本发明提供一种除油剂,所述的除油剂包括以下组分,其中各组分均以重量份计:橘子油40-50份、磷酸三钠12-20份、乙二醇5-8份、十二烷基苯磺酸盐10-15份、茶皂素2-5份、水余量;所述的橘子油中柠檬烯含量为80%以上。本发明的有益效果是除油剂中含有柠檬烯的橘子油作为主要成分,并且含有多种表面活性剂制成,具有较低的表面张力,能够有效的去除油污,不会腐蚀被清晰无的表面,并且橘子油是从天然植物中提炼而成,因此对环境及人体健康无害,并且能够生物降解,不会发生燃烧、不爆炸的现象,能够保证使用者的人身安全,使用更加更加方便;还能够降低成本。

本发明属于油污清洗剂领域,尤其是涉及一种除油剂。
背景技术
在现有的技术中,在汽车维修、产品印刷、机械施工等领域,在金属表面或者油漆表面也会因环境或者使用过程中沾上油渍,现有技术中使用的各种金属除油剂,主要有强酸、强碱和表面活性剂等。它们一般都是针对金属表层较轻的油污处理,对较重的油污清洗效率低,表现在清洗时间长,效果也很差,泡沫很多,影响去油的效果;同时这些除油剂中会含有有害物质,污染环境,对操作人员的身体健康造成影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够减少环境污染,对人体无害且无腐蚀性的除油剂。
本发明的技术方案是:一种除油剂,所述的除油剂包括以下组分,其中各组分均以重量份计:
所述的橘子油中柠檬烯含量为80%以上。
进一步,所述除油剂中还包括吸附剂,所述吸附剂为氢氧化铝。

当除油剂应用在清洗中时,将除油剂导入工作车罐中,之后喷洒在沾有油污的金属表面或者油漆表面等地方,经过磨刷、吸附回收、冲洗回收、擦拭等多重步骤完成后,最终完成整个清洗过程,清洗时间最好为10-20分钟。
