Abstract
本发明公开了一种圆柱滚针组合轴承,包括外圈、内圈、多颗圆柱滚针,所述外圈内表面上设有外圈滚道,所述圆柱滚针排布在所述外圈滚道内并在轴承外圈与内圈之间自由滚动,所述内圈端面两侧设有轴圈,所述外圈端面与轴圈之间设有滚子,所述滚子的圆周面与外圈端面和轴圈接触,所述滚子通过保持架固定。该圆柱滚针组合轴承具有精度高,易于安装的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及滚针轴承领域,尤其涉及一种用于轴向径向组合载荷应用场合的圆柱滚针组合轴承。
背景技术
在目前的滚动轴承中,向心滚针轴承主要用于承受径向应力场合,但在实际使用中,经常需要与能够承受轴向应力的轴承相互配合使用,该方案具有如下不足:
1、受两种轴承不同运行轨迹的影响,承受轴向载荷的轴承轴线与该承受径向载荷的滚针轴承径线垂直误差大,容易造成轴承旋转偏离理想轨迹,降低了轴承的使用寿命。
2、安装过程繁琐,对安装要求高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术承受轴向载荷的轴承轴线与该承受径向载荷的滚针轴承径线垂直误差大,容易造成轴承旋转偏离理想轨迹,降低轴承使用寿命,过盈配合导致外圈滚道精度降低从而影响轴承寿命以及安装繁琐的缺陷,提供一种圆柱滚针组合轴承,从而使其可以在轴向径向组合应力场合具有更佳的使用效果。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题:
一种圆柱滚针组合轴承,包括外圈、内圈、多颗圆柱滚针,其特征在于:所述外圈内表面上设有外圈滚道,所述圆柱滚针排布在所述外圈滚道内并在轴承外圈与内圈之间自由滚动,所述内圈端面两侧设有装配后由轴进行轴向定位的轴圈,所述外圈端面与轴圈之间设有滚子,所述滚子的圆周面与外圈端面和轴圈接触,所述滚子通过保持架固定。
一种较佳的实施方案:所述外圈的周向沿有法兰。
一种较佳的实施方案,所述法兰的盘本体上沿周向设有螺栓孔。这样使得法兰能够方便与其它传动部件连接。
一种较佳的实施方案,所述外圈滚道的两侧设有沟槽,可以存储润滑油从而使得轴承拥有更好的润滑效果,提高了轴承工作性能以及工作寿命。
一种较佳的实施方案,所述外圈上设有注油孔,方便注入润滑油。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例来对本发明进行进一步阐述:
如图1所示,圆柱滚针组合轴承,包括外圈01、包裹在外圈01内的内圈02、多颗圆柱滚针04,外圈01内表面设有内圈滚道,该外圈01沿周向具有法兰,法兰的盘本体沿周向设有固定用的螺栓孔,外圈01的内表面上设有与圆柱滚针04的长度相契合的外圈滚道,该外圈滚道的两侧还设置有用于储存润滑油的凹槽,外圈01上设有通向外圈滚道的注油孔,滚针04位于外圈滚道和内圈02之间且能够自由滚动。
内圈02端面两侧还设有轴圈03。轴圈03和内圈02在未安装上轴之前是分离的,当内圈02和轴圈03内安装上轴后,轴圈03通过轴进行周向定位位于内圈02的两侧。
外圈01端面与轴圈03之间设有以圆周面与之接触的多个沿周向布置的滚子05,滚子05在轴圈03和外圈01的之间自由滚动,外圈和轴圈之间还设有保持架07,滚子05通过保持架07固定在轴圈和外圈之间。
采用该圆柱滚针组合轴承具有如下优点:
1、通过将向心滚针轴承两侧增加滚子05,外圈02端面直接作为滚子05的工作面,另一侧增加一个轴圈03,形成一个径向滚针轴承和两侧轴向滚子轴承的组合结构,解决了承受轴向载荷的轴承轴线与该承受径向载荷的滚针轴承径线,垂直误差大,容易造成轴承旋转偏离理想轨迹,降低了轴承的使用寿命的缺点;
2、由于把承受径向载荷的圆柱滚针04和承受轴向载荷的滚子05组合为一体,可以避免安装繁琐,降低安装要求。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的,本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种圆柱滚针组合轴承,包括外圈(01)、内圈(02)、多颗圆柱滚针(04),其特征在于:所述外圈(01)内表面上设有外圈滚道,所述圆柱滚针(04)排布在所述外圈滚道内并在轴承外圈(01)与内圈(02)之间自由滚动,所述内圈(02)端面两侧设有装配后由轴进行轴向定位的轴圈(03),所述外圈(01)端面与轴圈(03)之间设有滚子(05),所述滚子(05)的圆周面与外圈(1)端面和轴圈(03)接触,所述滚子(05)通过保持架(07)固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱滚针组合轴承,其特征在于:所述外圈(01)沿周向设有法兰。
3.根据权利要求2所述的圆柱滚针组合轴承,其特征在于:所述法兰上沿周向设有螺栓孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱滚针组合轴承,其特征在于:所述外圈滚道的两侧设有沟槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱滚针组合轴承,其特征在于:所述外圈(02)上设有注油孔。
