Abstract

本发明公开了一种医用包装复合膜，包括BOPA膜，BOPA膜下端面通过水性粘合层粘合聚四氟乙烯膜，聚四氟乙烯膜表面设置防水层，BOPA膜上表面通过胶黏剂层粘接阻燃层，本发明结构简单，具有耐压、耐腐、耐高温、防水的优点，同时还能防止在使用过程中撕裂、变形的现象，使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及医用包装膜技术领域，具体为一种医用包装复合膜。
背景技术
医用包装复合膜，多用于进行药品包装，目前大多医用复合膜采取用PVC作为基料层，除了上述提到的健康和环境的问题，PVC材料对水和氧气的透过率较大，不利于敏感药品的保存，因此其一般复合层要加铝箔层，但其降解较难且由于强度问题导致了耐磨性也较差。因此，为了有效地对药品进行保护和储存，尤其是对于一些较昂贵或对环境敏感的药品，需要找到一种抗菌性、阻隔性能好，能够耐酸性耐消毒、耐撕裂强度大的医用抗菌包装复合膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医用包装复合膜，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种医用包装复合膜, 包括BOPA膜，所述BOPA膜下端面通过水性粘合层粘合聚四氟乙烯膜，所述聚四氟乙烯膜表面设置防水层，所述BOPA膜上表面通过胶黏剂层粘接阻燃层。
优选的，所述防水层包括热塑性弹性体防水层，所述热塑性弹性体防水层的下表面设有EVA 防水层，所述热塑性弹性体防水层的上表面和 EVA 防水层的下表面分别设有聚乙烯膜。
优选的，所述阻燃层包括上阻燃纤维层和下阻燃纤维层，所述上阻燃纤维层和下阻燃纤维层之间设置有铝箔碎压制层。
优选的，所述防水层的厚度为50-80微米。
优选的，所述阻燃层的厚度为20-40微米。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明结构简单，具有耐压、耐腐、耐高温、防水的优点，同时还能防止在使用过程中撕裂、变形的现象，使用寿命长；其中，采用的防水层具有无毒、无污染、使用寿命长的优点，还能够抑制细菌和真菌生长，适合于在潮湿的环境下使用；采用的阻燃层阻燃效果好，而且不会出现破裂现象。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-3，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种医用包装复合膜, 包括BOPA膜1，所述BOPA膜1下端面通过水性粘合层2粘合聚四氟乙烯膜3，所述聚四氟乙烯膜3表面设置防水层4，所述BOPA膜1上表面通过胶黏剂层5粘接阻燃层6；防水层4的厚度为50-80微米；阻燃层6的厚度为20-40微米。BOPA膜具有优异的力学性能、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性；具有自润滑性;耐高温；具有良好的氧气阻隔性、耐穿刺和耐撕裂性。
本发明中，防水层4包括热塑性弹性体防水层7，所述热塑性弹性体防水层7的下表面设有EVA 防水层8，所述热塑性弹性体防水层7的上表面和 EVA 防水层8的下表面分别设有聚乙烯膜9。
本发明中，阻燃层6包括上阻燃纤维层10和下阻燃纤维层11，所述上阻燃纤维层10和下阻燃纤维层11之间设置有铝箔碎压制层12。
本发明结构简单，具有耐压、耐腐、耐高温、防水的优点，同时还能防止在使用过程中撕裂、变形的现象，使用寿命长；其中，采用的防水层具有无毒、无污染、使用寿命长的优点，还能够抑制细菌和真菌生长，适合于在潮湿的环境下使用；采用的阻燃层阻燃效果好，而且不会出现破裂现象。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种医用包装复合膜, 包括BOPA膜（1），其特征在于：所述BOPA膜（1）下端面通过水性粘合层（2）粘合聚四氟乙烯膜（3），所述聚四氟乙烯膜（3）表面设置防水层（4），所述BOPA膜（1）上表面通过胶黏剂层（5）粘接阻燃层（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用包装复合膜，其特征在于：所述防水层（4）包括热塑性弹性体防水层（7），所述热塑性弹性体防水层（7）的下表面设有EVA 防水层（8），所述热塑性弹性体防水层（7）的上表面和 EVA 防水层（8）的下表面分别设有聚乙烯膜（9）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用包装复合膜，其特征在于：所述阻燃层（6）包括上阻燃纤维层（10）和下阻燃纤维层（11），所述上阻燃纤维层（10）和下阻燃纤维层（11）之间设置有铝箔碎压制层（12）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用包装复合膜，其特征在于：所述防水层（4）的厚度为50-80微米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用包装复合膜，其特征在于：所述阻燃层（6）的厚度为20-40微米。
