Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及燃烧涡轮或燃气涡轮,且尤其涉及在液体燃料的燃烧期间由燃气涡轮排放的固体微粒的浓度的控制。
背景技术
宽范围的液体燃料可用于供给燃烧涡轮。这主要包括重燃油、原油、重或轻蒸馏油、汽油、煤油、石脑油、生物柴油、生物乙醇等。
重油型燃料包含钒和其他类型的杂质,包括硫,且因此,其燃烧生成类似于固体微粒的固体灰。
基于燃烧涡轮的构造中的燃烧系统的性能,液体或气体燃料可生成粉尘或灰的排放物以及通常固体微粒,其通过烟囱释放到大气。
在固体微粒之中,烟灰很大程度上对应于粉尘的有机部分,且包括碳、氢以及可能地氧和氮。
固体微粒还可包含矿物部分,其大体由碱金属或重金属构成。
世界各地全球性或地区性实行的关于燃烧涡轮的规定对于排放到大气中的固体微粒设置了最大限制。
例如,当使用液体燃料的燃烧涡轮以其额定速度工作时,从固定燃烧涡轮到大气的粉尘排放的最大值应当为50mg/Nm3。
为了限制所排放的固体微粒的量,通常使用燃烧催化剂。
存在不同类型的燃烧催化剂,其能够减少设施中的烟灰排放。燃烧催化剂的选择取决于燃料的类型、所使用的设施类型和规定所实行的固体微粒的最大浓度。
发明内容
鉴于上文,本发明具有控制由燃烧涡轮排放的固体微粒的量的目的,而不管燃烧涡轮的操作状况如何。
因此,本发明具有提供在液体燃料的燃烧期间通过喷射适合于减少在燃烧期间生成的固体微粒的量的燃烧催化剂来控制由燃烧涡轮排放的固体微粒的量的方法的主要目的。
该方法包括如下步骤:
测量在燃烧期间排放的微粒的量;
在所测量的微粒的量高于最大阈值时,喷射燃烧催化剂到燃烧涡轮中;
在所测量的微粒的量低于最小阈值时,停止催化剂的喷射。
这些过程步骤允许执行循环阶段,始终关注催化剂的喷射的迟滞,因此允许对排放的微粒的量的更精确的控制,和/或优化燃烧催化剂的消耗。
有利地,燃烧涡轮的火焰温度大于或等于1363K(1090℃)。
例如,催化剂在燃烧涡轮的燃烧系统的上游喷射到液体燃料系统供给管线中。
备选地,催化剂可直接喷射到燃烧涡轮单元中。
有利地,微粒的浓度的最大阈值在45mg/Nm3和55mg/Nm3之间。该浓度范围涉及由世界范围内的管理机构实行的到大气的微粒排放物的最大限制。

如图可见,由大体参考标号1标记的燃烧涡轮依次包括:压缩机2,其确保在燃烧涡轮的入口处进入的环境空气的压缩;一个或多个燃烧室3,在其中来自压缩机的压缩空气与燃料混合且点燃;以及涡轮膨胀器4,点燃的气体在其中膨胀,以产生用于驱动压缩机的机械能和提供实施燃烧涡轮的应用所需的机械能。
在出口处,气体通过连接到能量回收锅炉6的排气系统5回收,用于通过烟囱7抽到外部。
燃烧室3利用燃料供给,在该情形中通过连接到燃料源9且配备有流调整器10的入口管线8的液体燃料。

高于例如在45 mg/Nm3和55 mg/Nm3之间的最大浓度阈值,中央控制单元11启动计量泵。低于例如在20 mg/Nm3和30 mg/Nm3之间的目标值,中央控制单元11停止计量泵。
优选地,最大阈值和目标值将分别设定在50 mg/Nm3和25 mg/Nm3处。浓度水平的连续监视使得能够稍后重新启动计量泵。
如较早指出的那样,在第一喷射L1管线失效的情况下,第二喷射L2管线基于信号Cde2和Ccat启用以确保催化剂喷射。

