在真空度为-20~-35Pa、温度为-25~-40℃的条件下冷冻20~42小时,使水分升华。
一种生态白芨口服冻干粉,由新鲜白芨块根通过上述生态白芨口服冻干粉的加工工艺制得。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
本发明一种生态白芨口服冻干粉的加工工艺,原材料取自原产地新鲜的白芨块根,直接鲜榨成匀浆,经纳米均质机破碎,再低温冷冻,真空干燥,全过程没有烘烤、暴晒等因素影响,最大限度地保留了白芨有效成分的生物活性,经检测得出,采用冻干干燥的白芨冻干粉有效成分比暴晒、高温干燥的白芨高出12-16%,其生物活性更高,并且白芨匀浆经纳米均质机粉碎后,制得的白芨冻干粉粉碎细度大大提升,能够达到纳米级,直接口服,更容易被人体消化吸收,能够更好地发挥药效。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细说明,本发明的示意性实施方式及其说明仅用于解释本发明,并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种生态白芨口服冻干粉的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)备料:取新鲜白芨块根,除去泥土,去皮后清洗干净备用;
2)将处理好的白芨块根切片,按照白芨与纯水的固液比为1g:20ml加入纯水榨成匀浆、350目的滤网过滤,将滤渣按照上述固液比再次加纯水榨成匀浆、过滤,重复此操作三次,取最终滤液;
3)将步骤2)中制得的白芨匀浆通过纳米均质机进行进一步破碎处理25分钟;
4)将步骤3)所得的白芨匀浆置入冷冻干燥机物料盘内,在真空度为-35Pa、温度为-40℃的条件下冷冻20小时,使水分升华,再高压灭菌即可制得白芨口服冻干粉。
实施例2
一种生态白芨口服冻干粉的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)备料:取新鲜白芨块根,除去泥土,去皮后清洗干净备用;
2)将处理好的白芨块根切片,按照白芨与纯水的固液比为1g:45ml加入纯水榨成匀浆、300目的滤网过滤,将滤渣按照上述固液比再次加纯水榨成匀浆、过滤,重复此操作三次,取最终滤液;
3)将步骤2)中制得的白芨匀浆通过纳米均质机进行进一步破碎处理15分钟;
4)将步骤3)所得的白芨匀浆置入冷冻干燥机物料盘内,在真空度为-20Pa、温度为-25℃的条件下冷冻42小时,使水分升华,再高压灭菌即可制得白芨口服冻干粉。
实施例3
一种生态白芨口服冻干粉的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)备料:取新鲜白芨块根,除去泥土,去皮后清洗干净备用;
2)将处理好的白芨块根切片,按照白芨与纯水的固液比为1g:35ml加入纯水榨成匀浆、350目的滤网过滤,将滤渣按照上述固液比再次加纯水榨成匀浆、过滤,重复此操作三次,取最终滤液;
3)将步骤2)中制得的白芨匀浆通过纳米均质机进行进一步破碎处理20分钟;
4)将步骤3)所得的白芨匀浆置入冷冻干燥机物料盘内,在真空度为-30Pa、温度为-35℃的条件下冷冻25小时,使水分升华,再高压灭菌即可制得白芨口服冻干粉。
上述实施例1-3制得的白芨口服冻干粉,具有优良的生物活性和丰富的营养成分,并且容易被人体吸收。

1.一种生态白芨口服冻干粉的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)备料:取新鲜白芨块根,除去泥土,去皮后清洗干净备用;
2)将处理好的白芨块根切片,加入纯水榨成匀浆、过滤,将滤渣再次加纯水榨成匀浆、过滤,重复此操作三次,取最终滤液;
3)将步骤2)中制得的白芨匀浆通过纳米均质机进行进一步破碎处理;
4)将步骤3)所得的白芨匀浆进行低温冷冻、真空干燥后,再高压灭菌即可制得白芨口服冻干粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生态白芨口服冻干粉的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中,白芨与纯水的固液比为1g:(20-45)ml,过滤装置的滤网为300-350目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生态白芨口服冻干粉的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中,将白芨匀浆利用纳米均质机处理的时间为15-25分钟。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种生态白芨口服冻干粉的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中,白芨匀浆进行低温冷冻、真空干燥的具体工艺为:将白芨匀浆置入冷冻干燥机物料盘内,在真空度为-20~-35Pa、温度为-25~-40℃的条件下冷冻20~42小时,使水分升华。
5.一种生态白芨口服冻干粉,其特征在于,由新鲜白芨块根通过权利要求1-4中任一项所述一种生态白芨口服冻干粉的加工工艺制得。
