技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂饰剂的制备方法,尤其是一种含氟皮革抗菌涂饰剂的制备方法。
背景技术
丙烯酸树脂是目前世界上使用量最大的一类皮革涂饰剂材料,年产量占皮革涂饰剂的70%左顺,从生产成本、工艺过程及综合性能诸方面来看,丙烯酸树脂作为涂饰材料较之其它化工材料可谓优点多多,但世无完物,其唯一缺陷就是热粘冷脆,使其在使用上受到气候条件的限制。1987年以来,美国Rohm and Hass公司相继研发出新产品,第二代丙烯酸树脂(sGA),在热粘冷脆方面有了突破性进展。随后我国在丙烯酸材料改性面也陆续取得了一定成果。
CN104293140A提供一种抗菌涂饰剂。本发明所采用的技术解决方案是一种抗菌涂饰剂,包括聚氨酯和水,还加入了烷基糖苷5-10份、丙三醇1-5份、碳酸钙5-10份、聚酰胺树脂10-15份。与现有技术相比,本发明所具有的有益效果为:本发明通过加入烷基糖苷、丙三醇、碳酸钙、聚酰胺树脂,使得该发明具有良好的抗菌效果的优点。
CN104419787A本发明涉及一种皮具涂饰剂,其特征在于有如下的配方:甲醛、改性聚氨酯乳液、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸酯、甲酸、六亚甲基四胺、乙二铵、氨水、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、水。本发明属于皮具涂饰剂技术领域,更具体是涉及一种皮具涂饰剂及其制备方法。本发明克服了现有技术皮具处理不能及时的技术缺陷,具有如下有益效果:(1)水溶性很好,性能稳定,长期存放不分层、无浮蜡。(2)能够适用于各种皮具的涂饰,涂饰后的皮具光泽柔和自然,手感丰满滋润,能提高皮具表面的耐摩擦能力。
现有技术中但其研制方法大都是引入官能单体与丙烯酸单体进行多元共聚、接枝共聚、或外加交联剂,使线性结构变为网状结构,从而提高涂膜的耐热耐寒性能,而抗菌性能效果很差。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,提供一种含氟皮革抗菌涂饰剂的制备方法。其特征在于制备步骤包括:
在反应釜中按重量份计加入1-5份六氟乙酰丙酮-环辛二烯铜、100份3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯,1-10份偏氟乙烯,0.01-0.1份甲苯-2.4-二异氰酸酯,500-1000份水,1-4份十二烷基磺酸钠,0.5-2份过硫酸钾,在70℃-95℃反应5-12h,加入0.01-0.1份四甲基胍三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液,得到涂饰剂。
所述的六氟乙酰丙酮-环辛二烯铜为市售产品,如湖北巨胜科技有限公司生产的产品,四甲基胍三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液为市售产品,如中科院兰州化学物理研究所生产的产品。3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯,甲苯-2.4-二异氰酸酯均为市售产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种含氟皮革抗菌涂饰剂的制备方法,具有以下有益效果:
六氟乙酰丙酮-环辛二烯铜,四甲基胍三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液的引入,提高了皮革的抗菌性能,本发明的皮革涂饰剂可以建有抗菌剂的作用。
具体实施方式
以下实例仅仅是进一步说明本发明,并不是限制本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
在1000L反应釜中加入3Kg六氟乙酰丙酮-环辛二烯铜、100Kg3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯 ,5Kg偏氟乙烯,0.05Kg甲苯-2.4-二异氰酸酯,800Kg水,2Kg十二烷基磺酸钠,1Kg过硫酸钾,在80℃反应6h,加入0.05Kg份四甲基胍三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液,得到涂饰剂,编号为M-1。
实施例2:
在1000L反应釜中加入1Kg六氟乙酰丙酮-环辛二烯铜、100Kg3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯 ,1Kg偏氟乙烯,0.01Kg1-烯丙基-3-丁基咪唑四氟硼酸盐,500Kg水,1Kg十二烷基磺酸钠,0.5Kg过硫酸钾,在70℃反应12h, 加入0.01Kg四甲基胍三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液,得到涂饰剂,编号为M-2。
实施例3
在1000L反应釜中加入5Kg六氟乙酰丙酮-环辛二烯铜、100Kg3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯 ,10Kg偏氟乙烯,0.1Kg甲苯-2.4-二异氰酸酯,1000Kg水,4Kg十二烷基磺酸钠,2Kg过硫酸钾,在95℃反应5h, 加入0.1Kg四甲基胍三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液,得到涂饰剂,编号为M-3。
对比例1
不加入六氟乙酰丙酮-环辛二烯铜,其它同实施例1。得到涂饰剂,编号为M-4。
对比例2
不加入偏氟乙烯 ,其它同实施例1。得到涂饰剂,编号为M-5。
对比例3
不加入甲苯-2.4-二异氰酸酯,其它同实施例1。得到涂饰剂,编号为M-6。
对比例4
不加入六氟乙酰丙酮-环辛二烯铜,甲苯-2.4-二异氰酸酯,四甲基胍三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液,其它同实施例1,得到涂饰剂,编号为M-7。
实施例1-3以及对比例1-4得到的涂饰剂用于皮革涂饰,按照QBT 4199-2011 皮革防霉性能测试方法检测抗菌防霉性能。见表1:

Claims (2)

1.一种含氟皮革抗菌涂饰剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
在反应釜中按重量份计加入六氟乙酰丙酮-环辛二烯铜、100份3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯,1-10份偏氟乙烯,0.01-0.1份甲苯-2.4-二异氰酸酯,500-1000份水,1-4份十二烷基磺酸钠,0.5-2份过硫酸钾,在70℃-95℃反应5-12h,加入0.01-0.1份四甲基胍三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液,得到涂饰剂。
2.根据权利要求1的一种含氟皮革抗菌涂饰剂的制备方法,其特征在于所述六氟乙酰丙酮-环辛二烯铜的重量份为1-5。