燃烧催化剂喷射的两个周期之间的间隔基于设施的配置。连续喷射的两个周期之间的期间(T1、T2、T3、Tn-1、Tn、Tn+1等)随设施使用的时间增大。然而,Tn对应于燃烧催化剂喷射的两个周期之间的最大期间。Tn+1小于或等于Tn。
然而,应当注意,所喷射的主动燃烧催化剂微粒粘附到设施的壁,形成随时间而厚度变化的活性剂的层,从而产生固体微粒到CO2的转换的催化效果。
在燃烧催化剂喷射中断之后,粘附到壁的活性微粒继续其催化转换效果。在催化剂喷射中断时,经受燃烧气体的移动和/或传播的活性微粒的层倾向于朝烟囱逐渐带走且被同时消耗。因此,活性微粒的消耗使得在所有活性微粒已经被消耗时,催化效果消失。正是在此时,有必要进行燃烧催化剂的新的喷射。
当这完成时,该效果允许按照间隔执行燃烧催化剂喷射序列,其期间随时间减少,而喷射停止序列相反地按照比例增加,直到对应于活性微粒在设施的壁上的饱和的限制。该饱和现象与沉积物的层的厚度和燃烧气体的传播速度相关。换言之,活性微粒的层不无限地变厚,这是因为在燃烧气体的速度的影响下,沉积物不稳定且倾向于从壁掉落。燃烧催化剂喷射间隔取决于微粒浓度的测量高于25 mg/Nm3以及低于50 mg/Nm3的结果。间隔的期间取决于燃烧设施的壁的内表面、排气流和温度。
用于供给燃烧室的燃料可具有各种类型。例如,我们可使用重燃油、原油、重或轻蒸馏油、汽油、煤油、石脑油、生物柴油、生物乙醇等。然而,应当注意,使用其他液体燃料类型不超出本发明的范围。
我们可使用氧化铈(三价)、氧化铈(四价)或氧化铁或这些催化剂的混合物作为氧化催化剂。烟灰到二氧化碳的转换的化学反应如下:
对于氧化铈(四价),反应如下:
4 CeO2 + C (suies) → 2Ce2O3 + CO2。
对于铈(三价),反应如下:
Ce2O3 + ½ O2 → 2 CeO2 , 以及
4CeO2 + C (suies) → 2 Ce2O3 + CO2。
应当注意由于在火焰中氧的存在,铈(三价)转换成铈(四价):
Ce2O3 + ½ O2 → 2 CeO2。
Claims (10)
1.一种在液体燃料的燃烧期间通过喷射适合于减少在所述液体燃料的燃烧期间生成的固体微粒的量的燃烧催化剂来控制由燃烧涡轮(1)排放的固体微粒的量的方法,所述方法包括:
测量在燃烧期间排放的固体微粒的量(Qsuies);
测量提供至所述燃烧涡轮的燃烧器的液体燃料流;
确定所测量的固体微粒的量高于最大阈值;
在确定所测量的微粒的浓度高于最大阈值之后,喷射所述燃烧催化剂到所述燃烧器中,其中喷射到所述燃烧器中的所述燃烧催化剂的流随所测量的液体燃料流而变;
允许所述燃烧催化剂粘附到所述燃烧器的壁以产生催化表面,所述催化表面仅由喷射到所述燃烧器中的燃烧催化剂产生;
确定所测量的固体微粒的量低于最小目标值;以及
在所测量的微粒的量低于最小目标值之后,停止所述燃烧催化剂的喷射。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述燃烧涡轮的火焰温度大于或等于1363K。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述催化剂在所述燃烧涡轮的燃烧系统的上游喷射到所述液体燃料系统的供给管线(8)中。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述催化剂被喷射到所述燃烧涡轮的燃烧系统的燃烧室(3)中。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述最大阈值是在45 mg/Nm3和55 mg/Nm3之间的微粒浓度范围。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述最小目标值是在20 mg/Nm3和30mg/Nm3之间的微粒浓度范围。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述燃烧催化剂至少包括从三价氧化铁、三价氧化铈、四价氧化铈及其混合物选择的成分。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所排放的微粒的浓度连续地测量。
9.一种包括用于执行根据权利要求1到8中的任一项所述的方法的器件的系统。
10.一种涡轮燃气类型的设施,其包括根据权利要求9所述的系统。
