Abstract
The invention is applicable to the field of communication, and provides a method for acquiring the current position of an emergency telephone calling party and an emergency telephone service system. The method comprises the following steps: the emergency telephone server sends the seat service end information and the emergency telephone calling party parameters to an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) server and a short message server; the IVR server plays voice prompting uploading position information to the emergency telephone calling party according to the parameters of the emergency telephone calling party; the short message server sends a link address with a function of uploading position information to the emergency telephone calling party according to the parameters of the emergency telephone calling party; and the emergency telephone calling party is connected to the positioning server through the link address with the function of uploading the position information, and uploads the current position information obtained by positioning to the positioning server. The invention makes the emergency call service side easily find the specific position of the calling person, strives for time for rescue and improves the service quality.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of communication, and particularly relates to a method for acquiring the current position of an emergency telephone calling party and an emergency telephone service system.
Background
When people encounter police, fire, traffic accidents or medical first-aid, people need to dial emergency calls such as 110, 119, 122, 120 and the like, and according to statistics, the real effective emergency call is made, and more than 90 percent of the emergency calls are made by using the mobile communication terminal. In practical situations, the biggest problems are that the calling person has unclear description on the position where the calling person is located, police or workers cannot find the specific position of the calling person, rescue opportunities are delayed, time is wasted, and service quality is reduced. In the prior art, a public security organization or an emergency center can only locate the approximate position of a calling person according to the base station information of a telecommunication company, and the position of the calling person cannot be accurately determined due to the fact that the coverage range of a base station is as small as 100 meters and as large as hundreds of meters.

The invention aims to provide a method for acquiring the current position of an emergency telephone calling party and an emergency telephone service system, and aims to solve the problem that the position of a calling person cannot be accurately determined by positioning the approximate position of the calling person according to base station information of a telecommunication company in the prior art.

Further, after the emergency telephone caller connects to the location server through the link address having the function of uploading location information and uploads the current location information obtained by location to the location server, the method further includes:

In the invention, when the emergency telephone calling party and the emergency telephone service party are in a communication process, after the emergency telephone service party hangs up, the emergency telephone server sends the seat service end information and the emergency telephone calling party parameters to the short message server, and the short message server sends a link address with a function of uploading position information to the emergency telephone calling party according to the emergency telephone calling party parameters, so that the emergency telephone calling party is connected to the positioning server through the link address with the function of uploading position information and uploads the current position information obtained through positioning to the positioning server. Referring to fig. 1, the emergency call service system according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an emergency call server 11, an IVR server 12, a short message server 13, and a location server 14. In an embodiment of the present invention, the emergency telephone service system may further include an instant messaging server 15. In the embodiment of the invention, the emergency telephone server, the IVR server, the short message server, the instant communication server and the positioning server are logically distinguished servers and can be physically combined or separately arranged according to the busy degree, the bearing capacity requirement and the like.
Referring to fig. 2, a method for obtaining a current location of an emergency phone caller according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s101, when an emergency telephone calling party and an emergency telephone service party are in a communication process, after the emergency telephone service party hangs up, an emergency telephone server sends seat service end information and emergency telephone calling party parameters to an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) server and a short message server;

The seat information comprises one or any combination of a seat number, a name of a person on duty, a number of the person on duty and an identification code of the person on duty. The parameters of the calling party of the emergency telephone comprise the mobile phone number of the calling party, and also can comprise the serial number of an alarm list, the language of the calling party (such as English and Guangdong language) and the like.
S102, after receiving the seat service end information and the emergency telephone calling party parameters, the IVR server plays voice prompting uploading position information to the emergency telephone calling party according to the emergency telephone calling party parameters;
s103, after receiving the seat service end information and the emergency telephone calling party parameters, the short message server sends a link address with a position information uploading function to the emergency telephone calling party according to the emergency telephone calling party parameters;
and S104, the emergency telephone calling party is connected to the positioning server through the link address with the function of uploading the position information, and uploads the current position information obtained through positioning to the positioning server.
The current location information obtained through positioning may specifically be current location information obtained through global positioning satellite system positioning or WiFi access point positioning.
