Abstract

本发明涉及一种柔性复合内衬管及其生产工艺,它由内向外依次由内层、中间层、外层组成,内层的外表面设置有中间层,中间层的外表面设置有外层,内层与中间层、中间层与外层均粘性连接。通过将柔性复合内衬管穿入到新铺的管线或已经服役一定时间的管线中,解决了管线的内部腐蚀问题,延长了管线的使用年限,降低输送成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种内衬管的生产工艺,特别是关于一种柔性复合内衬管的生产工艺。
背景技术
目前地下及海洋工程方面的输送管线,多数是钢制材料。但随着输送时间不断延长,输送介质的不断腐蚀,管线的壁厚逐渐减薄,在输送压力不变的情况下,管线的泄露事件频发,且这些发生泄漏的管线基本上都是埋在地下或海底下,由于管线的距离很长,短则一公里,长则几十公里,甚至上百公里,查找泄漏点以及挖掘修复均费时费力,而且价格很高,修复整条管线困难。
本专利正是在这一背景下提出了一种柔性复合内衬管及其生产工艺。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种柔性复合内衬管及其生产工艺, 通过内层采用耐腐蚀耐高温的非金属材料,中间层采用承压纤维材料,外层采用抗磨材料,可以抵抗输送介质对柔性复合内衬管的腐蚀并能承受输送压力。将柔性复合内衬管穿入到新铺的管线或已经服役一定时间的管线中,解决了管线的内部腐蚀问题,延长了管线的使用年限,降低输送成本。
本发明专利的目的是由以下技术方案实现的:
一种柔性复合内衬管由内向外依次由内层、中间层、外层组成,其特征在于所述内层的外表面设置有所述中间层,所述中间层的外表面设置有所述外层,所述内层与所述中间层、所述中间层与所述外层均粘性连接。
所述内层的材料采用聚偏氟乙烯、尼龙、耐热聚乙烯、交联聚乙烯的一种,通过连续挤出成型。
所述中间层的材料采用聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维、碳纤维的一种,通过编织而成。
所述外层的材料采用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶、聚乙烯、耐热聚乙烯的一种,通过连续挤出成型。
一种柔性复合内衬管的生产工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)柔性复合内衬管内层挤出:将塑料颗粒放入内层挤出机进料漏斗中,调节挤出机的运行参数,挤出内层;
(2)柔性复合内衬管中间层编织:内层挤出后进入圆织机,圆织机在内层外表面进行中间层编织,编织前编织材料需要合股加捻处理;
(3)柔性复合内衬管外层挤出:步骤(2)完成后,管线进入外层挤出机,将外层用的塑料颗粒放入外层挤出机中,调节挤出机的运行参数,挤出外管;
(4)冷却:步骤(3)完成后,管线直接进入冷却水箱,通过冷却水箱对管线进行冷却定型;
(5)牵引管线:步骤(4)完成后,管线进入牵引机,通过牵引机牵引管线前行;
(6)收卷管线:在牵引机的作用下,管线进入收卷机,依靠收卷力将生产出的内衬管进行收卷。
所述内层挤出机的机头、所述外层挤出机的机头、所述圆织机及所述冷却水箱同轴心,并垂直于地面。
本发明专利的有益效果:本发明由于采用上述技术方案,通过内层采用耐腐蚀耐高温的非金属材料,中间层采用承压纤维材料,外层采用抗磨材料,可以抵抗输送介质对柔性复合内衬管的腐蚀并能承受输送压力;将柔性复合内衬管穿入到新铺的管线或已经服役一定时间的管线中,解决了管线的内部腐蚀问题,延长了管线的使用年限,降低输送成本。

下面结合附图和实例,对本发明专利进行详细的描述:
一种柔性复合内衬管由内向外依次由内层1、中间层2、外层3组成,内层1通过挤出机连续挤出聚偏氟乙烯成型。内层1的外表面设置有中间层2,中间层2是将芳纶材料合股加捻后通过圆织机,编织而成,内层1与中间层2粘性连接,中间层2的外表面设置有外层3,外层3采用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶材料挤出成型,外层3与中间层2粘性连接。
一种柔性复合内衬管的生产工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)柔性复合内衬管内层1挤出:将聚偏氟乙烯塑料颗粒放入内层挤出机4进料漏斗中,调节内层挤出机4的运行参数,挤出内层1;
(2)柔性复合内衬管中间层2编织:内层1挤出后进入圆织机5,圆织机5在内层1外表面进行中间层2编织,编织前编织材料需要合股加捻处理;
(3)柔性复合内衬管外层挤出:步骤(2)完成后,管线进入外层挤出机6,将外层用的塑料颗粒放入外层挤出机6中,调节外层挤出机6的运行参数,挤出外层3;
(4)冷却:步骤(3)完成后,管线直接进入冷却水箱7,通过冷却水箱7对管线进行冷却定型;
(5)牵引管线:步骤(4)完成后,管线进入牵引机8,通过牵引机8牵引管线前行;
(6)收卷管线:在牵引机8的作用下,管线进入收卷机9,依靠收卷力将生产出的柔性复合内衬管进行收卷。
内层挤出机4的机头、外层挤出机6的机头、圆织机5及冷却水箱7同轴心,并垂直于地面。

Claims (6)

1.一种柔性复合内衬管由内向外依次由内层、中间层、外层组成,其特征在于所述内层的外表面设置有所述中间层,所述中间层的外表面设置有所述外层,所述内层与所述中间层、所述中间层与所述外层均粘性连接。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的柔性复合内衬管,其特征在于所述内层的材料采用聚偏氟乙烯、尼龙、耐热聚乙烯、交联聚乙烯的一种,通过连续挤出成型。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的柔性复合内衬管,其特征在于所述中间层的材料采用聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维、碳纤维的一种,通过编织而成。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的柔性复合内衬管,其特征在于所述外层的材料采用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶、聚乙烯、耐热聚乙烯的一种,通过连续挤出成型。
5.一种采用如权利要求1-4任一项所述的柔性复合内衬管的生产工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)柔性复合内衬管内层挤出:将塑料颗粒放入内层挤出机进料漏斗中,调节挤出机的运行参数,挤出内层;
(2)柔性复合内衬管中间层编织:内层挤出后进入圆织机,圆织机在内层外表面进行中间层编织,编织前编织材料需要合股加捻处理;
(3)柔性复合内衬管外层挤出:步骤(2)完成后,管线进入外层挤出机,将外层用的塑料颗粒放入外层挤出机中,调节挤出机的运行参数,挤出外管;
(4)冷却:步骤(3)完成后,管线直接进入冷却水箱,通过冷却水箱对管线进行冷却定型;
(5)牵引管线:步骤(4)完成后,管线进入牵引机,通过牵引机牵引管线前行;
