在适用于这种目的的设计中,预备同样地能够使辅助致动手柄和活塞相对彼此沿一个方向运动。所陈述的锯齿联接件是适用于此目的的设计。当辅助致动手柄被压下时,锯齿联接件导致随活塞的接头运动。借助于活塞和馈送筒之间的负压和/或力配合接合或形状配合接合,在辅助致动手柄的返回行程期间,锯齿联接件向前跳动,使得一旦重复致动辅助致动手柄,在每一情况下活塞的起始点就对应于在先行程的结束位置。
带有以已知方式由锯齿联接件连接到彼此的致动手柄和活塞的馈送机构的设计不仅在所描述的排放头的领域中是有利设计,其也能够有利地独立用于其他类型的分配器,例如液滴分配器(drop dispenser)。
馈送机构能够被设计成在辅助致动手柄的单次致动时引入限定量V的第二起始介质。配量室的出口布置有以取决于压力的方式打开的出口阀。该出口阀、用于引入第二起始介质的馈送机构以及体积补偿机构能够协调,使得在出口阀未打开的情况下,体积补偿机构能够至少接受一定量V的第二起始介质,优选地至少接受量3×V,尤其优选地接受量6×V。
所陈述的协调确保在没有液体已通过配量室的出口流出的情况下,被分配到配量室内的至少一个但优选地若干个量V的第二起始介质能够通过致动辅助致动手柄被接收。为此目的,具体地必须协调一方面使体积补偿单元的壁部分运动所需的压力和另一方面用于打开出口阀的压力。使壁部分运动所需的压力应当小于用于打开出口阀的压力,直至可偏转壁部分采取其最大位置。
体积补偿机构的可偏转配量室壁部分能够被设置在排出器上。排出器能够被刚性地连接至排放致动手柄。
将体积补偿单元且具体地可偏转壁部分设置在排出器上相比于设置在基体上通常在结构上更加容易。排出器优选地直接构成致动手柄。不过,也能够预想到齿轮被设置在排出器和致动手柄之间的实施例。
可偏转配量室壁部分能够被设置在排放致动手柄上,使得致动排放致动手柄迫使其沿其最大位置的方向或沿其最小位置的方向运动。
设置配量室壁部分使得当致动时其采取其最大位置或其最小位置用于计算待排放的液体的量。在排放头的预期使用期间,在排放操作开始时,取决于之前添加的第二起始介质,配量室壁部分不总是处于相同位置。不过,有利的是,如果在排出器相对于基体的第二端部位置中,存在可偏转配量室壁部分的限定位置的情况。因此其余的死体积是恒定的。
可偏转配量室壁部分能够被设置在配量室内,使得在致动排放致动手柄的过程中,迫使其沿其最大位置的方向或沿其最小位置的方向运动。由尺寸上灵活的壁形成的可偏转配量室壁部分能够优选地被构造成使得当其经受力时,其能够相对于致动的方向横向偏转,并且使配量室中的一部分与可偏转配量室壁配合,并且当排出器运动时,该部分使可偏转配量室壁偏转。
在这种设计中,可偏转配量室壁部分与配量室的一部分的协作带来了在排出器相对于基体的运动期间配量室壁部分的限定位置。因此,在可偏转配量室壁部分在排出器上的设置中,能够预备排出器经受由基体的配量室部分施加的力并且在运动期间被带至限定位置。
可偏转配量室壁部分能够在手指支撑表面的区域中被设置在排放致动手柄上。
这是在致动排放致动手柄期间确保配量室壁部分的限定位置的特别简单的方式。由于该部分被直接设置在手指支撑表面的区域中,所以当排放致动手柄被下压时,其沿其最小位置的方向被自动按压。可偏转配量室壁部分在手指支撑表面上的设置额外地具有以下优点:其使得可能通过触碰来查明是否已经供应第二起始介质以及如果已供应则已供应多少。
本发明进一步涉及用于混合两种起始介质以及用于排放由此生成的混合液体的分配器。分配器具有用于接收这两种起始介质的第一贮存器和第二贮存器。而且其具有上述类型的排放头。
除了所描述的排放头之外,这样的分配器因此也具有被单独存储的起始介质。如已经描述的那样,这些起始介质能够通过汲取管被吸取或者能够用牵引式活塞(trailerpiston)或柔性袋被存储在不通风贮存器中。优选使用领域是化妆乳液,在这种情况下第一起始介质形成这种乳液的基础,而第二起始介质能够是辅助活性物质。

