本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀模具材料,包括以下重量份组分:环氧树脂200份,增塑剂20-50份,乳化剂20-50,钛白粉10-20份,玻璃纤维5-10份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯350-500份,水130-330份。加入钛白粉与玻璃纤维,可以提高模具材料的韧性;采用该模具材料制得的模具,在具有较高的耐湿热性、耐化学侵蚀性和机械强度的同时,还提高了模具的韧性,延长了模具的使用寿命 。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种模具材料,具体涉及一种耐腐蚀模具材料。
背景技术
目前,在以环氧树脂为基料制作微通孔材料的陶瓷压力注浆成型模具时,使用了聚酞胺固化剂。以聚酰胺固化剂固化的环氧树脂,其韧性相当好,但耐热性、耐化学侵蚀性及机械强度等性能均较低,抗折强度差。用胺类固化剂固化的环氧树脂模具材料有较高的耐湿热性、耐化学侵蚀性和机械强度,但韧性较差,在多次交变应力作用下易破裂,影响模具的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种耐腐蚀模具材料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种耐腐蚀模具材料,包括以下重量份组分: 环氧树脂200 份,增塑剂20-50 份,乳化剂20-50,钛白粉10-20 份,玻璃纤维5-10份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯350-500 份,水130-330 份。
优选的,所述的环氧树脂为双酚A类环氧树脂。
优选的,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸丁苯酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲氧基乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二戊酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二庚酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三辛酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、己二酸二乙酯、壬二酸二辛酯或癸二酸二辛酯中的任何一种或其混合。
优选的,所述乳化剂为乙二胺、二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺中的一种或其混合。
优选的,所述钛白粉为170 目。
本发明得到的一种耐腐蚀模具材料,其技术效果是:加入钛白粉与玻璃纤维,可以提高模具材料的韧性;采用该模具材料制得的模具,在具有较高的耐湿热性、耐化学侵蚀性和机械强度的同时,还提高了模具的韧性,延长了模具的使用寿命。

下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
本发明提供的一种耐腐蚀模具材料,包括以下重量份组分: 环氧树脂200 份,增塑剂30 份,乳化剂30,钛白粉20 份,玻璃纤维10份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯400 份,水300 份。
其中,环氧树脂为双酚A类环氧树脂,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸丁苯酯,乳化剂为乙二胺,钛白粉为170 目。
先将环氧树脂与增塑剂搅拌均匀,再加入乳化剂搅拌均匀,再加入甲基丙酸甲酯和水搅拌形成均匀乳液,最后加入钛白粉与玻璃纤维的混合物,搅拌均匀形成料浆,将料浆注入模型中。在常温下,环氧树脂固化后,脱模并通过预先设在固化物中的孔道用水冲去可溶物,其外形为预定的模具形状。采用本发明模具材料制作的树脂模具在高压注浆成型机上可以使用2万次以上。

1.一种耐腐蚀模具材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:环氧树脂200 份,增塑剂20-50 份,乳化剂20-50,钛白粉10-20 份,玻璃纤维5-10份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯350-500 份,水130-330 份。
2.根据权利要求1 所述耐腐蚀模具材料,其特征在于:所述的环氧树脂为双酚A类环氧树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述耐腐蚀模具材料,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸丁苯酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲氧基乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二戊酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二庚酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三辛酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、己二酸二乙酯、壬二酸二辛酯或癸二酸二辛酯中的任何一种或其混合。
4.根据权利要求1 所述耐腐蚀模具材料,其特征在于: 所述乳化剂为乙二胺、二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺中的一种或其混合。
5.根据权利要求1 所述耐腐蚀模具材料,其特征在于:所述钛白粉为170 目。
