Abstract
本发明公开了一种秸秆类生物质的处理方法,包括如下步骤:A、将秸秆类生物质破碎成适当的粒径,并送入一封闭空间内;B、于该封闭空间内通入高温一氧化碳,使秸秆类生物质分解成固态物和油气混合物;C、对油气混合物进行冷凝处理,得生物油。本发明还公开了一种秸秆类生物质的处理装置。本发明的工艺及装置简单,投资成本较低,能实现小型化处理秸秆类生物质,便于推广应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农作物之秸秆类生物质处理技术领域,具体涉及一种秸秆类生物质的处理方法和装置。
背景技术
由于我国是一个农业大国,因此每年的农作物产生的各种秸秆类生物质重量惊人。以前,该些秸秆类生物质一般采用焚烧方式处理。然而,焚烧过程中,由于农作物秸秆内含有氮、磷、钾、碳氢元素及有机硫等,且多为不完全燃烧处理,因此会产生大量氮氧化物、二氧化硫、碳氢化合物及烟尘和碳氢化合物,在阳光作用下还可能产生臭氧等,严重污染空气环境,危害人体健康。
因此,目前的农作物秸秆类生物质多回收再利用,如秸秆发电、秸秆板材、秸秆纸张、秸秆制油制气制碳等再生资源,但该些回收再利用技术存在秸秆回收困难、一次性投资过大等障碍,不利于推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种利于推广应用的秸秆类生物质的处理方法,以解决现有技术的不足之处。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供实现上述处理方法的处理装置。
为达到第一个目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
秸秆类生物质的处理方法,包括如下步骤:
A、将秸秆类生物质破碎成适当的粒径,并送入一封闭空间内;
B、于该封闭空间内通入高温一氧化碳,使秸秆类生物质分解成固态物和油气混合物;
C、对油气混合物进行冷凝处理,得生物油。
进一步,本发明所述的方法采用煤作为原料制备高温一氧化碳。
进一步,本发明所述的方法采用B步所得之固态物制备高温一氧化碳。
为达到第二个目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
秸秆类生物质的处理装置,包括:秸秆类生物质处理罐,其上分别设有入料口、一氧化碳入口、油气混合物排出口和固态物排出口;一氧化碳制备装置,其出口与所述一氧化碳入口连接;冷凝器,其入口与所述油气混合物排出口连接;生物油收集装置,与所述冷凝器之排出口连接;和固态物收集装置,与所述固态物排出口连接。
进一步,本发明所述的装置还包括一预处理装置,与所述秸秆类生物质处理罐之入料口连接,用以将秸秆类生物质破碎成适当的粒径。
进一步,所述固态物收集装置与所述一氧化碳制备装置之入料口连接,使固态物作为制备一氧化碳的原料。
本发明的工艺及装置简单,投资成本较低,能实现小型化处理秸秆类生物质,便于推广应用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明所述的秸秆类生物质的处理方法和装置,主要由秸秆类生物质处理罐1、一氧化碳制备装置2、固态物收集装置3、冷凝器4、生物油收集装置5和预处理装置6组成。
所述的秸秆类生物质处理罐1为一封闭罐体,其上设有入料口、一氧化碳入口、油气混合物排出口和固态物排出口。
所述的预处理装置6用于将收集到的农作物秸秆类生物质破碎成适当的粒径,并通过入料口送入秸秆类生物质处理罐1中。
所述的一氧化碳制备装置2在启动阶段采用煤作为原料制备高温一氧化碳,高温一氧化碳经一氧化碳入口送入秸秆类生物质处理罐1中,与秸秆类生物质发生氧置换反应。
所述的固态物收集装置3与固态物排出口连接,用于收集氧置换反应后得到的固态物(该固态物多为碳),并输送到一氧化碳制备装置2中制备一氧化碳。
所述的冷凝器4与油气混合物排出口连接,用于冷凝秸秆类生物质处理罐产生之油气混合物。
所述的生物油收集装置5与冷凝器连接,用于收集油气混合物经冷凝后分离出来的生物油。
本发明通过高温一氧化碳在一封闭空间内作用于适当粒径的秸秆类生物质,除去秸秆类生物质内过多的氧,生成可再回收利用的油气混合物和碳成分固形物,油气混合物通过冷凝处理即可得到生物油,而碳成分固形物可作为原料制备一氧化碳。
Claims (6)
1.秸秆类生物质的处理方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
A、将秸秆类生物质破碎成适当的粒径,并送入一封闭空间内;
B、于该封闭空间内通入高温一氧化碳,使秸秆类生物质分解成固态物和油气混合物;
C、对油气混合物进行冷凝处理,得生物油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的秸秆类生物质的处理方法,其特征在于,采用煤作为原料制备高温一氧化碳。
3.根据权利要求2所述的秸秆类生物质的处理方法,其特征在于,采用B步所得之固态物制备高温一氧化碳。
4.秸秆类生物质的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
秸秆类生物质处理罐,其上分别设有入料口、一氧化碳入口、油气混合物排出口和固态物排出口;
一氧化碳制备装置,其出口与所述一氧化碳入口连接;
冷凝器,其入口与所述油气混合物排出口连接;
生物油收集装置,与所述冷凝器之排出口连接;和
固态物收集装置,与所述固态物排出口连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的秸秆类生物质的处理装置,其特征在于,还包括一预处理装置,与所述秸秆类生物质处理罐之入料口连接。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的秸秆类生物质的处理装置,其特征在于,所述固态物收集装置与所述一氧化碳制备装置之入料口连接。