图1和图2示出本发明的第一实施例。图1整体地示出分配器100,并且带有安装在用于第一起始介质的贮存器12上的排放头110。排放头110具有排放致动手柄64和辅助致动手柄82。
图1的分配器100旨在用于以下程序中:在图2中示出且在下文进一步描述的配量室40首先由于在先排放操作填充有来自贮存器12的第一起始介质。
从这种起始情形开始,辅助致动手柄82能够被用于计量输入期望的量的第二起始介质。当这种计量输入完成时,由两种起始介质构成的混合物能够通过按压排放致动手柄64通过带有出口阀47的出口被排出。
图2详细示出排放头110的结构。后者具有基体20,其刚性地安装在封装贮存器12的外壳主体上。单件式构造也是可能的。排出器30能够相对于基体20运动,借助于复位弹簧31永久地迫使所述排出器30处于图2的第一端部位置中。基体20和排出器30一起封装前述配量室40。该配量室通过两个入口42、44供应。
第一入口42将配量室40连接至贮存器12,在此优选地可能(以未示出的方式)额外地提供突入贮存器12内的汲取管。当配量室40中存在过压力时,借助于阀板13使该第一入口42闭合。
第二入口44通向单独的馈送机构80。该单独的馈送机构具有活塞90,其被设置在圆筒91内侧,其中该圆筒91在递送时的状态下容纳第二起始介质。圆筒91经由阀93连接至配量室40的入口44,当圆筒91中存在过压力时,该阀93打开。提供辅助致动手柄82以便使活塞90运动。辅助致动手柄82和活塞90不被设计成单件工件,而是设计成两件工件,并且其由锯齿联接件92连接到彼此,下文将详细解释该锯齿联接件92的功能。
当在在先排放操作之后,由弹簧31驱动的排出器30从其第二下端部位置返回图2的第一端部位置,且入口阀13打开时,其将第一起始介质从贮存器12吸出并吸入配量室40内,使得当到达第一上端部位置时,配量室被第一起始介质完全填充。相比于出口阀93,入口阀13已在更低的负压下打开,使得此时尚未发生第二起始介质的向内流动。
在致动手柄64的区域中设置在排出器30的顶部上的体积补偿机构60具有能够在最小位置63’和最大位置63’’之间运动的薄膜62。借助于所描述的返回行程期间的负压,当第一起始介质被吸入时,薄膜62采取其最小位置63’。
如果现在当配量室40填充有第一起始介质时辅助致动手柄82被压下,则活塞90也由此被压下且来自圆筒91的体积V同样地通过出口阀93被馈送至配量室40。为了确保此时没有不希望地通过出口通道46和出口阀47排放液体,体积补偿机构允许通过薄膜62沿其最大位置63’’的方向的运动将该额外体积V接收在配量室40中。现在这两种起始介质构成的混合物存在于配量室40中。
在辅助致动手柄82的返回行程期间,活塞90保持处于其之前实现的位置,因为其在圆筒91的内部壁上承受形状配合接合,并且此外,当活塞90经受沿向上方向的力时,现在闭合的出口阀93引起负压的形成。活塞90因此不再向上运动,而是辅助致动手柄82和活塞90之间的锯齿联接件92向前跳动一个齿。因此,在辅助致动手柄82的返回行程之后,能够通过再次向下按压辅助致动手柄82将另一体积V从圆筒91馈送至配量室40。薄膜62及其移动性优选地使得至少体积V,但优选地体积3×V或更多,能够在出口阀47不打开的情况下被馈送至配量室40。
当已将期望量的第二起始介质从圆筒91被馈送至配量室40内时,可能通过向下按压致动手柄64和排出器30,从配量室40通过出口46排放所述体积。因为对应的手动力被施加在薄膜62的区域中,所以后者沿其最小位置63’的方向被自动按压。因此,当排出器30已经被按压至其下部第二端部位置时,配量室40中余留的体积是实质上恒定的。当排放致动手柄64被释放时,循环重新开始。
图3和图4中的实施例是替代性实施例,其具体地在两个方面不同于图1和图2中的实施例。
第一区别涉及辅助馈送机构80。后者在图3和图4中的实施例中被设计成往复泵。因此,提供单独的贮存器14,其以图3中所示的方式被设置成紧邻用于第一起始介质的贮存器12。贮存器14经由入口通道86和阀87被连接至辅助馈送机构80的泵室,其中该阀87以取决于压力的方式打开。出口通道88和同样地以取决于压力的方式打开的出口阀89再次被设置在输出侧上。借由辅助致动手柄82,能够致动该泵使得第二起始介质从贮存器14被馈送到泵室40内。
第二主要区别在于体积补偿机构60提供远为更大的补偿体积。为此目的,突入泵室40内的销61被设置在排出器30上并且支撑围绕销61的周边薄膜62。由线63’、63’’指示的最大位置和最小位置图示如何能够借助于辅助馈送机构80将相对大量的液体引入已填充有第一起始介质的泵室40内而不会使介质通过出口46和出口阀47被排放。如果在配量室40已填充有第一起始介质和一个或多个充料的第二起始介质之后,致动手柄被下压,则配量室40的渐缩部48具有使薄膜62运动至其最大位置63’’的作用。因此,独立于被馈送至泵室40内的第二起始介质的量,当致动手柄64和排出器30被相对于基体20下压时,存在泵室40的限定死体积。

Claims (13)

1. 一种用于混合两种起始介质和用于排放由此生成的混合液体的排放头(110;210),其具有以下特征:
a. 所述排放头具有配量室(40),所述配量室(40)在所述排放头的基体(20)上和在排出器(30)上由配量室壁界定,并且
b. 所述排放头具有第一入口(42),所述两种起始介质中的第一起始介质能够通过所述第一入口(42)流入所述配量室(40),并且
c. 所述排放头具有第二入口(44),所述两种起始介质中的第二起始介质能够通过所述第二入口(44)流入所述配量室(40),
d. 所述排放头具有出口(46),所述混合液体能够通过所述出口(46)从所述配量室(40)排放出,并且
e. 能够手动地使所述排出器(30)相对于所述基体(20)沿致动方向在第一端部位置和第二端部位置之间运动,使得在所述排出器(30)从所述第一端部位置至所述第二端部位置运动期间,所述配量室(40)的体积减少并且迫使所述混合液体通过所述出口(46)离开,
其特征在于以下特征:
f. 所述配量室具有体积补偿机构(60),并且
g. 所述体积补偿机构(60)具有能够偏转的配量室壁部分(62),其界定所述配量室(40)并且能够相对于所述排出器(30)相对于所述基体(20)的所述第一端部位置在最小位置(63’)和最大位置(63’’)之间偏转,其中,在所述最小位置中,其不扩大所述配量室(40)的体积,并且在所述最大位置中,其将所述配量室(40)的体积扩大到最大程度,并且,
h. 由于所述能够偏转的配量室壁部分(62)沿所述最大位置(63’’)的方向偏转,使得在所述配量室(40)中能够获得辅助体积,通过所述辅助体积,在所述配量室已填充有所述第一起始介质的情况下,所述第二起始介质仍然能够被引入所述配量室(40)内。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的排放头(110;210),其带有以下附加特征:
a. 所述能够偏转的配量室壁部分(62)由尺寸灵活的壁(62)形成,或者
b. 所述能够偏转的配量室壁部分由固有地刚性的能够移位的壁部分形成,具体地由能够移位地设置在所述配量室的补偿筒中的补偿活塞中的壁部分形成。
3.根据前述权利要求中一项权利要求所述的排放头(110;210),其带有以下附加特征:
a. 为了将所述第一起始介质引入所述配量室(40)内,所述配量室(40)被连接至用于所述第一起始介质的第一贮存器(12),
b. 以取决于压力的方式打开的阀(13)被设置在所述第一贮存器(12)和所述配量室(40)之间。

c. 所述馈送泵的所述出口(88)被连接至所述配量室(40)的所述第二入口(44)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的排放头(110),其带有以下附加特征:
a. 所述馈送机构(80)具有活塞(90),所述活塞(90)能够在馈送筒中沿一个方向移位,并且能够借助于所述辅助致动手柄(82)逐步移位,
优选地带有以下附加特征:
b. 锯齿联接件(92)被设置在所述辅助致动手柄(82)和所述活塞(90)之间,所述锯齿联接件(92)在致动所述辅助致动手柄(82)时执行所述活塞(90)的运动,并且当所述致动手柄(82)被重置时,容许所述活塞(90)距所述辅助致动手柄(82)的距离的增加。

a. 所述馈送机构(80)被设计成在所述辅助致动手柄(82)的单次致动时引入限定量V的所述第二起始介质,并且

c. 用于引入所述第二起始介质的所述馈送机构(80)、所述体积补偿机构(60)和所述配量室(40)的所述出口阀(47)协调,使得在所述出口阀(47)没有打开的情况下,所述体积补偿机构能够接受至少所述量V的所述第二起始介质,优选地至少量3×V,尤其优选地量6×V。
8. 根据前述权利要求中一项权利要求所述的排放头(110;210),其带有以下附加特征:
a. 所述体积补偿机构(60)的所述能够偏转的配量室壁部分(62)被设置在所述排出器(30)上,并且
b. 所述排出器(30)被刚性地连接到排放致动手柄(64)。

a. 所述能够偏转的配量室壁部分(62)被设置在所述排放致动手柄(64)上,使得通过致动所述排放致动手柄(64)迫使所述能够偏转的配量室壁部分(62)沿其最大位置的方向或沿其最小位置的方向运动。

a. 所述分配器具有用于接收所述两种起始介质的第一贮存器(12)和第二贮存器(14),并且
b. 所述分配器具有根据前述权利要求中一项权利要求所述的排放头(110;210)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的分配器(100),其带有以下特征:
a. 所述第一贮存器填充有润肤霜。
